We will never buy a car or truck anywhere else. I can't explain into words how amazing our experience here truly was. Went to the quick lane for an oil change at 4pm. First of all, the service person was in no hurry to greet anyone and after making me wait for about 10 min he finally looked up from his computer to ask me what I needed. I then requested an oil change and he took my keys and kept working on his computer. After a few more minutes, asked for my name then looked up my service plan. I then had a seat in the waiting area and time went by yet my truck never moved from where I parked it. After about 20 more minutes, and wondering if they were going to get my oil change done anytime soon, after all it is the quick lane. I went up to the service and asked about how long it was gonna be for my oil change. He looked at me and told me that it may be around 6pm by the time they can get to me. The idiots here need help. I will start by saying we own 2 Fords, a 2015 F150 and a 2014 Ford Fiesta. Fiesta was actually bought there. I refused to buy my truck there after my husband had issues with the oil and lube dept. They were asked twice to write in my husband's Ford book, so that he can keep up with maintenance. He is very meticulous and wants it all in writing. They put no oil change sticker on the window. That might not be a big deal, but it helps us remember. He went back each time, as this was the second incident. He was sent a survey. Honestly filled it out, got a all from manager. He told him what had occurred. Then, he asked the man why the oil changes and maintenence was not listed online on his FordSync. The guy said he would call him back and never did. Just left for the 3rd time for an oil change. My husband insists on giving them another chance. Well, again, no writing in book, no sticker and his low tire pressure light was still on. He went inside and told them, also asked them if they rotated tires. They said yes. Well, no, we marked the tires. No rotation was done! Losers. Before this last incident with my husband's car, I had ordered a side mirror for my truck. $600+ later, and still hesitant, I went to have it installed. My bad!!!! A kid jumped in my truck, attempted to pull around to install mirror. ....and crashed my brand new truck into another truck. I watched him do it. I had to take the keys away from him because he was about to try to move it again. They then gave me a piece of crap rental car in place of my new truck and thought it should be all good. Losers. Never EVER again. On a good note, Steve, in auto body did what he could to help me and was very nice. His hands were tied, as the manager thought it was enough. read more

This is about the used department. Advertised a good deal online, called on it and asked about what looked like some damage from the photos. Was assured it was cosmetic only, but got there and the damage was significant. Saw many other people pull in and look at this car (I think they were using it as bait). Just trying to get people there so they can pressure you (tried to make me feel guilty about leaving once I realized the car was a dud). Stay away! read more

Mac Haik is just straight up "predatory" in they're trade in offers. I brought in a car today just to see if it would be worth trading in on a new vehicle or just selling it outright. I had done all the recent auction research on the same vehicle, same condition & in addition what the vehicle was selling for on local DFW lots. The guy in charge of evaluating the trade made me a laughable offer at roughly 60% of what I've already been offered for the car by individuals & two other dealerships. Do anything but trade your car in here u will get ripped. There are plenty of dealerships that use trades as they should, to get u max value for your vehicle so that u are more likely to purchase a new vehicle they'd desperately like to sell you. This dealership on the other hand is only interested in being punitive on both the trade & the sale. They're gouging on Mustang GT350's as well as they're astronomically higher than MSRP... Do yourself a favor & steer clear. read more

I bought a vehicle there a few months ago and had a horrible experience. I talked to 2 sales man and both were completly worthless and unprofessional. I went to look at the truck and drove 3 hrs away. When I drove up the sales person I had talked to wasnt even there after I told him I would be there. They gave me another sales guy. this guy had one of the dirtiest mouths I have ever heard. He bad mouth some of his employees and didnt know his facts on the car. Only reason i bought the car was because of the deal. Other than that I will never go back. they made no effort to make me feel like a valued customer. I took my car in for an oil change after having the place recommended by a neighbor. They didn't have the reservation & apparently that online system doesn't really work? Anyway, they got me in. Didn't have the filter so it was going to be a wait but they offered me 50% off. Ok, so it's a bit over 2 hours. It's done. I leave their parking lot when an alarm sounds in my car & the oil light starts flashing! But it's on a service road & I call them as I start to make the large circle to double back to their dealership. The guy I talk to tells me OK and they will be there when I get back there and doesn't tell me to stop my car since the oil light is flashing. I call my husband, he tells me to immediately stop the car & turn it off. The manager of the dealership sends two service techs out there who decide it was not leaking oil, has plenty of oil and they drive it back to the dealership and give me a ride. They take it in back & about four guys are looking at it. It turns out that there was a piece on the original oil filter that did not get put on the new filter, that is some sort of backflow piece that the car needs so it understands what the oil pressure is?? Anyway, no more lights or alarms. The manager Ed took the time to calm me down and talk to my husband on the phone about what the issue was. They were nice about it, The dealership was quick to get it back in and give me a ride back there but I probably would not take my car back. I should point out that my car is a VW and not a Ford so it is not their area of expertise but I had hoped and oil change wouldn't be a big deal. Here's hoping everything is ok. Wish I could give them no stars. Received an internet price from the dealership and went in to make the purchase. Everything went well up until time to sign the dotted line. The price offered just happened to be the exact amount of our pre-approved loan amount. Showed them my internet quote but surprisingly they were unable to match the price quoted. Walked out the door never to return. If you like bait and switch, or maybe you enjoy the run around then this is the place to go. Otherwise, go to a different dealer. read more

Service was a nightmare from the word go! When I took my truck in for body work they tried to screw me by saying six other things were wrong mechanically, and that my truck wouldn't start or drive now (even though i DROVE it up there just fine, in order to get a dent fixed) and they basically Tried to ring me up for an extra 1000 dollars worth of work. They even told me I needed a new tire because I had a flat now, so I aired my tire up when I left there and it's still aired up to this day, that same tire they said was bad! This is one service department you cannot trust! They are trying to create problems for customers to create work for themselves. What a bunch of scam artists! Beware ! ! ! read more

That's a hard pill to swallow when I only made one payment and have not received my tags. Manager and GM would do nothing. I know as is with an older car. I despise buying cars and all of the associated foolishness, but this dealership was different. Great website; saw the King Ranch F150 on the lot I was searching for; had a good test drive where I was allowed to drive as long as I wanted without the salesman trying to abbreviate the trip; he knew the vehicle and answered all of my questions. After only one quick trip back to the "sales manager", I was done and paid less than I expected. I was treated respectfully and my time was valued, which is the problem with most car dealers who tie you up with games. If you are looking for a Ford, these guys will do business. read more

The service department is very unclear in their explanations and are rude to their customers. They do not seem to realize that treating customers with respect will promote future purchases and word of mouth. This treatment was not just on one occasion. A month ago, a part was ordered from my back bumper. I never received a call to let me know it was in, so I called in to check. It was in, scheduled an appointment at 8:00 AM a few days later. When I got there at 8:00 AM, there was no "tech" people there. At 8:30 AM they came to tell me the part was not painted, and I would have to re-schedule. Complaint: I used to work for this location and I just came from they're used cars department where Mr. Eric Showler make me feel completely uncomfortable. First he tells two of his employees to come and tell me that I have to leave the premises because it goes against my termination policy. This is a public place my termination was not within the guidelines that he would have liked them to have been, due to my termination which was about a month ago. Hey it just did not work out. But I am and was fully within my rights to be in a public place of business. Furthermore I was trying to conduct business looking to purchase a SUV for my family but he kept breathing down my neck asking me questions on why I'm in I'm here and why haven't I left because he did not believe I was interested in purchasing a vehicle? He said that I made him feel uneasy after I explained to him that I did not appreciate him breathing down my neck trying to make sure that I am here to purchase a car and implied that I have to leave when I'm with in my full rights to be here not to mention he's not treating any other customer this way (There were 3 customer the came in and out at the time). He came up with a lot of excuses but the fact still the fact remains I felt because of the situation in regrad to my termination which was not hostile at all from the time that I left, I felt discriminated against. This was completely unprofessional and I do not appreciate being treated this way not at all. I was not disrespectful, coming in causing a scene as a disgruntled employee or anything . If I could put zero stars I would! I purchased a vehicle from Mac Haik in Desoto, TX in October 2013. I also purchased an extended warranty for $3k. February 3rd I was pulling back into my driveway and heard a loud scrape on the driveway. I got out and my heat shield was dragging the ground. Upon my husband inspecting my vehicle we learned that my heat shield had been zip tied to my car and the zip tie had broken. We drove my car to a local dealership where they discovered that my vehicle had not only had the heat shield zip tied, it had been wrecked from the front end all the way to the trunk. I never wrecked my vehicle. This is damage that was not disclosed to me upon purchase. I contacted the dealership and we went back and forth for over a week before they simply said they were not interested in taking care of the situation. My $3000 warranty would not cover the damages because the vehicle had been wrecked. I live a six hour drive from Desoto. They offered for me to bring the car in and they would look at it...ha! I had already been told at this point that I was lucky that the heat shield hadn't hit the ground and punctured my gas tank potentially blowing up my car. Needless to say I didn't think driving my car six hours was a real good idea... In the end after they refused to answer my calls I paid over $1100 to have my gas tank and heat shield replaced!! No help from dealer!! I will never return to that dealership unless it is with my lawyer, which at this point, is quite possible!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! read more

This is the worst dealership ever. They lie, don't communicate with the customer, and answer your calls. My son traded his truck in on another one in November had the vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks and the finance company calls and won't take the loan. Call and talk to the finance people and decide to just return the vehicle and take his other one back since they still had not paid it off with the other finance company. The used car finance guy tries to get my son to keep the other truck by lowering his payment by $20 but raising his interest rate after my son told him not to mess with it. Then he lied about his other truck being sold, not sure how they sell something that isn't paid off yet. Finally get his original truck back. This has been the biggest mess and still no one will call us back or send us papers stating the other deals have been canceled. I think they thought they would pull a fast one on a young kid. Service department is a joke. I brought in my teenaged daughter's Ford Edge for a malfunctioning alarm that caused the horn to honk incessantly and could only be stopped by disconnecting the battery. They misdiagnosed the problem, charged me more than $300 and still didn't fix the problem. The icing on the cake though was they didn't tighten the negative battery connection and just had it sitting loosely on the battery. My daughter picked up the car and drove it far enough for it to come loose and then the car wouldn't start. She knows nothing about cars, so I had to drive 40 miles one way to check it out. I reconnected the negative cable so she could drive the car but the original problem still wasn't fixed. They offered a "free" oil change for the inconvenience, but when we tried to redeem it they had no record of it...and by that time the original service rep and service manager were no longer even there. We just purchased a 2014 Mustang from this dealer. I don't have anything negative to say about it. We looked at 3 different units they had for sale and test drove a couple of them. I asked the salesman, Victor if their was any "wiggle room" on the price. He had provided me with a print out of the sale price they wanted. He said, no. That they had already priced the vehicle to move. I had to agree. We have a brand new car, nicely equipped with 15 miles on the odometer. We were out the door for less than $20,500 using our credit union financing. The dealer gave us a full tank of gas and had the car washed and detailed while we waited. No one tried to upsale us on anything. They offered their financing at 2.35%, but since my credit union offers 1.99% I told Victor that was what we would go with. No problem, he said. We did not encounter any of the dealership hoops and tricks one often endures. They sent us home that evening with the car. My son could not be happier. He is a senior this year and has a great car for school and college. read more

(Pre Owned) In a nutshell...no... No, and NO!!!! The only good thing about this place was my finance guy Mike, he got the deal done and for a lesser APR than what my Sales Rep quoted me. Oh and they know how to smile and lie at the same time - Brent Tucker! Well Moe doesn't he looked right at me as if he knew they were not going to fix the issues with my veh. I got a veh and test drove it, adv there was a winding noise and the veh needed to be cleaned out... I pick it up 2 days later, give my down payment and the it was close to closing... So once I got home I saw the winding was still there, the gas hand was on a 1/4 of a tank ( what happened to a full or at least half?) the wheel was shaking when i hit the brakes going 60mph or more..I took it back 3 times... once they gave me a loaner that quit on me and I had to find a ride home, each time they had my veh it came back with another issue and the other issues were never taken care of. I am convinced that the so called 75 point check that my salesman Robin said they give is SO FALSE, I have not had my veh a month and the oil life is at 0%, the brakes are squealing and the the wheel still shakes.... but each time I have told tem this they "Smile" and say we will take care of it and then DO NOTHING! read more
