By far, the best storage facility I've experienced while downsizing over the years. The company is family owned, very personable and helpful. The grounds are kept up very nicely, and the location is in a nice quiet suburb neighborhood in the Anaheim Hills. The property is gated with staff always available during business hours. I rented one of the smallest units since all of the 5x 10's were all occupied or rented out. Despite the size, the unit had a high ceiling, so I was able to stack several large bins, golf equipment, and house-ware items. I had a temperature controlled unit, so nothing suffered from the heat as it tends to get warm in the hills (90 degrees plus in the summer). The staff is very friendly and always onsite to offer supplies and help when needed. If I ever needed another unit to rent, Madison Squares would be my first choice! read more

Clean, safe, I appreciate the elevators, lit up hallways where units are, and music! I haven't had issues with this facility. Cheaper than the U-haul self storage on Orangethorpe Ave and it's not in a ghetto area. Customer service is on point every month. Nice place! read more

Needed storage for only a month. A bit on the pricey size, but is was conveniently located to home.

Had issues with lots of rats coming into our unit with these guys. Worst part many died in my unit and gave it an awful smell. I was client for many years but it got really bad to a point where I had to move my storage. On top they started harassing me once my renewal was up to leave or pay. I had to take time to get moving guys to move to another storage and they harassed me again for a small payment of 100 dollars after giving them 4K a year for many years with them. I would not recommend these guys! read more

I was a client for about a year and was very satisfied with the customer service and safe location. This place is immaculate, as soon as you drive in you'll notice the grounds are impeccable. I have been using storage units since 2008 and this is by far the best, and most accommodating storage place. The units are clean and they have multiple options for sizes. The employees are all great and super courtesy even if you fall behind in payments. The manager is hands on and a pleasure as well. Just got off the phone with Stephanie, I had called to inquire about storage unit sizes and pricing. It was like I was chatting with a friend. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She quickly and easily answered all my questions. Unfortunately they didn't have the size unit I needed so I was put on a waitlist. I hope a unit opens up soon because I can't wait to keep my stuff there. This is a professionally run site. They have helpful agents at the desk, and on the phone. The payment system is a little kludgy, but works pretty well overall. I had a small underground unit, which was wonderfully cool during the hot summer days. Even though underground, the freight elevator made it pretty easy to load and unload. I would certainly use them again if the need arrises. read more
