I wish I could rate it higher because not only was the food good but the staff made our experience soar! We haven't had service like that in forever, they loved their jobs and wanted us to be happy with their product. They let my son watch them put the pizza together and in the oven and it meant a lot that they took the time to do that. The pizza is made from scratch start to finish in front of you so it's really fun to watch. The place has a couple tables inside and a chair to sit and wait for take out. Beware they use BAD water here they explained was bad and confirmed the local water is bad for ones health. Luckily I didn't want a bottle of soda to go with my pricey pizza and just wanted a cup of water. They explained they won't serve Butler tap water as it is bad and unhealthy. I assume the use water to make their dough as well as wash dishes, etc so I hope I don't get food poisoning, plus I'm now concerned for all the Butler residents and other restaurants. In this case, I hope and pray I was being lied to for the sake of everyone's health. To me, asa customer I hate being lied to, so either way, bad unhealthy water or a lie to my face, I will never return. Perhaps I'll call the Butler Water Authority and express my concern read more

Absolute perfection. I'm traveling here in town for a wedding. I've had pizza all over the world. This is by far the most perfect pizza I've had in the USA! Sauce perfectly no acidic or overly sweet, just perfect. Crust firm, crisp where it's suppose to be and delicious flavor. Espresso dust on pizza? Are you kidding me? It's perhaps the best pizza I've ever tasted. It's about an hour from where I live and I'll drive there just to get that pizza again. Wonderful salads too. The food and service were both excellent! We visited on a Saturday around 11:30am with a group of 8. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, a margherita pizza, and a burrata caprese salad. Everyone was in agreement that it was some of the best pizza they have ever had. The burrata caprese salad was split as a side between 2 people and was so good! The crostini that it came with was delicious!! Highly recommend everything that we got! Tried this place for the first time. I ordered to go and when I picked up my order. The nice young man that cashed me out ask if I've ever tried their pizza before. "No this is my first time" I said. He says " You will not be disappointed". I hate it when people especially younger people try to tell me what to do. So I already made up my mind that it wasn't going to be that good. Well try as I may, I found this pizza to be delicious. Crust was perfect, ingredients tasted fresh and of good quality. I will be a regular customer in the future. Ordered takeout. Misquoted the time a bit, but there's a small waiting area and WiFi. Pizzas are 12" and cut into 8 pieces. The brick oven produces a nice char on the bottom crust and the lovely dough bubbles on top. I opted for the Margherita and it was excellent. Toppings and sauce were layered perfectly so that they don't slide off of your slice with each bite. I got a side salad which wasn't listed on the menu. The salad greens were garden fresh. My only complaint is that the salad container was barely filled to halfway. Local business for the win! read more
