While my accident was very minor, Tesla being a Tesla needed extra work and parts to be replaced, and these parts don't come cheap. CMS is a Tesla certified shop, so I believe they only replace your parts with OEM. Thankfully, the other party's insurance was paying for it, but Angel Robles is the absolute man. He was very accommodating and helpful and got me in and out in very little time. Marisa at the front desk was also a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with the insurance companies. My repairs were spot on, but on top of that they washed my car and vacuumed the interior back to the condition it was in when I drove it off the lot. It was the most pleasant experience you can have given the unpleasant circumstances which bring us there. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, CMS!

Suddenly, my vehicle stalled at the traffic light (Westheimer + Richmond). I found out the battery failed after just 36 months. Many people came to assist and jump-start my car, but my Outback wouldn't start. Because the "My Subaru" subscription wanted to charge me around $130.00 to tow my car to West Houston Subaru, which is 7 miles away. I used my AAA roadside assistance service instead, which is free. West Houston Service department wants to charge me $560.95 for replacing the battery and cleaning the terminals. The service advisor said that because the battery has 84 months warranty. When I asked how many months the warranty of the battery on my Outback was when I bought that brand new car? He said the warranty had expired in July 2026 after 36 months. I reminded him that the car was purchased on August 14th, 2023, which was just 36 months and 4 days when the battery failed. After I complained, he gave a discount, which came down to $440.95 for replacing a regular battery. The greediness of this dealership service is excessive. This is my last time buying any Subaru or obtaining a service at this dealership. My advice is: do not buy any Subaru. Do not subscribe to the "My Subaru" service, which is worthless, and do not bring your car to this service department. Bring your car to any experienced auto service instead.

I decided to go ahead and proceed as the price he quoted was similar to other quotes that I've received. He was supposed to arrive at 11:00 and didn't arrive until 11:25. Before he got started he would explain what would happen. He then noticed that my bumper had become unattached and asked if I wanted to have that fixed. I agreed to have that fixed as well. It took him less than an hour to buff out scratches, repaint and attach the bumper. He stated that I would need to let the car dry for about 24 hours and then have it washed and waxed to have the edges of the paint blend in with the existing factory paint. I did exactly what he said and the paint edges never blended. I had the car wash for a second time and the paint edges continue not to blend. I reached out to him to let him know that there is no blend after having the car washed and waxed twice. He stated that I needed to get a clay bar wax. I asked him where could I get that done and he stated he didn't know any places around me. I then had to locate a facility that does clay bar and I had the car wash with a clay bar detail and guess what....the edges are still have not blended. So what started off as a few scratches and dents at the bottom of my car have now taken over almost half of the door and it's very noticeable. I'm going to have to spend more money to have the entire door repainted. The other day I was putting gas in my car and the wind was blowing very hard and I noticed the bumper that he reattached was unattached again!! Do not use this company for anything. Go with a reputable brick and mortar company that you can use your credit card to pay with and dispute any charges if things are not to your satisfaction. He only accepted cash or Zelle so I'm pretty much just stuck. Horrible work and horrible customer service.
