Why we are still waiting for the check 20min after he takes the plates and why am I catching him glance at my fianceè without saying anything I'll never know. What I do know for the restaurant and location is that this happened today (6/23/2025) between 8pm-9pm. Check is 8:18pm if you want to narrow down who it was on your staff. Unfortunately I did not get the male bartender's name, but it made my fianceè very uncomfortable.

I went here for dinner the other night and was very disappointed. The clam chowder was bland, i didn't taste any salt. My friend got the tortilla salad and at 13 bucks he was expecting something great, instead he had two bites and sent it back. The romaine was brown,as well as the avocado,the shrimp was overcooked and the creamy garlic chipolte dressing was an absolute abomination. Whoever made the dressing needs taste buds or should go back to school to learn the basics. For the entree I got the steak frites,way overpriced at 26 dollars. The steak was overcooked, the fries were mushy, spinach cooked to death,and the red wine sauce was the worst I have ever had in my life, it was scorched and for the chef not to notice that is upsetting. My friend got the Jambalaya and for 26 dollars he got burnt dried rice with little seafood and less flavor. Went in for dinner on a Wednesday night, sat at the bar. Food was great, drinks were good! Great local craft beer selection, and our bartender Kristin was extremely helpful in selecting one, offered tastes and everything. I know this sounds awful, but it's hard to find a female bartender that can talk about craft brews and hold their own. She taught me a few things and I consider myself well versed in the beer world. There was another bartender on but he didn't seem to care about us, but service was never lacking! Maybe they do designated seats at the bar? We stopped into Maggie's on our way home for a quick bite to eat. This place was highly recommended by multiple friend. It was extremely busy so we chose to sit at the bar. The bartender was quick to greet us. We asked her what her most popular martini was and she told us we had to try the coconut martini. She was right, it was delicious!! Our food was outstanding and came out extremely fast and fresh. The pork Shank special over barley was delicious and should be on the menu in my opinion. The tater tots were outstanding also. Being my first review im sorry to have it be for this place. My wife and I love Maggie's Farm but something unsettling caught our eye today. As we were leaving we noticed a younger dark skinned male sitting outside smoking pot. We are sure it's one of the cooks because we have seen him before while dining. As a former worker of many different restaurants I know how dangerous and unsafe it is to have someone in that condition working. Just wanting to being attention to this so something can be done before he ends up hurting himself because he's missing a few steps. Silly...I know but nevertheless concerning. I was in Maggie's this weekend with some friends. We were greeted at the door by a hostess who stated the wait would be 30 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised when she came over and seated us after only 20 minutes of waiting. The waitress came over right away and we ordered drinks and appetizers. The food was amazing. Love Maggie's Farm, great food and great service! The crispy cod is my favorite, but the burger and sushi are close seconds. The service is great for sit down meals but definitely try the bar, the bartenders really know how to treat people, Keisla being my wife's and my favorite bartender. We are now regulars (at least once a week), and Keisla has taken care of us finding us seats, suggesting drinks, and just making our experience a lot of fun. read more

Our favorite hometown place to eat. We prefer to sit at the bar because the bartenders are always friendly and it's a better place to people watch. Food has always been great. Our server ( forgot her name, but Russian accent..sorry) was excellent and seemed to be there just when you needed her. Very nice personality. My husband had the chipotle ranch chicken. My burger was decent. The bacon was smoked...no crunch, but it was good. . The fries were really interesting, I really enjoyed them. My husband was not a fan of his. First, the top bun was flipped...we have no idea why. The breading came off of the chicken after the first bite. The sandwich had no flavor. He wondered if he read it correctly, because he did not taste any heat, yet it is called "chipotle ranch...". Why do we fear heat? Also, the bacon jam spilled all over his plate. He did not eat it. Very messy.
