I would have to agree (and we live in Austin TX where there's great cow) -the burger meat melted in your mouth -the egg dripping as you break the yolk was perfection. The bacon so juicy, the brioche bun (that was the winning touch) We shared: Hot Honey Pizza- so good 9/10 Spicy Burrata- also great. 8/10 Mac n cheese- that was the only miss. Way under seasoned and the white sauce seemed to get sucked up by the pasta so the dish was super dry. 3/10 Frites and Fondue- fries were great. Thick cut with finely shaved pecorino. Could have used a heaping more of the shaved cheese. -the fondue was ok, seemed still under seasoned or just not creamy enough? I'd swap that for some roasted garlic with the truffle oil. 6/10 Local brews and ciders were great! 9/10 Huckleberry Cheesecake 9/10 save room for this bad boy. We split it between 4 people. I'd say two people could probably share a pizza no problem. We got the vodka pizza, added Italian sausage, as well as the pepperoni. The three of us nearly polished off both pizzas. The pizzas were good, but the undercarriage was pretty floppy, which made me think it probably could have cooked maybe a tad bit longer. They have some good looking pasta dishes as well!

We came in on Tuesday and it was one of the worst and weirdest dining experiences we've ever had in Bozeman. We got there around 1:00, were seated immediately and waited 15 minutes for a server to welcome us in with water. We've worked as servers and it would have been fine but there were only two other tables besides ours. Our server was pushy and she was instantly irritated with us for some reason. We ordered calamari to start and three pizzas with some substitutions (after asking if they could do substitutions) that we were happy to pay extra for. We got the calamari after about a half hour, at about 1:45, and it was really tough. It had definitely been frozen, but was poorer quality than what we've had in the past. The usual lemon remoulade/aioli was also a let down from what they have served in the past. A little after 2:00, we asked about the status of our pizzas. The woman helping us snapped at my mom, "Go ask the chefs in the back! You can ask them how much longer it's gonna take!" I have worked in the service industry and my sister is a full-time industry worker in town. She seemed irritated at the cooks, and was being a bit sarcastic, still, we were shocked. We finally got our pizzas at 2:30, an hour and a half after we arrived. It seemed like the dough had changed and the pizza was definitely oilier than it had been before. The fennel sausage and prosciutto were lower quality than they've served in the past: greasy, saltier and less flavorful. Our server was, at best, odd and at worst snappy and rude. She didn't bring us enough napkins or plates or ever ask about refills. It was a very uncomfortable and disappointing dining experience. We're bummed about our spot!

The appetizers also arrived quickly after order. The garlic scrapes were also good. The pizza was good. We had the diavola and mostarda. Both were good thin crust pizzas with decent flavor. The best part was there was not a lot of residual oil on the pizza. The service after the appetizer was really rough. The server was friendly but it took over an hour to get our food order. They are always busy but the wait was a bit excessive. It gets really crowded which is good for the restaurant, make sure to make reservations if you want to try it out.
