Their choice of cutting corners and poor consruction allows noise to traval everywhere; it is the only reason why neighbors stress each other out and fight. If you are considering buying from this builder make sure you put their feet to the fire for sound proofing the floors so that you do not disturb families beneath you when you walk. If you have a family with little ones, forget about it! You will be walking on eggshells when your little ones hit age 2-8. Since their customer service is terrible, i can only recommend thst you do not buy from this company.

Purchasing a new home is a huge investment/commitment for most people, and I am only presenting my experience with this company, so potential customers can make an informed decision. Per Mitchell Homes, I was supposed to have an 11/12 month visit to correct any issues since the competition/closing of the house (nail pops, drywall cracks, etc). To my knowledge, I haven't been contacted by them. It really doesn't matter to me as I wouldn't let them or their subcontractors touch my house. It just makes me wonder why. Did I miss the phone call, email, or text about this? Or did they not reach out to me for another reason? I don't know the answer.

Both projects are now done so we have begun planning a much needed plumbing issue fix and bathroom remodel. This company can literally do it all. . While the home-buying process itself was smooth, our move-out experience was the complete opposite. As a family with young children, we were repeatedly questioned and made to feel uncomfortable over normal wear and tear......things like minor drywall nicks that are expected in any home with kids. These were already being addressed on our end with a contractor, as we had communicated. Despite agreeing to cover repairs and forfeit a $3,000 deposit, we were met with unnecessary comments and a level of aggression that felt unprofessional and unwarranted. It was especially disappointing given that we chose to work with her over many other options, expecting a level of trust and respect in return. We believe in accountability and were fully willing to take care of any legitimate damages....but respect and professionalism should go both ways. Based on this experience, we would not recommend doing business with Jin.
