He was greeted with professionalism and kindness from Frankie who then referred him to Will to look at his car. After looking at the car extensively he showed our son the possible problems with the issue. Since our son is unfamiliar with automotive repair he reached out to us to let us know that the car would need repair. Since we are 3,000 miles away we called Stebbins. Will graciously took extensive time to explain to us what he found in his troubleshooting and assured us he would take good care of our son and if there were any issues he would take his time to ensure our son was safe and all was repaired efficiently and affordable. After a ridiculous amount of a wait, Brenda, in the office called the tow company that we were waiting for, and "shook them up". Within 20 minutes the tow showed up.
