The staff are all SO wonderful! When I initially signed up it was hectic chaos surrounding us, but the admin at the desk was the most patient, informative, sweetest soul. They all are! You can tell employees genuinely enjoy one another here and are passionate about their community. This gym might be older but overall has everything you need, plus it's clean and they make all necessary updates. This gym and the people here restore my faith in humanity most days; finally, a gym to get excited about walking into :)

The staff are really nice here + the facilty is recently renovated + looks pretty good. It is a bit small + quaint... + well lets be honest.... a little overpriced now a days with all these $10/month gyms. I joined because of the classes. The classes are OK--- belly dancing is fun... but i didn't break a sweat! there is a great bootcamp class on Monday nights. Wish it was more than once a week! I also wish that they had classes starting around 5:30pm more often for people who work in the area that want to get the gym out of the way right after work or lunch time classes. The classrooms are really small so they can get packed-- HOLY YOGA SPOON FEST. so cramped but that is because the instructor is really great. The spinning room is also VERY VERY SMALL and cramped. They are trying their best with the space they have. They work out area is small + a lot of the equipment is on its way out. they do have some newer ellipticals + treadmills with tvs on them if that's yo thang! If you need a lil local gym time, this is your kinda place!

Knocking another star off because of a sad fact I was reminded of at one of my recent nightly workouts. Some of the personal trainers are an absolute displeasure to share the room with. As I always do (and as is considered polite in a crowded gym) when it is unclear if a person is using a piece of equipment I would like to get on, I asked one of them politely if they were using the machine next to them. The response I got was "Are you kidding me? If I was I would've yelled at you." I was literally taken back, there was no need for such a snarky response to a complete stranger asking a question aimed to be considerate. They also dash from area to area, taking up egregious amounts of this poor excuse of a weight room's already limited real estate with their one or two clients. All of this is done in a fashion that has caused me to almost get hit by weights and body parts while sitting still (in most cases while already having moved my equipment to be more accommodating to them). There are other paying patrons here besides your clients, please treat the area as such. **I would like to clarify that the above does not apply to the general staff, which is always friendly and helpful. Always a hello on the way in, a goodbye on the way out, and happy to answer any questions you may have. Another note on the locker rooms - there is almost always a crowd of kids just hanging out in there, taking up large amounts of the extremely limited space in this dingy, disgusting locker room. In addition to sitting around on their phones and video games for what seems like at least 45 mins at a time, they run right into the changing area soaking wet, making the floor a disgusting and slippery mess.

That is very poor service. Today is April 9th why I have to pay another $127 for another 40 days. Understand if I pay current moth but not more than a month. Then after we got that to kind of clear out he got severe nasal and congestion infection which caused green Mucus and he need breathing treatments from the hospital. At this time the Director and I had a conversation and I expressed my frustrations. I spoke about what was the Cleaning procedures in the classroom at the end of the day. I started to pick him up and only then did I start smelling bleach or sanitizer when i picked him up. The teachers in Ms Brittany's class are young so I asked what certifications they had or do they have children of their own which I never got an answer. I told my daughter it was time to take him out. The director asked her to give them the opportunity to prove themselves to be trust that there would be no more illnesses. then about a month later he got pink eye !!! Now im really upset but my daughter says Mom you might be right this place is Not experienced enough. Now a month later he has a skin infection on his skin by his private area which we were told it is contagious and transferred by changing one child and not washing your hands or using gloves during changing time . It is clearing up THANK GOD but i worry about the scar it might leave in his skin . He will NEVER Return to this Place ever Again!!! I just want people to know that our experience with this Daycare is HORRIBLE. If your child has this same issue with Brittany's class it will not stop being a Problem. I Urge you Parents to ask about Change time and what illness are children still able to attend with illnesses that can be contagious. My daughter has to work and I had to stop working to take are of my grandbaby. I care about children and wanted to let Parent s Know your child will experience illnesses that could have been Avoid with Clean a sanitary routines . He is getting better and we are looking for a MUCH Better and Clean Daycare . HAVE LEADERS WHOM KNOW WHAT IT IS TO KEEP SICK CHILDREN SEPARATED OR STAY HOME UNTIL FEELING BETTER. I'm still finding new rooms and amenities that make my membership really worthwhile. Most recently, I discovered the 18+ women's locker room, which is separate from the regular women's locker room and it is absolutely wonderful! It's pretty quiet in there, and it includes vanities, hairdryers, a pumping lounge, a sauna, changing rooms, and lockers. It's a very comfortable space for women, which I can really appreciate! I'm also a big fan of the yoga classes here. Tuesday night's "gentle yoga" is a great class with a fantastic instructor. I always look forward to going! There is a little bit of the spiritual aspect of yoga thrown in, but it is not too much. It is mostly focused on the yoga itself. And while it is a slower-paced class, the instructor will suggest ways to make a pose more challenging. Thursday night yoga is also a good time, and a great workout. It feels more like a fitness class, but it still retains that zen yoga energy. There are also day-use lockers that do not require a separate lock - just entering your own code - next to the yoga studio, which makes storing all my stuff really easy. There is also a lot of workout equipment! There is a good variety of machines for cardio (I love the cardio mezzanine, it's such a nice space overlooking the weight room) as well as for weights. When I do not want to workout in the weight room, I can go into one of their gymnasiums and use the free weights in there as long as there are no classes going on. In general, the Y is pretty clean and updated. The only exception is the regular woman's locker room. The staff have always been kind to me and very helpful when I need something. As for parking, the lot gets pretty hectic. It's on a somewhat busy side street off of a busy main road. The lot itself is tight and strict about the use of the parking pass. Overall, there is a lot offered here and I have always been pleased with my experience here.

I went to an open athletes meeting and signed up to compete in a wbff show with nicole and Kayla as my coaches (the two owners). My show is 7 weeks away and I've lost almost 20 lbs with the customized meal plan, workouts and guidance. Every penny I've spent there has been worth it. In addition to my new physique, I've gained a family. The men and women (yes men take the classes too!) who work out there are so uplifting, motivating and friendly!
