The customer service is terrible. I tried calling several times a day for days to ask a question and no one answered and once when they did they put me on hold then hung up. We purchased a new truck and took out extra warranties and had a nail in the tire and needed it replaced. My husband had to go there and was told he needed to call the insurance so he went home called them then we had to wait a few days for a callback to get it fixed. First of all it's the dealerships responsibility to deal with the warranty insurance not the customers. We now need to get the windshield chip fixed and a paint ding which as we were told when we bought it was all covered. Wonder what we'll have to go thru to get that done. I thought I would give this place another chance. Bad decision! I had an appointment at 7:00am. I was there at 6:50am. No one showed up until 7:15am. I was first in line for The Works and an air filter change. There was only one person there and they had no clue how long this would take. This was the so-called "Quick Lane". Do not bother with these liars and thieves!! They are taking advantage of hard working peoples money! They think because our area is a less of a community that they can rob us. I recently purchased a "certified" pre owned vehicle from them. At 70k miles, the transmission fluid WAS NOT changed when it's supposed to be done every 30k miles with these new CVT transmissions. 65k miles and still running on original spark plugs (not sure why the "mechanics" didn't replace them but I did myself when it started hesitating). I changed the oil 5k miles before their recommended sticker said to and I'm glad I did because it was super dark like they used cheap oil in it for test drives. There was NO spare tire or mentioning of it being gone as well as the jack and lift set up were missing as well. These are IMPORTANT pieces to any vehicle for when stranded. Save your money people!! Plenty of dealers out there that'll truly take care of you. This is sad for the community. read more

I took my pick up truck to get what they call "The Works" which is an oil change, tire rotation and tip fluids with multi check points. When I was there they suggested to get my fuel filter replaced. They told me the price of the filter and I agreeed. When it was time to check out what would be a $265 service turned to be a close to $400. Upon requesting an explanation none of the employees at the counter could really explain just saying that the price of oil had changed. Non the less I had to pay. I trusted the service department to perform that service, upon arriving home I noticed they did the tire rotation wrong. The service tech put the back wheels on front of the pick up covering the 4x4 on front. It's not just a cover that you can take on and off, you have to change the tire and wheels to do it correctly. I went back to the quicklane service department to address the issue and the front lady was extremely rude and told me that they couldn't do it because it was "too late" but that she'll talk to a technician ti see if they wanted to do it. She was on the phone with the technician and I was hearing the conversation and she told the technician " it's ok you don't have to do it" and told me to go back on a different day. I don't recommend this place to trust your vehicle to get serviced. I will just drive the extra miles and go to another ford dealership. read more

First of all, our salesman (I believe his name is Geoffrey) went above and beyond in helping us. I was highly impressed with him. The finance department was a joke! We saw a vehicle on their website priced at $25,000. After test driving the vehicle Saturday, we told Geoffrey our credit union approved us and wanted an out the door price of $25,000. After speaking with the finance department, Geoffrey came back with a price of $28,000 plus TTL. I asked where did the $28,000 come from as the listed price on their website was $3,000 less. He went back to speak with the finance people and came back with a total of $27,000. A finance guy came over expressing to us that he hate to lose our business over $2,000 and wanted to see if they could seek financing for us with their banks. I had to tell him repeatedly that it wasn't a matter of the amount my credit union was approving me for but rather my personal bottom line. Plus, there was no way their banks were going to beat my credit union's .99% rate. After going back and forth, they finally told us $27,000 was the absolute lowest they could go as the dealership was already losing money from pricing the car so low. So we walked. Realize this was Saturday. Well Wednesday (only four days later), I happen to see the same vehicle on autotrader at this dealership marked down to $23,000. We're absolutely flabbergasted as to why the dealership would allow us to walk over $2,000 and then lower the price less than a week later. Geoffrey was out of the office so my husband spoke with the second gentleman mentioned above. Initially he was about to go into a meeting so had to call my husband back. Three hours later, he called my husband back only to say he would have to talk to the finance managers to see if $25,000 out the door would work. WTH? Four hours later, we still have not heard back from anyone. My advise, save yourself the time and go to another dealership. read more

We walked out on Tuesday and on Saturday he's STILL running credit!! No one is answering the phone at the dealership. Horrible in every way. Went in for an oil change, was up sold without being asked for some extra package where they ultimately sold me a new air filter but failed to disclose the true cost ($23.95 for a new filter sounds different than $38.97 after installation). Came in for a $69 oil change and left with a $132.70 bill. Not transparent with the services, rep said their printer wasn't working when I checked in so 'I could just sign the paperwork afterwards'. LONG POST BUT ADVICE NEEDED! We bought a Dodge Ram 1500 here in April 2013. Sales representatives were nice and after a long 6+ hour wait for the truck, they went ahead and let us take the truck home after getting approval from a bank. The next day, my father went back to finish the paperwork for my truck. (This was a gift from him but I took over all payments and expenses that the truck would require.) When finalizing the paperwork, my father was told that he was agreeing to sign for the truck PLUS an extended warranty of 75,000 miles from the STARTING mileage the truck already had. (Truck had 14,009 miles which means after adding the 75,000 mile warranty, it would put my truck at 89,009 miles warranty guaranteed.) Sales representative NEVER once mentioned months about our warranty expiring. Since then, we have took our truck to their maintenance shop next door for oil changes but major things that occur could not be fixed there as it is a FORD dealership and it does not have the necessities to work on a DODGE truck. We take our truck to Clay Cooley Dodge off of Hwy 183 and they've done amazing with repairs to my truck. Every time we've been, we've used our warranty and it has never failed to be accepted. The last major work on my truck occurred last year in June 2017 to get repaired from a manifold (bolts) that were broken and making a ticking sound in the truck. Once again, no problem with taking my warranty as it states in the paperwork that it expires until 2019. We recently took in my truck again into Clay Cooley because our Airbag light appeared on the screen. I left it there on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 around 10 am. I was told my truck would be checked out in the following days to come as it was a busy week and we had come in on short notice. I reminded the service rep about my warranty and he said that he did not have the 1-800 number on file. That was no problem as I told him I would give him a call back when I got home to give him the number. I called back on Thursday, May 10, 2018 around 11 am to give Tony (service rep at Clay Cooley) my warranty number. He said thanks and that he would give us a call back when he confirmed our warranty. So then Friday, May 11, 2018 came and Tony gave my father a call stating that our warranty was "expired" according to Mastertech and their warranty program. My father then called me and told me to take our contract and paperwork to Tony so he could verify it once again as we knew there had to had been a mistake. I got out of work and rushed to the service department as I knew it was getting close to closing time on a Friday afternoon. He checked out my paperwork and indeed saw that my expiration date was on July 20, 2019 and expiration miles was at 89,009 (75,000 miles from our starting point of 14,009 when the truck was purchased). He suggested I go to my original dealership where we bought the truck, and talk to them about the warranty. We walked in around 6-6:30 that afternoon and were greeted right away. We told the sales rep we had to speak to a financial advisor about our warranty issues. He quickly got us in with Clarence Hutton (Finance Manager) and we were sat right away. We explained our situation to Mr. Hutton and he quickly got to doing some research over our paperwork. He said he had some confusion about the terms of condition as it states 48 months - 75,000 miles - 07/20/19 - 89,009 miles. He tried to explain how it was probably an error from the expiration dates to the purchase date and how it did not match up with 48 months in warranty. He said he would do his best on that upcoming Monday with his financial advisors and GM and see what he could do to clear it up or fix it. Horrible service department. Had my vehicle in for a repair and was informed it would be done in two days. After a week the vehicle was still "being worked on. " Tried to get an update several times, and no joke, it took over 15 minutes to get the service department to answer the phone. I had to ask their receptionist to page the service department to answer. Definitely not customer friendly. And to top it off the original estimate was less than half of what the bill became. I have since got quotes from other dealers at about half of the final bill. I should have get quotes before I use this dealer. The reason I used the dealer is I bought the vehicle from them. My experience was pretty poor overall. I was happy that I was able to make an appointment, so that was a good improvement. However, when I tried to reach out the day before my appointment to verify that they would be able to do the recall work (which was not an available selection on the website), nobody answered the phone or responded back to the text system in place. When I got to my appointment the next day, I was disappointed to find out that I would not be able to receive the loaner car I requested. That should be said in advance if in fact a loaner car is not available. The waiting room was very poor and was in general disrepair without even a coffee machine. Again, the day of communication was difficult and there were no direct lines to my service advisor. When I did get a call to check-in, it was around 4pm and the advisor did not know off-hand when asked how long the recommended repairs would take. Since I did not have a loaner car I could not wait another day before my car came back. When I requested the car back they did arrange to drop the car off, which is a great service. However, about an hour later I was told that I would have to pay for the diagnostic work that was done. This was the first time I was told about this charge. I was also disappointed that the diagnostic fee did not cover a full report on the general condition of the items that were checked. We were there forever but we left with a 2017 f150 on a major upside down trade in. We even had a much higher interest previously and they cut it in half. Sean was excellent and we are happy with our purchase. But we find the true service comes out after people take your money. Update: I guess I'm going to have to contact corporate again to get the service we need. We were told the referral was $200 now it's $100. I don't mind but the communication was flowing when it was time to take my mother and grandmothers money too but when I ask about my referral later no reply ( message said read). The service department is awful! My husband recently bought a brand new F-150 from Mac Haik Ford. The next day, he noticed that a minor repair was needed. Mac Haik Ford told him when to come back because they had to order a part. Instead of informing him that the part hadn't come in, they waited until he showed up for the appointment to tell him that they had to reschedule. At the rescheduled appointment, they drove his truck over 20 miles (he had a tracker in the vehicle), driving over 90mph. When my hubby questioned them, they lied and said that the truck never left their premises. After the truck was supposedly fixed, we noticed the same issue a few days later. After rescheduling yet again, when my husband showed up for his appointment he was ignored. He was not acknowledged. If I could give the Mac Haik zero stars or even a negative number, I surely would!!!! read more

Ok might as well get some popcorn so about a month ago I took my truck to get fixed here because some stupid person hit me. They ordered the wrong part 3 times the other parts were also ordered wrong and I have to wait another week or more for that. So the manager told me I could pick up the truck to drive it until the parts would come in. Just to when I get my truck home and really look at it the paint does not match. I could not notice it at the shop because when they give you the car they don't put out in the sun. I'm very unhappy with them just want my truck fixed and fixed right. I've never been so angry leaving a car dealership. I went online and scheduled my service appointment 10 days ago. I put in the VIN. I wrote in the notes: "I want all the recalls taken care of, especially the modem." Emphasis on the modem. I figured it very well might be a part they don't keep in stock. [It stopped being supported on the cell network, so it's obsolete and Ford told me that was happening at the beginning of the year.] I gave them plenty of time to get it. I called the dealership the day before TO CONFIRM THAT MY APPOINTMENT WAS GOOD AND EVERYTHING WAS OK. They said YES, you'll be dealing with Nathan tomorrow. But I didn't feel great about the way it was said... When I arrived to my 7AM appointment, Nathan didn't know I was coming. Bad sign. I spoke with him about the process and explained I didn't care AT ALL about the other non-safety related recalls. I really only care about the modem. I swear I said it at least three different times. Fast forward to 11:15 am. Nathan pulls my car up front. Comes in says ok all set lets get to cashier and sign you out. Ok sure. At the cashier is where he starts explaining that he had to order the modem and he'll call me to come back when it's in. ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?!?! Like others I should have read reviews on this place before taking my car to the shop there. I dropped my car off in January and I got it back on March 2nd. Upon picking up my car, I noticed my windshield was broken, which it WAS NOT broken when I dropped it off. They take pictures when you drop off your car and it clearly shows no crack. The "manager" of the service dept. came out to speak to me after I spoke to the service technician about it, and he tried to tell me that it was like that when I brought it in. I advised it was NOT like that and he went and looked at the photos and then came back and said "you are right, it didn't have a crack" and then proceeded to tell me it was the hail the night before. Conveniently enough it had hailed however, no other damage to the car and the technician already agreed that my car was in the shop over night because it was getting the work completed at that time. Anyhow, this manager proceeded to argue with me and then when I told him I would speak to his boss, he said "oh he will just defer to me, he's just a sales man" Needless to say he never set up a meeting as promised with his boss and I cannot get anyone to contact me from the dealership. They refuse to take responsibility for the broken windshield. If you care about your vehicle i would never put it in here for service, and I would never buy a vehicle from here as they clearly show from all of the reviews that they do no care about their customers at all. read more

This place needs zero stars! I am actually writing this review a few months later, because I wanted to be honest and objective about what happened so that people can make a fair assessment. I did not want to write a review in hasty anger about how I was treated at this dealership. I had been looking at a certified used Explorer Sport since January. I saw one on their lot, but was still exploring my options. In April, I looked back and that same Explorer was still there. A bit strange to me, but I took it as maybe a sign it was for me. I put in an internet request and Pedro called right away. We agreed to come see the car the next day. My husband and I drove out and test drove the car; We liked it. Pedro started with the monthly payment jive...and of course I was like "Nah, I want to know the total cost of the car before anything." I know very well that my credit is stellar, had my own financing arranged, in case Ford's wasn't the best, and had contacted Ford to get pre approved as well (more on that in a moment). I told him what I wanted to pay (Below their asking price,but knowing what my final would be), and he went back and forth with his manager a few times. The car had now been sitting 83 days, mind you, so I know I should have a bit of advantage here. The final price I talked to him about was about $250 less than the asking, and he said he couldn't meet it, but to give him a call tomorrow morning at 11. They're going into day 84 with this car...Why on earth will they not just meet me?? On the way back home, Pedro texts me saying he has a car to meet my price...BUT it has24000 more miles and isn't certified used! I let him know I would call tomorrow. I did, and he told me to complete the dealership financing agreement (This was not something I knew to do because I had already applied with Ford, but it was necessary). I did it within 15 minutes and told him to please call me with anything else he needed. NOTHING. I follow up with him in a few hours and he doesn't answer. I called his cell and office, to no avail. At about 5:30 pm he text back: Explorer sold just a few minutes ago. What in the actual hell??? I have been trying to get in touch with you all day. I would have appreciated him following up with me. He told me that someone had been looking at the Explorer, made an appointment and just needed to test drive to make their decision. He should have told me that last night or at least this morning. I was willing and able to leave work to go and get the car, do paperwork, etc. That was shady in my opinion. I feel like I may have dodged a bullet though, as reading others' reviews about service after their purchase show that they continue their nonchalance and shadiness far past the initial sale. read more

Their Maintenance department is seriously lacking in Talent. I have taken my car twice to this Dealer and it will be the last time for this place. The leadership was better before Mac Haik took it over. Event NR 1; My wipers would not work in the regular mode, they would only work in fast mode. when I turn them off they would shut down all over the place. I took it in to them they had it 3 days and when I got it back the interval wipers wouldn't work and the fast mode wouldn't work. I took it back and I had to laugh while they counted the wipes per second in each mode. I told the Service Manager, that I don't need to count the wipes to know that they are the same speed. I left it again. They do not follow up with their work. Event nr 2. Hot air coming out of the Defrost Vent, the air will not shift to the Dash Vents or the floor. They charged me 1500 dollars and the air work through the front vents but the defroster or Floor vents don't work. They want to charge me another 1300 because they say they have to pull the dash again. I told them that they should have made sure it was fixed when the had the dash off the first time Their work is unsatisfactory, You have to take it back several time for it to come out right the last time. read more

These people are a joke. I went to look at a pre-owned vehicle that was PERFECT for me. After not being able to talk the price down, I agreed to go with the internet price. Not a problem, honestly because it was a fair price, below the Blue Book value. When I sat down with the finance guy, he tried to tack on an extra $900 (outside of the TT&L) for a "service fee." I asked about the service fee and he said it was for the work they put into the car when they got it from auction. Nice job but not my expense. He then ADMITTED that they put a low price on the internet just to get people to the dealership. In other words, he actually admitted to false advertising. Unwisely, I did a credit ap (as I had my own financing) before walking away for the night. They called back with a crazy price, about $5,000 more than the internet price, including TT&L. When I asked the salesman about it, he said, "I'm just the sales guy. The finance guys just do what they do." You're a loser for saying that, dude. On top of that, the finance guy actually tried to lie to me about the terms of my own financing. In other words, they just flat-out refused to accept the financing I had because they wouldn't make any extra money on it. FYI, there was no reason they couldn't accept it; they had already confirmed that they could accept it. The most ridiculous part of the deal was the finance guy trying to bribe me into spreading the word about the dealership. He said, "If we remove this service fee, you have to promise to tell people good things about us." How about I say good things if you actually deliver acceptable service? Ever thought of that? He said this after the salesman told me they really wanted to make a footprint as a new dealership in Dallas. My girl, who drives a high-end car, was with me; so she's used to outstanding customer service. Since we had been there for two hours, she asked for a drink. The finance guy brought her a room temperature cranberry juice, so the look on her face was priceless...and I agreed with that look. Again, showing his lack of tact, he tried to justify the room temp drink by saying it came from his lunch kit. I commented to both the sales and finance guy that I'm a marketing guy and I felt they would have a hard time gaining success in the market as a relatively new dealership with the way they do business. The finance guy then bragged that Mac Haik "owns the I-10 corridor" and that their dealerships do well everywhere else in Texas. We'll see if that holds up in Dallas. read more

I understand the need to make a profit and have no issues with an honest profit. However, we took our van there because the computer system and the repair shop was not able to do anything about it. Well when we paid them $90 to tell us what was wrong, we had them checked into and it was way off base. Not even related to the computer issue. They wanted to charge us over $2000 for items that did not even need repairing. Bottom line if you have to go to a Ford service center you are better off driving further out than going to this one.
