    Curbside Pick-up
    Micheal W.

I've been stalking this fragrance since I purchased the original scent but did not want to come off the ticket price. RetailMeNot had 12% cash back and that was enough for me to pull the trigger n I brought it and online and picked it up with curbside the next day!! It also came with a 5 piece sampler set with a $100 purchase that included Tommy Bahama, Mont Blanc, Jimmy Choo, Calvin Klein, Burberry fragrances. The curbside was a breeze too! There were other shoppers that use the curbside parking designated spots , so I just parked in the area with the lines and turned my hazard lights on. They came out within 3-4 minutes with my order. It was a breeze!!

I went to this Macy's location about six months ago. Every time I go, I buy more than five items a a time. I always ask the associate if she has taken the sensors off my clothes. Each time they say yes. Left the mall and took my items straight to the cleaners. Tried to wear one of the dresses when I got it out of the cleaners and there was a sensor on my white DKNY dress. I couldn't find the receipt, therefore I was scared to go back. Fast forward, I was there 2 weeks ago and again purchased over five items. Asked the sales associate if all the sensors were off, she said yes. Made it home and guess what a sensor was on an item. The next day I took that item and the previous item back and told them what happened both times and the customer service desk was rude as if I should have made sure the sensors were off. I have a job and it's not with Macy's. They need to insure their employees know their job. They removed both sensors. I purchased a light blue shirt that didn't need to go to the cleaners, so I just hung it up. Decided to wear it on yesterday and there was a sensor inside. I was livid!!!!! I was going to take it back on yesterday, but we had a family emergency. Woke up this morning getting dressed for work and the sensor was taken off but the back sharp part stuck me. Now I have had enough. I am having the sensor removed today and Macy's Willowbrook will never see me again! Oh yeah and their shoe department sucks too. Only one person working in there and it takes forever to get a pair of shoes. I would rather spend my money with more deserving people. This store is horrible!

Free gift with $35 purchase. Comes with a cute tote bag.

I love this Macys. It's convenient to my house and easy to get to with 249 and 1960. They have red apple sales quite often, so make sure and ask if you are there so you can get the discount. The sales people are always helpful and cheerful. I'm on a first name basis with several of the cosmetics ladies. Overall it is a good experience when I go there.

One of the 'OK' only Macy's. The whole mall seems to be very quite. Selection is not that great in the men's department.

Miguel made sure to greet us and although busy assured us every few minutes he'll be with us which is definitely in my opinion uncommon nowadays but refreshing since that's a spark of great CS. We waited for a good 20-30 minutes which was fine since we were acknowledged and gave us time to look around. When it was our time he was focused on making sure we got what we wanted, made some GREAT suggestions and measured. All with an awesome attitude and you can tell he walks the talk. He's got great style! We picked up the suit and tried it on and it was PERFECT! No alterations and Miguel picked up on great detail to help make my son's prom suit fit his style. Aaron was attentive from the start and super friendly. We were only there to pick up a suit jacket, but thanks to Aaron and his suggestions, we left with a sport coat, suit jacket, another shirt and another tie! Thank you for picking up the slack of your coworkers and being an example. The older gentleman in the store just didn't care to speak at all and the other gentleman in the store had the vibes he didn't even want to be there and wasn't dressed very well for someone who sells suits. Also never spoke to myself or my father. I hope you give that young man a raise because he's keeping your business afloat if that's how the team treats paying customers! I wouldn't buy water if I was on fire from anyone else in that store who feels we aren't even worth a greeting. I'm very critical of customer service because it's also what I do in my line of work. Thank you, Aaron, for turning our experience around today! You are the ONLY reason for the stars given. Without you it would have been a 0.

My intentions in writing this review is so that management and corporate will see this and…read morehopefully improve on their process and turn around time for ordering and renting suits. This is a late review, as, this pertains to my experience with Al's for my wedding weekend which was in late October 2020. Now that the steam coming from my ears have worn off, and I've had a bit of time to adjust to married life and calm down a bit, it's safe to say, I can write a constructive review. So, for this store, the experience was pleasant, but I wouldn't say that it was great. I interacted most with Quentin (Assistant Store Mgr., I believe), and the store manager (Priscilla). My initial wedding date was April 2020, but had to be postponed due to COVID-19. Much of the communication then became me taking the initiative to call them and follow up with them regarding the suit rentals for the groomsmen, and any changes/updates due to COVID-19. I hadn't heard from the store in months, and only when I started to get the ball rolling were communications happening back and forth. We ended up having to postpone our wedding to October 2020. We ordered the Fantasy-Midnight Blue Tux (slim fit), but opted out of the vest and the bow tie, as I didn't prefer the vest and had ordered a specific bowtie from a different store. I acknowledge that we ordered the slim fit, however, we really tried our best to work with the groomsmen (as they all lived out of state) to go and get fitted asap, and despite having to switch up the groomsmen party at the last minute, due to COVID, we/I made sure to provide all the measurements asap. With that being said, Quentin, Priscilla, and any store associates, should have informed us that the suits tend to run small(er), and despite the measurements being provided, maybe we should size up a bit. I say this, because once we picked up the suits, none of the suits fit any of our groomsmen, they all ran too small. I think poor training and lack of knowledge definitely played a roll here. As a result, once we arrived to Austin, TX to the Lakeline Mall location, we encountered the biggest nightmare. PIcked up the suits, none of them fit, and then they ended up having to overnight us suits and pants the MORNING OF the wedding straight to our venue. Come to find out, after the wedding was over, they had overnighted us black pants instead of Midnight Blue. Of course, all of this will be appear in my wedding photos, and of course it's too late. I just wanted to reiterate that the process to order/receive suit rentals needs to change. Way too close, with little flexibility, and ultimately created a disaster for our big day. I honestly would NOT recommend using Al's Formal wear for wedding(s). Maybe prom, or if your renting just for yourself, it might be acceptable, but not for a large party such as a wedding.

Our initial experience has been nothing short of outstanding. We have a large groomsmen party and…read morehad booked appointments with another vendor a month before the wedding. After they misplaced our appointment booking and then canceled our fitting the day of, I started calling around to see who could get my entire party in and fitted in such a short time. The consultant, Prescilla, was amazing. She told me what she needed from us, gave us clear dates to avoid additional costs, provided a clear cost, and made sure we had a number for all the other groomsmen so they can easily get measured and place their orders. She provided the best customer service and I am excited that we have one more piece of the wedding done!

We had been looking forward to coming in here for the first time, as we saw the store had a wide variety of really nice suits, shoes and shirts. We came today to get my son fitted for a few items. At entering we were greeted by a really sweet younger Asian woman and she asked what we were looking for. We let her know that this was our first time and what we were looking for so she started guiding us over to the open shirt wall to see my son's size. Everything was going great UNTIL another worker came over. An older African American woman swiftly walked up and snatched the shirt that the Asian worker was holding and said "uh uh, that's not what we do.. we need to measure him." We were all taken by surprise and I can't put into words all the things that happened next. It was a whirlwind of the older lady demeaning the younger one and rushing through measuring son. When the younger worker would try to speak the older lady would snap back quickly and contradict what she said and then she ran off, got a shirt and said "ok are you ready to check out?!" It felt as if she was rushing for us to leave! I told her know we are here taking our time to look around. She then said well what else do you need? (But rushed and with attitude). I let her know that we came to look around but were looking for ties, pants, shoes...and she interrupted and then picked out a tie after seeing a swatch of color we were looking to compliment. She kept rushing and wanting to check out... but I didn't understand why we were rushed. Finally, I said firmly that we were not in a rush... We were just looking around and taking our time to see what else you have. She seemed offended , although I said it nicely, and she said she would just take the shirt she picked to the checkout. We were glad she was gone! In the middle of all that, the younger worker had walked off because she'd been disrespectfully booted out of the conversation. We continued to walk around and look for ties and socks and even different shirts. We then found a shirt that we like better. It was still a white cotton shirt, but a higher thread count from the Reserve section. Then a third worker came... She was a more mature Caucasian lady. She asked if we needed help and we said no that we were just looking around and seeing which shirts we liked better. She was very pleasant and offered help if we needed it and walked away. We were comparing the shirts, and I took the Reserve shirt apart to let my son feel the difference and make sure it fit. We were 99% sure that we were going to keep this shirt as it was better quality and threadcount than the initial shirt we were given. All of a sudden, the African-American lady came up and said very loudly in front of other customers " uh uh ma'am, we don't open up shirts here". (However, we were at a table where they're clearly had been shirts opened up because the plastic collars had been taken out and pins were on the table... Those were previously there before us. ) also I think she thought she was talking to a five year-old kid the way she was trying to correct me. I let her know that we wanted to try this on to make sure he liked it. And she said no we don't do that. It's the same shirt that I gave you. I let her know that it in fact was not the same shirt. It was a different shirt . She contradicted me and said your shirt is at the front. I already put it there.(with an attitude.). I let her know that I had taken back the shirt that she gave at the checkout and it was with us, and I showed her the difference in the quality of the shirt. I said this is not the same shirt. It is a total different thread account and it's not see-through. She said no, and then she saw the shirts next to each other and she was going to try to prove me wrong, but then realized that they were actually two different shirts . Then she said oh well anyway we don't open up shirts to try on. I then ask her, so now that I've opened it you're not going to allow my son to try to try this on? She then said I guess it's OK but we don't do that . We proceeded to try on the shirt and we ended up purchasing the shirt, under shirts and a tie. I honestly did not even want to stay there to make a purchase because she was so rude and disrespectful not only to myself, but to her coworker. However, my son really liked what we had picked out so we proceeded with the sale. Unfortunately, she had to check us out and she not once looked me in my eye. However, she thanked my son for the purchase and wished him well. The store has a lot of great selections, the price is not super expensive and it's very close to our home. However, due to the expanse with this woman, I would not want to come back here again. I don't know if she was having an off day or if that was her regular attitude, but I truly felt sorry for her coworker.
