Despite a windy day with thunderstorms on the horizon and a line wrapping around the building, opening day was efficient and the quality of the food and service was impeccable! I stood in line for about half an hour, but the staff kept the energy high and there were smiles all around. Menus were passed out while customers were waiting in line, which allowed me to look over everything and ask questions before I got to the ordering station. Talk about efficiency! I decided on the Don Quixote salad (with baby greens, avocado, mango, jack cheese, and corn) and added the citrus grilled chicken. The entire salad was fresh with a great mix of sweet from the mango and corn and savory from the chicken and cheese. The serving was the perfect size to fill me up comfortably. I was very impressed that the ingredients are sourced locally as well. If you aren't a huge fan of salads, there are a ton of other things available on the menu, including paninis and wraps. Come here once a week at noon for lunch. Food quality is good. Yea it is pricey but you pay for what you get. I give only 3 stars due to the service. I believe efficiency needs to improve. At noon when its chaotic, I would suggest to have 2 employees dedicated to the register; this area is where line clogs up. Also, have someone else other than the cashier serve the soup. This slows the line process. Soup should be ready and served by the time customer reaches cashier. Hope this suggestions are seen by the manager and taken in consideration. read more

Really happy to have one of these in the neighborhood! The food is good and fairly healthy. The Colorado Green Chili is worth a try. The problem with this place is they have yet to actually get my order right. For some reason it is like everyone behind the counter is like 5th grader trying to understand and make your order. The process is really terrible. And there's got to be at least 8-10 people working behind the counter every time I go in. I was thrilled to find a very healthy fast food option while visiting here in Littleton. I had a very tasty salad called the mighty Aphrodite that had mozzarella, strawberries and toasted almonds with a tarragon vinegarette. It was delicious although I don't think it was non-GMO or organic, it was still very good and better than other fast food options. To drink I had a wake up juice, also very good. My favorite salads are the Don Quixote with piri-piri shrimp and egg, and the Mighty Aphrodite with citrus chicken and mango. How have I not found myself eating a delicious salad at Mad Greens?!?! It's so freakin' good! This is a good sign for the food desert that is Lone Tree. Finally some good food, even if it is a chain restaurant. The nice thing that I have become more interested in lately is that calories are listed on the menu. The line moves quickly (think the Chipotle of salads) and the people are friendly and willing to offer customizations as needed. The best part? I can get heavy dressing which just makes me feel special and warm. I really can't think of any negatives about the food. Perhaps the space is a bit small at lunch time, forcing a choice for a to-go salad at your lonely cubicle back at work. Not cool Mad Greens! This place continues to take items away from their menu. I used to be able to add sun-dried tomatoes to my Caesar salad, which gave it great flavor, but they removed them from the menu. On this last visit, we tried to order the kids mac n cheese which my daughter loves, but they took that off the menu now too. Today was the second time in the last couple of months they have made my salad incorrectly. Both times they made a cesar salad with iceberg lettuce. They don't even have iceberg lettuce on their menu for any of their salads! Cesar salads are always made with romaine lettuce. The first time, when I questioned why the lettuce looked like iceberg lettuce, I was told by the manager that it was for sure romaine and looked differently. I took one bite and it was, of course, iceberg lettuce. This time, the order was to go, so I did not notice until I got back to work. If you don't know how to order the correct lettuce for your restaurant and can't make a salad that has 5 ingredients correctly, you should not be open. read more

I've been coming to this Mad Greens location three times a week since they opened. The salads are outstanding! The staff is always friendly and they have yummy iced tea options! It can get pretty busy starting at 11:30 am so keep that in mind. The line moves a bit slow for my liking so I only go before 11:30am or after 1pm. Other than that the place is fantastic! The Olomomo and Dionysos are my favorite salads. The paninis are also very good. I have noticed a better feeling of vitality since coming here regularly. Highly recommend! read more

Stopped in here for a quick salad after a trip to Target. They have a limited amount of no meat choices although I'm sure you could possibly ask to substitute or remove meat from one of their salads. I ordered a salad with shrimp and it was quite tasty! They prepare them for you as you wait so you can walk the line with them and ask them to add in or substitute as they create your meal. My only criticism is that there are usually several dirty tables in the restaurant. Today was the first time I've been to Mad Greens. I work nearby and I've been looking forward to go. I ordered a wrap. The worker asked if I wanted a big or regular. So I said, "Big, please." I was asked three times if I was okay with the regular ingredients of what I ordered. I guess that's okay. I watched her make the ingredients in the bowl, and I noticed that every ingredient measurement - except the lettuce - was very small. Hardly any ingredients except the lettuce. They asked if it was for here or to go - for the third time. I was handed two small salad bowls. I told them I ordered a wrap. She said oh we thought you wanted a big salad. I asked why it was in two small bows, and she said they were out of big containers. I think there is more than one area of improvement here. read more

I read other reviews for the overall restaurant and in general, service seems to be an issue. However, I had heard the food was amazing, so we took a chance and ordered online take-out. The food was great. We had 4 different meals and there were no complaints. However, they did forget one of our sandwiches. When I called to request a refund for that item, I was told they would issue the credit but they never asked for my name or order number. Long story short, I will be very surprised if we get the credit. Probably not worth my time to comb through our credit card purchases for a small credit. I come here more than twice a week for the Edgar Allan Poe salad with modifications and love that they can modify my favorite salad to my preferences. Only complaint would have to be staff that makes you feel rushed just so they can chat in the back and I am constantly shooing away fruit flies from my meal. I'm a young adult also, so I understand wanting to talk to your coworker friends during off time but I don't like being rushed, especially when I have so many modifications. I love Mad Greens but this Lone Tree location is terrible. This is my first time to this location. I came for lunch around 12:15 (expecting a busy lunch rush so no biggie). I ordered a Pomona salad and Mad Cuban sandwich to go. Then were quick and efficient with the salad - no reason they shouldn't be. But you could see how lost the staff was! Every single one except for the 2 cashiers (orders & cash) were just fumbling around, running into each other, confused looks on their faces, not comprehending a lot of customers orders, etc. They looked like a mess of a crew. They gave me a number for my sandwich so after I paid I stood off to the side by the silverware with my number to wait. I think about 10 people had paid, gotten their meals (sandwiches included) and left so a good 10-15 minutes of waiting. So I asked a staff walking by if he could check for me...never came back. I asked another woman 5 minutes later and she was like we don't have that order. Finally she found a sandwich on the counter (COLD) and was like "Oh here it is. Sorry!" I asked her to warm it back up because I ordered a hot sandwich and it was cold and she gave me a look of WTF? So I said never mind I'll just take my sandwich and go. I ordered a Siam I Am, which I have had many times, and asked for medium dressing and it still was very bland, BUT the most concerning was a plastic wrapper I found in my salad....pretty gross. My son wanted mushrooms in his panini and they told him they couldn't do that for some odd reason. The customer service was friendly but very inefficient. My mom had never been to a Mad Greens and they didn't explain things very clearly. She asked for no corn in her Don Quioxte and they put corn....and made her feel kinda bad about having to redo the whole salad, she is allergic to corn. read more
