On my solo getaway to Pineview Reservoir, this was the last dinner I had in town. Great service from the manager and even though it was pretty busy, the food came out relatively quickly. I had the ribeye sandwich and salad. It was very good and especially the bread. The salad was fresh and well made. The meal came with a cookie, which was a nice touch. They also have ice cream in the shop and looks like some good coffee that I wish I'd had a chance to try. It's somewhere I'll go back to on my next trip there! read more

We did takeout, so I can't rate the service or ambience. The food was meh. Chicken pesto pannini had wilted spinach and mealy tomatoes. The chicken was OK, but basically had no flavor - very little pesto on it. The sauce for the fries (seems like ketchup and Mayo mixed together) is way too sweet. Tried the cheeseburger the second time. Greasy, but better than the chicken pannini. Would only order here again if nothing else was open. read more

The vanilla latte was the worst thing I have ever tried. Tasted like dirty dish water. When I asked if I could order another drink they said yes but then never came to get my drink order even though it wasn't busy and there were plenty of people working. read more

Be ready for awful service, loud and stuffy inside dinning or outside with no fans or anything to help you enjoy the beautiful scenery. 96° and it took our waitress 14 mins to greet us outside, we had to ask for water/drinks bc she wanted to go ahead and take our food order instead. Had to ask every time for refills too. Music was so loud outside we could barely hear our own conversation and it was even louder inside. They need a serious revamping on sound boards inside, fans outside and better wait staff. Just keep those cooks! They are who I wanted to tip. read more

One of the great choices in Eden. A cool little spot just a stone's throw away from Pineview Reservoir with a great lunch menu. As local coffee goes, this place is too notch. Serving Cafe Ibis coffee at its finest! Great blended and frozen drinks... And as opposed to Starbucks the baristas really do know their craft! I have never been inside because we always eat outside on their patio! It's such a nice atmosphere with great views. Every time we go they are busy and the service isn't always great but the food taste amazing! I highly recommend their pesto turkey panini and sweet potato fries! 10/10. I love coming to Mad Moose after skiing at Powder. My favorite thing to order is the apple cider with caramel on top. I also love their roasted butternut(?) squash soup and the breakfast potatoes are yummy. The staff are always super friendly and passionate about the coffee roasting that happens there. It's a cool spot. Definitely check it out if you're over that way. read more

What an amazing gem in this small town!! Beautiful indoor setting, but we chose to eat outside on the lovely patio. Our server, Dallas was exemplary - friendly, helpful, accommodating of our DIL's dietary restrictions, and anticipating our 3-year-old grandson's needs. We came on a Sunday evening about 1.5 hrs before closing. All of the staff was very friendly and polite. My husband and I both had paninis. They were very good. One suggestion would be to not put so much Mayo and honey mustard on them. They were a bit messy and really didn't need that much dressing. Aside from that, they were great sandwiches. We had to wait quite a long time and normally I would've been really annoyed except the staff was apologetic and communicative. We sat outside and it was pleasant and the music was good too. We don't live far away and will be back to try the burgers with hopefully a shorter wait. read more

Don't pass by this gem! Stopped in on a local recommendation after a good day of snowboarding. The staff were friendly, seated us right away and took our order after a minute. The food was delicious. Best meal I've had in Eden, UT. Attentive service, warm atmosphere, and the decorations transport you to another time. The manager/cook walked around to check if people were enjoying their meals. I've been here twice. Both times the wait for food was at least an hour. They have a very small indoor dining area and a lot more tables outside. When the food finally came it was good. The wait staff was very nice, accommodating and working hard to be attentive and make up for the long wait for food. The kitchen is small so they can't handle any volume. If there's very few other customers, then it may be all right. After giving it a second try, I won't go again. read more

Still as amazing as ever. Ivory moose specialty coffee is my go to on a snow day. Sitting outside, taking in the mountains in warmer months is one of my favorite pastimes in Eden. Terrible. Don't come here. We waited for an hour to get serviced at our "seat yourself" table. There were more flies flying around our table than in a dead animal's carcass. It was disgusting. Seriously had been so excited to try this place but unfortunately the manager lady was completely checked out and said to the table next to us that she's leaving at the end of September... she never brought us waters. Or offered... she messed up my husbands latte order and got the cookie ordered switched (not a huge deal but being forgotten about for 45-60 really made it worse). And then she tells me that the coffee machine broke when I just wanted a simple inexpensive drip (still $3.50) so I instead ordered a "fancy" coffee for $6.50. Shouldn't have. Wasn't that good. Tasted like Dutch bros. Not to mention, we showed up at 11:30 on the dot and immediately she said oh breakfast is over at 11;30. It's lunch now. Didn't offer breakfast or ask to know if we wanted breakfast... at the end my husband had to seek her out to pay our bill and she didn't remember what we ordered. She claimed it was super "slammed" But if you've really seen what a slammed joint looks like that was not it....Should've just left. Super sad - this place looked cute but honestly it's so mediocre and WAY OVERPRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET. It's LAME. read more

For a place that is a 'mom and pop's' the last time I was there with my sister and her kids - we ordered ice cream and they legit ignored us for 45 mins. I planned on tipping well since it was just ice cream but after the kids started going crazy we finally went to the maverick right next door and canceled our order.
