I started with this place at the beginning of the year. Went in for my crown. The temporary crown came out on the same day. I called and they toke me in at another location one day after. That also came out. After finally getting it in, I wanted to wait a little to make sure everything was okay before I started another procedure. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called them in May and asked for them to get authorization for my next procedure. They said they would submit it. Two weeks later I called to see if it was approved yet. The young girl at the front desk with long dark hair said no. So I waited. The following week I called again and she said no again. After several weeks I asked her how she submitted the approval or what date and she could not give me an answer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then I call my insurance and asked them if any pre authorization was received and they said no. I called back to the office again to speak to a manager in which there is not one around[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked the young girl again did you sent it in and when and how but she could not give me an answer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The next day I called and talked with Eleaza the manager and she tells me that it was never sent in. This whole time they kept on lying for what ever reason.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]The manger Eleaza tells me they changed manager and she never sent it in, and that is why there was a problem. Now that I am looking at my paper work from January, Eleaza the manager name is all over the paper work from back then. The day I first called I was warmly greeted by Lily over the phone and expressed my concern as I have been quiet neglectful in my oral hygiene and a tooth was completely falling out and the pain was immense. Told her I was on Medicare PPO, not even within 10 minutes did she have me scheduled to come in next day 01/27/2022 and ensured me that Medicare takes care of their own at CCDentistree. Upon showing up it's a couple forms to sign as a new patient, ALL paperless (via tablet) and within 10 minutes I was called back by Alexa. The whole staff here is indeed incredible. Dr Santiago is surrounded by some genuine superstars. After my extraction was complete and x-rays taken Doc informed me properly how to clean and upkeep in the area. Absolutely all kinds of weight lifted off my shoulders. Lily, Alexa and Dr Santiago are all 100 percent some of the best dentists I've ever been to hands down. Clean facility, masks required and the fongshway of this place is legit. A Dj booth is in the back which kinda helps the vibes of just showing up to a dentist to be tortured. All friendly vibes from CCD. Definitely would recommend these guys to all friends and family in the Vegas/Green Valley area needing work done! Probably the best dental office I have ever been to. The doctor was very delicate, I didn't feel a thing and that completely changed how I view what I should expect from a good dentist. The equipment and imaging is very modern, (for example not huge X-Ray mechanism hidden in the wall, but instead a handheld). And finally what put them over the top for me was attention to the patient. I was involved in everything they did, shown every image taken and informed of what it all meant. I've had wisdom teeth for years and my past doctors never even mentioned it. You get to be personal with the doctor here, it's not just someone going room to room for 5 minutes and charging you for it. I went in today for my first appointment with them and it was pretty smooth from beginning to end. I came in and barely waited before being called back. I had my X-rays done and then I got to meet Dr. Santiago and he informed me about the wear I had on my teeth and showed me pictures of my cavities so that I can really see it. The hygienist Eugene was amazing during my cleaning, he's super gentle and I was falling asleep. My past experience with hygienist was okay, but they usually had a heavy hand. His assistant Alyssa was also really good, she took her time and was thorough. I do appreciate not feeling rushed and hurried along like I did at my previous dentist. I did have a mishap at the end with payment being accidentally placed on another account but the front Lily was super nice and said she would fix it before I come back in next week. Overall, it was very calming and I like it, I don't have anxiety when I get a cleaning done, but I do during cavities so I feel like I can be less anxious there when I return! read more
