They have been in the business of serving people with wide feet for nearly 40 years. I've seen them on the road as I've driven from Seattle to the Edmonds Ferry but I never paid attention to them until I needed them. I went in on a day when I had to have a pair of shoes that we're going to be as comfortable as possible for the evening, as I had a function that I was responsible for and the shoes I had in my suitcase we're not going to be good enough for those hours. I went in and was greeted very cheerfully by the employees. I was fortunate enough to have the owner's son come out and work on helping me find the appropriate shoes. The owner and I went through a number of shoes after sizing my feet and I settled on one pair. The shoes are quite expensive but they seem to be pretty quality with a decent enough range to get what you're looking for. For me unfortunately I had socks on the day that I bought the shoes and I normally do not wear socks with my shoes. So while they fit perfectly when I bought them they're a bit too big. However, I decided to keep them cuz overall they're comfortable enough but they are definitely size just slightly too big. About the store's layout and inventory: It's a very small store with not a lot of room in it or a lot of inventory. Apparently, they have a really store much bigger in size and with far more choices. It is down in South King County. I'll have to visit someday. This store is in a very busy section right off a very congested roadway. So it's a little challenging to get in and out of their very small parking lot in the front of the building. I think they have parking in the back but I didn't try to drive around and figure that out. All that said though if you have bigger feet or wider feet that need special attention, this is the place to look. There is no other store like this. I really donappreciate how, over the last 40 years, they knew that there are so many people that need better foot care. They serve customers well,in the form of selling well fitting shoes for wide feet. They figured it out back then, and continue to deliver.

He was the lead shift associate on duty both times and provided some of the best customer service I've had anywhere. During my first visit, Austin was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable in helping me find the right athletic shoes. Even though he was busy putting out stock, organizing, and cashiering, he still took the time to give me excellent service and never made me feel rushed. When I returned to buy a second pair of the same shoes, I couldn't find them on the floor. Instead of brushing it off, Austin researched the inventory and tracked down the exact size I needed. That extra effort made all the difference. What really stands out is his confidence and product knowledge. He carries himself with such professionalism that I honestly assumed he was the manager. Knowing that Austin is working gives me total confidence that I'll receive top tier service every time I come in. Great customer service is rare, and Austin delivers it consistently.

I then told my daughter to get a Croc charm thing that was only $5, after looking around for cheap items for an extra 10 mins or so. We checked out and I noticed they only gave me $5 off, when the coupon said $15. She then told me Nike does not qualify for the discount. Not sure how I got the $5 off if that was the case, but the Croc charm ended up being free. It would have been nice to know Nike wouldnt qualify (she didnt communicate this when she told me to find another item to get the discount) and i wasted my time looking for an additional item! Also, I asked for another pair of shoes because the ones we originally picked were dirty, especially the laces. The cashier girl rolled her eyes and said they don't have any other shoes in the back. I asked her if we could at least have some new laces because these were pretty dirty, she said no we can't do that. So I asked her what we can do and she said there isn't anything. Then a guy walked over and said he would go look for another pair in my daughter's size. Lo and behold he brings another box in the correct size with clean shoes.
