So, I absolutely love Mad Greens but EVERY time I come to this location, the rice is undercooked. So it ruins the meal and it feels like I'm chewing on pebbles and rocks. I'm hoping this review gets seen, so they can start checking the rice and grains before serving them to people. Undercooked rice is practically inedible. The staff here are horrible and judgmental. I was refused service because of my looks. I was told that I didn't fit their client base and that I should go eat somewhere else that's more suitable for me. When I posted this review originally, I was contacted by the "owner" or maybe a manager and was told to contact them to discuss the problem. When I did, I was promptly ignored. Go figure! This is within a food court, so there are many options nearby within a large atrium. Service was quick, and the guy and gal behind the counter were both friendly. Maybe it was my mistake for trying the BBQ Mac & Cheese at a salad restaurant, but it was terrible. The chicken had absolutely no seasoning, the sauce had little cheese, and the toppings were not fresh. I regret not taking a photo. read more

Great place for a big, healthy salad! You get a lot for 10 bucks and you can change ingredients if you want. Kinda surprised that so few of the menu items are vegan by default though. Mad Greens has been one of my favorite 'fast food' places for years. Especially when I started to follow a plant based food plan - my go to order is the Buddha Bowl, I substitute the red onions for garbanzo beans and request the spicy pumpkin seeds versus regular. They have a wonderful vegan dressing that is so yummy. And when I go there with my non vegan friends or family, there are great options for everybody. Today, I went to a local Mad Greens and asked for my ' go to' order. The last question is how much dressing do you want. At most places I would ask for a 'medium amount' and often have to ask them to add a little more. Each worker is a little different which is understandable; well I watched how much she gave me and I asked her if she could add a little more. Unfortunately, it ended up being way too much - yuck. I went back and ordered a second salad with no dressing so I could mix them and reduce the heavy dressing in the first one. The woman who took my order was the same one 10 min earlier. She ended up giving me a free salad. WHAT!!! That was such a blessing. I told her that I asked for the extra dressing & I was totally willing to pay for it. Her response was, 'It's quite alright, you shouldn't have to pay for it if you didn't like it.' That made my day and now I have a second salad for tomorrow. read more

Excellent option in the food court of Park Meadows. Friendly and helpful service with healthy food! I had the Siam I Am salad, added chicken, and a green juice. The larger salad option was so much food! I loved the salad, but I wished I had gotten a little more dressing. Totally my fault though! They asked if I wanted it light, medium or heavy with dressing. I said heavy and the guy that was putting the salad together asked if it looked okay, to which I said it did. Again, the service and food were excellent. If I find myself back in this mall I'll definitely pay Mad Greens a visit. read more

I like the Mad Greens on Arapahoe a lot better. This location left out 1/5th of the salad. For $10 and some change, I expect a full salad. The other reviews are correct, the employees are very unhappy and do not provide any customer service. Update - I completed a survey and Janie from Mad Greens responded the next day and apologized for the situation. I'm am satisfied with the customer service provided after the fact but I did have to complete the survey in order to receive it. read more

We think you should get what you order. Novel idea right. Listen the the customer and if you ask a question, make sure you annunciate. Two bowls and neither was what we asked for. The picture and the ingredient list gives it away.. and for goodness sake mix it up. If you put half an avocado in, break the damn thing up. The quality of the food was good.. read more

I bit into a coin that was in my salad. There was a nickel in my salad. I bit down on it, and it really hurt. Luckily I did not Crack my tooth. The manager was very professional and issued a refund. This is still very dangerous and should be taken seriously in the future. I am okay but I hope they figure out how coins end up in their food. read more

I stopped by Mad Greens for the first time today - overall I'm pretty impressed. They have a wide selection of pre-thought of salads and bowls, but you can also customize your salad as well. I started with the Ty Cobb and modified a few things in it. Particularly I swapped the dressing from blue cheese to a balsamic vinaigrette - I think maybe next time I may try something else. It's not bad, just not exactly what I thought it would be. The customer service was great! It was roughly 2:15 and even though the food court was slammed busy the guys behind be counter were extremely friendly. I will definitely be back. read more

Working as a traveling make up artist, I see my fair share of food courts at various malls across Colorado. They often have the usual suspects... Pizza, Greek, at least three Chinese places, and a burger joint. So getting something that is not only fast and fresh can be a bit hard to come by! I just had an awesome meal at a surprising gem called Mad Greens which is located In the park meadows mall food court. They offer a wider range of salad options and fresh greens on the go. Though they had a ton of delicious suggestions, I decided to create my own bowl. It was filled with Crunchy romaine lettuce, grilled steak, fresh tomatoes, roasted corn, avocado and a little bit of cheese. I love that they toss this for you and your dressing choice. They also give you the option of how much dressing do you want. Mine was a medium level of red wine vinaigrette. Paired with a fresh brewed iced tea It was the perfect lunch on the go. Generous portions, quality ingredients. This will be my new go to when I'm in the area. read more

For being a salad place, it took us a good 15 mins to put together a salad that was actually vegan. We had to ask for the allergen menu which listed which dressings were vegan. You'd think a salad place would have this clearly listed on their menu since their customer base is likely pretty health conscious of what's in their food. Anyways, the salad was good. It was huge, which is good because it was kind of expensive for just being some vegetables tossed in dressing. Their tofu was really good. Lots of different options if you're looking for something healthy to eat on the go while you're doing your shopping. read more

Ridiculous workers here. Barely talk and didn't ask about what protein I need. Menu picture show the shrimp but they made it with chicken. Stupid location that no one should go while park meadows food court has a lot lot other options available... so disappointed. Mad green should be out of business.
