She asked a woman in the bakery to check and sure enough a cake appeared for my order. Last time I was there, I accidentally bought a few produce & dairy items that were expired or just days from expiring. So make sure you check the dates! My name was called and I stepped up for my drink. It was so pretty! I took a sip and immediately realized that it was not sweet enough to my liking. I stirred and received the same outcome. I went back to the window and asked for more sweetener. The guy working was apologetic and took my drink back with no complaint. Unfortunately, as he attempted to place my cup on the counter, the cup fell. He apologized again and remade it. He didn't cuss, fuss, or seem angry, he just remade the drink. That really made an impact because I would've expected a bit of frustration and there wasn't any. He remade my drink and explained that how I wanted it made, he had to add one less espresso shot. I thanked him for his patience and remaking my drink. They have great customer service! I give this company two thumbs up.
