I've been coming to this place for about 2 yrs. let me start with the staff they are always wonderful and pleasant to deal with, very understanding and accommodating. Kadera Is my hygienist and she is really one of the best!She cleans my teeth 3-4 times/yr and I always leave not wanting to eat because my teeth feel so good. Very detailed and she definitely cares. Dr. Martinez is excellent at what he does. Took care of a couple cavities when I first seen him and they have never come back. Place is always clean. This place does excellent work BUT they will try to rip you off. They charged me 600.00 after I paid them 400.00 in the initial visit and 400.00 the next week. Then after providing receipts they dismissed my balance. Then a year later try to charge me again for 300.00. Thankfully I keep my receipts. read more

AVOID THIS GROUP. I went to have my teeth cleaned yesterday. Dr Martinez has every time I have been there in the past continues to push their neat little scam " it is their protocol" that you have to have their X Rays before they will allow you to have your cleaning. I told this "Dr" Martinez I was leaving and moving to Florida next month and I have NO issues with my teeth just came in for my twice yearly cleaning. He REFUSED to let me get my cleaning without agreeing and signing for the 10 XRay's they were going to do. I Had full mouth X Rays done there in the last year as a new patient (mandated by them) so not wanting to be exposed to any NEEDLESS Xrays is my comfort zone. I noticed the first visit there of my total of 3 visits from day one he comes in the back room and try's to sell me on all this crown work I had to have costing thousands of dollars. That is how they do it using X Rays to show all these problems you allegedly have and make thousdands of dollars on patients. Be aware if you go this group and how they make their money. read more

When you first walked in you are kindly greeted. Check in was a breeze (especially if you filled the paperwork prior to arriving through your email) and was called and taken to the back promptly. Frankly, it's been awhile since I've been to the dentist not because of COVID but life itself, and I always hated taking the x rays and scans. I know they hurt but this Dental Assistant, Amanda, was very kind and took her time and made the procedure less painful than I remembered it was and enjoyable (she's amazing btw). After that, I was brought to the actually exam room and met Dr. Martinez. He was genuine and professional. He took his time to explain things and made recommendations. I'm not the best with situations like that cause I end up going with whatever they say and always get pressure to add a service or two. At this place it wasn't the case. You never feel pressure to tack on a service when it's not necessary nor if one doesn't have the finances. One thing to note, they do provide some payment options as well. ( Who would like to spend a lot at once? I know I don't!) The Dental hygienist, Katrina from research is highly recommended and praised here. Friendly and welcoming and not to mentioned just made the cleaning process rather enjoyable (That's hard to believe but there are some good ones and bad ones out there, she is really great at her job). Lastly, I would like say if anyone is looking for a great office this place is it. I would never recommend this place. I went there because of my HMO DeltaCare USA and because I needed a molar extracted. DeltaCare's published price for an extraction is $230. Once I was in the chair Christa the receptionist came in and told me it would cost me $790 (not $230) to have the tooth extracted and I would need to return in 2 weeks for an appointment but they could put a crown on my tooth for $990 the same day and I would never need to return. When I asked why the crown was so expensive she told me my insurance only covers metal crowns later I learned that was in fact not true. What a good used car sales person she was. I paid the $990 and by the next day my tooth that had never been sensitive to cold started hurting when I took a drink of water. By now I have done my research online, and have spoken with a representative from DeltaCare. At this point I have concluded that not only I was ripped off but the Dentist has damaged the nerve tissue and or dental pulp. I could also feel the glue on the tooth and the crown so I went back to the Dentist. One of his very first comments were "You will probably need a root canal". I replied no thanks I will have the tooth extracted but he did not seem very happy to hear that since I would need to go to an Oral Surgeon instead. The insurance company contacted me and arranged for me to go see an "Independent Regional Consultant". The consultant opined that although the crown was clinically acceptable it had a chip on its surface and there was clearly "nerve damage" probably as a result of the crown treatment. I am in the process of making an appointment to have tooth #18 extracted by a competent Oral Surgeon and will be filing a complaint(s) with the appropriate State or local licensing and or regulatory agencies. read more

I was a patient for about a year and a half. At first it was okay. It soon to constant pressure to "upsell". There were always expats needed. A visit to the periodontist of course. And, how my teeth, bones, and gums were in severe danger. Maybe so even though I was in no pain, but the pressure put on me was the last straw. I thought I did a review to for place but apparently I didn't. I was going to this place about 2 years ago and didn't like how they do their business. It is sad to see that the recent people still have that issue with being up selling on services they don't really need. My experience here is a like a trip to a car dealership of some kind. The customer service was pretty good (front side), up until you meet the lady that goes over your charts and sign for service. She was not kind, and I felt like my wallet was in danger when she said they cant do any other service without a laser deep cleaning for my "diagnosed" Periodontitis. I regrettably accepted the service under pressure and never came to this place again. Went to 2 other dentists after that after several insurance changes, non of them said I had Periodontitis, so I can just do regular cleaning instead of deep cleaning, with more or less the same diagnosis for my teeth in general. Anyway, moral of the story. Feel like you are getting charged alot or being pressured for services here? GET A 2nd OPINION!!! read more

I had an appointment with Dr. Gunn yesterday to get a few fillings and a crown put on. Let me just say, Dr. Gunn is so incredible! She such a sweet person and an amazing dentist! She makes you feel comfortable and she talks you through what she's doing. She made it quick, painless and everything was so well done! Also, the office is so clean, nice and all of the equipment (such as the X-ray machine, machine to make the crown, etc) are all brand new and so advanced and hi-tech! At first I thought they were qualified and helpful only to find out their front desk lady flat out lied to me about calling and leaving me messages about an upcoming procedure, those calls never happened! Then I was told literally a day before dental surgery that had been scheduled for weeks, that they just spoke to my insurance company and that my procedure would not be covered after being assured it would be! I was told that I would be expected to pay $1500 cash after being assured the insurance had already been verified! Completely unprofessional and annoying and frankly I felt like I was being scammed. The glowing reviews here I'm pretty sure are from friends and family of the owners! Their front end staff is incompetent and not to be believed! I have had two decent appointments here, as has my wife. They took me in without an appointment for tooth removal when one fractured at gum level. I have messed up teeth. So can't say yet if they are overpricing me as several of these reviews state. My biggest gripe? STOP calling me! I swear I get a call several times in one day, every few weeks, and it's a SALES call... from a dentist. "Hey would you like to get your treatment started today?" I do not know who writes good reviews for this dentistry.. it may be their friends/family? So I decided to give them a try based on reviews. I came in for basic teeth cleaning. I agree with Kris R. that I too was bombarded by their financial dept. because (supposedly) I need 4 crowns, cavity fillings on top of my cleaning. The price came out to be over $$$ a few Ks. Let me remind you that I have dental insurance. That was the price I have to pay out of pocket. I also sought a second opinion from my regular trusted dentist (in California- Moved to Vegas this year). Long story short-- they tried to charge my dental insurance --Close to $600 for x-rays (they put that down for Orthodontial x-rays) I came for cleaning and they advertise for $49 basic cleaning and exam, $25 for consultation (you mean consultation for your pricing) -over $200 for cleaning. WTF! My insurance had to call them to ask what's up. Beware of coming here unless you want to get ripped off! I wish I can give them negative stars. read more

This is my 3rd time here and I have to say I had braces for years and a root canal somewhere prior to coming here. I have always HATED the dentist and when I started having pain in my teeth I postponed going as long as possible. I was told on my first visit I would need two root canals. Dr. Gunn was on top of things and started prepping my teeth the same day. Dr. Gunn and her dental assistant Tiffany are amazing. Also the front desk staff are warm and welcoming. If I have to give them a call I'm never waiting on the line. Everyone who works here does their jobs incredibly well and I'm never in pain. Tiffany was really sweet and helpful she was very accommodating for my dental needs. Today was my first time visiting the dentist in over 3 years-eeek!-I moved from Michigan and haven't found a dentist I like/trust out here. I recently got insurance from work and when asking around, my supervisor just couldn't say enough great things about Dr. Dhaliwal and the staff here. I decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad I did! Everyone was so nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable through the whole visit. Turns out I have NO CAVITIES! The staff of this place is absolutely outstanding. Every single one of them had great customer service. Christa was able to get me in for a visit the same day/next day! She was such a pleasure to deal with. Along with the assistant sabreena who just had the best attitude and always made sure i was comfortable during the x-rays.
