True to their commitment to quality, Marco tossed my stale sandwich and remade it when I arrived. We had a lovely conversation while he worked, and he sent me off 15 minutes later with my fresh sandwich, plus some complimentary gelato and espresso. Service is excellent! The Aromatica was as good as the service. The bread is baked fresh, in-house everyday and was amazing. However, if you prefer a soft bread, note that Marco toasts his bread (to perfection in my opinion). The sandwich is a perfect mix of salty from the finocchiona and sweet/acidic from the orange slices. Highly recommend the food and Marco!

The sauce was rich and creamy and the uni on top was fresh and buttery. The meal also comes with complimentary bread and salad. The salad was light and refreshing which helped balance out the richness of the pasta. The bread was simple but great for dipping in olive oil and vinegar. The service is always friendly and efficient. If you're a fan of Japanese Italian fusion, this place is definitely worth a visit. To make matters worse, after I paid and was walking out, the same customer allowed the dog to stand directly on the counter where customers order. Even the owner of the dog mentioned that it needed a bath, which says a lot about how bad the smell was. The employee didn't say anything or try to stop it, which was very concerning. I understand people love their pets, but there are basic hygiene standards that should never be ignored, especially in a food establishment. This crossed a line. We've always come here for the quality of the food, but after what we saw today, we can't overlook it. It really makes you wonder what else might be happening behind the scenes.
