Marc is fantastic. He always has a great instinct for knowing what to do with my hair, for color and for cuts. If I want to make a change or tweak my color a little from what it has been before, etc., he will always listen, but I am also always glad to hear his opinion on what would look best. He just always seems to know how to make it look really vibrant and I've often gotten compliments from other people after coming from a salon visit. He also has a great personality and is super-sweet so it's always fun for me to get to see him and catch up! I'm not one to leave negative reviews, in fact this is my first ever negative review left. With that said, I have never had a bad experience with my hair in the past but I would not recommend getting extensions from this salon. My total price was $750 and no refund was given for my experience. My color was good, no complaints there but I got k tip extensions for volume and it was a pretty bad experience. As a blonde, I use purple shampoo and always have with other k tip extensions I have had in the past with no issue. Since it wasn't communicated to me to not use purple shampoo, I did my normal routine using it about 7 days after getting the extensions in. My extensions turned extremely purple. I will say, the salon fit me in after hours to fix the issue, although the issue was fixed by bleaching the extensions which led to the extension hair falling out in clumps. At that point I just wanted the extensions out and this salon wasn't able to fit me in, so I went to another salon to have them removed. The other salon informed me that there was blood in my scalp from the extensions. I wanted to put this experience behind me so didn't post this until now (got my hair done in May) but would like to urge people to do research with extensions and be cautious! read more

I know going to get your hair cut is a big deal! I walked in with several photos of what I wanted that were in alignment with my hair texture. And the stylist talked me out of the length I wanted for Summer. And gave me a terrible haircut" she told me that she would give me an excellent blowout." So here's my issue, is that I can't stand it when Hairstylist don't know how to cut hair and then they give you an excellent blowout and then you go home three days later wash your hair and then it looks like crap. I called to tell them I was not satisfied with this haircut, so they had me go back which by the way took me 45 minutes and then I sat in a chair where another Styleist talk to me and basically told me she could not do it because she didn't feel comfortable. Basically she didn't feel comfortable because she probably doesn't know how to cut hair either. Therefore, they did give me a refund thank God because I had to go somewhere else to get my haircut and that person was excellent! They knew how to cut hair! I think it's a crime to charge $120 + tip = $145 for a haircut when the Styleist doesn't know how to cut hair. read more

She is super accommodating and works with me, we had a scheduling mishap and she came rushed in and got me in and out quickly which is great for a mom of two. Zero Professionalism! This place caters mostly to social media influencers and girls who look like models in order to bring their numbers up. From the moment that I walked in, the colorist gave me a strange head to toe look in addition to being extremely cold and curt. Not to mention she botched my hair. I'm guessing that I wasn't a worthy client in her eyes. I remember her just chatting with her colleague the entire time. When I told her that tye color was starting to burn, she gave me a nasty look and said that I would have to wait.
