Who would think to put cheddar and cream cheese on pizza? The Jalapeño Popper Pizza had the prefect amount of heat when smeared with a little cream cheese. I was passing through town and dropped in to place a take out order about 40 minutes before closing time. The staff was helpful and friendly, and had my pizza out the door to me in half the wait time. While I didn't spend much time inside, this place has that old school, small town pizza parlor feel. Nice and helpful staff, and very reasonably priced, but that was the worst pizza I have ever had (and there is no excuse for bad pizza). Well, in all candor, it might be the absolute best in Livingston but it wasn't all that great. I'm a guy who believes the crust is the essential part of an extraordinary pizza. Great crust = great pizza. Meh crust = meh pizza. And Rosa's crust is 'meh.' If I'm honest, it reminded me of a Bagel Bite™. It was a gluey, gluteny, slab of carbs. No real interesting texture; nothing to distinguish it. Now, giving credit where due: The toppings were superb and plentiful. The right amount of meats, cheeses and sauces. But nothing really stood out. Just, "Oh, yeah, that's pepperoni. And that's onion." But nothing "Wow" as I was expecting given the locals' enthusiasm for the place. Customer service was good cashier/server was nice basically you order and pay before you sit down then they bring you the pizza hot and fresh maybe 20 minutes later I think we paid 40 for 14 inch pizza a salad and 2 drinks. I rate the pizza a 3 salad a 2. Their sitting is not plentiful but ok except the last booth in the back is right next to the restroom which was the only one available for us..... Service was extremely friendly. Every person working there was so polite, thoughtful, and helpful. If you've never been here before, you order at the counter, and can sit down. We were the only people dining in. Lots of people coming for carry out and their delivery driver was very busy. We ordered garlic bread and didn't know what to expect because they also sold a half an order. The garlic bread is huge. I would definitely recommend a half an order if you're only one or two people dining. It's not your typical garlic bread. It wasn't bad, but I would not order it again. Pizza was pretty darn good. Not quite sure how they can charge extra for a topping when each slice of our pizza only had one pepperoni on it. read more

Stopped here or the pizza not being certain how I would like compared to NY pizza. They don't sell slices but have a number of personal sizes. The nice thing is they can be customized. The Taco pizza was pretty good. We are staying in Livingston for the week and after a day at Yellowstone Park is was a relief to not cook and enjoy something different. I've tried to come to this restaurant twice when I'm I'm town. Last year was closed early, this year wasn't open at all. I understand it's a holiday weekend which means hours may fluctuate. However mass amounts of people come to town for the festivities and have limited restaurant open in the evenings in this town. With this one being closed limits options even more. I think we were so hungry I forgot to take a picture of the pizza. The crust was quite tasty and soft and ready and the toppings were fresh and delicious. We also really loved the $1 ice cream treats. There was a variety for everyone. It seemed like we ordered a salad every day from Rosa's. The dinner salads are maybe a little heavy on the cheese but quite tasty and fresh. We liked Rosa's so much we ate it for two of our meals and gave a gift card to our hosting family to enjoy later. read more

We were staying at the Super 8 (just up the road), and the hotel desk clerk suggested that we get dinner from here. Sure glad we did! We went with a 1/2 Rosa's Combo, 1/2 Meat Deluxe pizza, and an order of BBQ wings. The pizza was excellent, but those wings... The best I've ever had (wife agreed)!
