Upon walking in Mike asked me what I was looking for, what event it was for, and if I had a color in mind. The first suit he grabbed looked incredible but I didn't know if it would fit because we had not done any measurements yet. To my suprise the jacket was a perfect fit, and he doubled down by grabbing a shirt that was also a perfect fit for arm length, chest, and neck. We had not talked price yet so I assumed this is where the "gotcha" moment would come in, but I was wrong. The suit, a tie, pocket square, a shirt, and hemming that would be done in 48 hours was all less than 300. I never knew suit shopping could be so affordable and so easy. I ultimately disputed the charge because the requested alteration was not completed and no resolution was offered. Unfortunately, I would not return.

We come to this location whenever my husband needs nice jackets, sports coats, or business attire…read more This weekend we specifically came in to shop for sports coats for upcoming business trips, and we actually ended up purchasing even more because of the great deals available. The main reason we continue coming back to this store is because of Chris. He previously helped my husband and my dad with suits for our son's wedding, and ever since then we always look for him when we visit. My husband is 6'7", so finding the right sizes and fit can be difficult, but Chris is always incredibly helpful, creative, patient, and friendly. He truly provides outstanding customer service. During this visit, while I was walking around the store, I overheard two employees talking about Chris and saying he needed to stay at the register instead of helping customers on the floor. Honestly, that was disappointing to hear because Chris is the one employee who is approachable and genuinely engaged with customers. The rest of the staff often seem inexperienced, unwelcoming, or simply fail to acknowledge customers altogether. We also learned there have been some organizational changes requiring employees to remain behind the registers. With all due respect, employees like Chris should not be restricted from helping customers on the sales floor. He is the reason loyal customers like us continue returning to this location. Otherwise, we would honestly drive to the Inland Empire location just to work with Hamid again, whom we also miss at the Mission Viejo store. While we were checking out, two additional customers were standing there waiting for quite some time without assistance or even acknowledgment. One customer repeatedly asked for help just to complete payment. Honestly, I would have walked out. A simple greeting, acknowledgment, or smile goes a very long way, even during busy times. My feedback would be: * Allow strong customer service employees like Chris to continue helping regular customers on the floor. * Provide additional customer service training to employees. * Encourage staff to be more approachable, friendly, and attentive to customers. Most importantly, we will continue to give high praise to Chris. He represents what great customer service should look like, and quite frankly, some of the staff could learn from him. He would make an excellent manager.

We had a small breakfast there. They have a large Dick's Sporting Goods, Apple store, and a Tesla showroom. The main restaurants were the Cheesecake Factory, Sessions, PF Changs, and Islands. We had a late lunch at Islands. They are also expanding a large outdoor area I believe. This mall is extremely clean, all the stores were open, and it had a very nice modern feel to it. I really enjoyed our stay here and will come back. Parking is easy and the mall was not super crowded, especially for a Saturday.

This wasn't a bad macy's experience. I did drive from quite a way off to get here. At least the staff was very nice and helpful. They have a really good selection of a lot of modern apparel and there's a really good makeup counter for all of your makeup needs. There's plenty of them put her in a lot of other stores and a really nice food court attached. I would definitely recommend coming to this macy's if your contemplating shopping for the holidays. read more

Nice location and decent store. weird parking structure. Went to men's suits and the middle age dark curly haired sales clerk pretty much gave me the snub like I don't need to give you my attention. It was reasonably priced for a dress she will probably only wear once (twice, if we're lucky). The only problem with getting a dress at this type of store is that we found another girl wearing the exact same dress at their prom. I also noticed other duplicates at the picture taking event of other dresses I had recognized from the same store. I guess it's the "one" go to store for proms! Lol!

Jaidyn was extremely warm and patient and helped me complete the return. I know we've all been there when making a return at any retailer only to feel like we're bothering them or taking away from their daily revenue goal, which we are lol, but Jaidyn didn't make me feel that way at all.
