Very pleasant Friday night bar that isn't overwhelming after a long week. Good drinks.

Atmosphere is always bumping--there's live music and other themed nights and it was jam packed on a Tuesday night. Vibes and beers are unmatched in my opinion. Big fan of the Golden Ticket and the Wilde Irish Red Ale or again, whatever is on cask. As far as the food goes, it's definitely... brown plates all around. Fryz'licious was slightly overpowering with the amount of beer cheese slopped on there, but a good bite with some hot sauce. Big fan of the beer cheese. Those Nantucket Backing pretzels are 10/10. Fish and chips weren't great. Not a lot of fish--two pieces with more batter than cod. Sort of disappointed with that. St. Patrick's Day specialty menu replaced their chicken pot pie with a sheperd's pie and a Bailey's cheesecake. Sheperd's pie was a good bite, exactly what I'd imagine lamb, mashed potatoes, and peas/carrots would taste like. Cheesecake was heavy handed on the booze, but a good palette cleanser after all the fried food.

He made our beer tasting fun and gave us so much information about cask beer. The variety is great, based on English and Irish grains. The cask- a must get. They hand pull 4 varieties along with their draft. Great stuff. Ask how it's made- super interesting. The brewery is located in a plaza, quaint and quiet-so don't overlook it. Ask for Conner if he's there- and thanks for a great end to our trip!

The kinda place you enter and the bartender's outside smoking a cigarette and goes, "Be right in, doll." The space is huge. It kind of reminds me of a community hall. Went on a Saturday around 3/4pm and every seat at the bar was filled. The drinks are cheap and strong. The locals seems to all know each other -- lots of shouting across the bar and asking what everyone was doing next week or for the current holiday. Really nice vibes. The bartender was attentive too. Really sweet. Honestly, I liked it a lot -- it's a lil' shabby but also two dollar drinks that were hella strong. So come on, be real. If you don't like true dive bars, you're gonna have a rough time here. If you can go with the flow - it's a fun time.

This is concerning as the patron was sober, however there was dog on the bar, which is completely unhygienic and violates all regulations. As an individual who enjoys this place, I have never experienced such a lack of disrespect. 10:10 would no longer recommend, I'd actually recommend Billie's. Much cleaner, more friendly, better service, and more accommodating to those "not regulars"

In fact, my kids laughed at my wife when she got a salad and wasn't overly impressed "Mom, why would you get a salad at a place with great burgers?!?" My thoughts exactly. The service is decent, the space is comfortable for a downtown spot on Monroe Center. When I visit, I focus solely on the burgers and I've never been disappointed. The 'Meat Wagon', topped with ribeye, ham and bacon just wants to cuddle your belly from the inside. The 'Otto Von Burger' topped with a fried egg and bacon is one of the best examples of its kind. The 'Alabamer' is great when you're craving pulled pork and bacon on your burger. If you just want a traditional burger, you have that option and won't be disappointed. Also, the loaded fries are solid, but personally, I would pass on the fancier offerings. Remember: Burgers over fancy apps and skip the salads and you'll be fine.

Prices are very reasonable and the food is amazing! I tried the Chicken Bacon Jammer Sandwich. It was so good! The combo of the Boursin cheese, bacon jam and the reaper mayo was delicious and really balanced out the heat from the mayo. Splurged on desert and the Cookie n' Milk cake was wonderful. Not too rich or sweet. This place is definitely worth a stop if you are downtown!

We arrived right at 5 pm on a Friday and the place was almost full already! We were surprised but happy for them, and glad to get a nice cozy two-top in a back corner. We were greeted by our awesome server and ordered some food -- two different mortadella sandwiches and an order of fried pickles to start. Neither of us ordered drinks, but I saw some fun-looking cocktails coming over to nearby tables. The fried pickles came out first and they were perfection. I don't usually get this appetizer because I don't like fried pickle spears, but these were thin chips. The ratio of the fried pickle chip vs. spear is way better. And these came with the best runny ranch. It was a huge portion to split between the two of us, so we had lots left over. Our sandwiches came out shortly after and looked amazing. They were super stacked with tons of meat! I really liked the addition of the grainy mustard which helped cut through the fattiness of the meat. My friend liked hers - it had pistachio butter and ricotta (similar to a delicious sandwich I ate at a wine bar in Detroit). Portions are large and it's a cozy, neighborhood spot. They have rotating food features and are always helping out their community with free meals and other philanthropic ventures. Check them out!

We were seated quickly, the interior was nicely decorated with Mardi Gras beads. It took a while for our server to come to greet us and eventually bring our drinks. I enjoyed the variety of drink offerings! I was torn between a few items and asked the servers recommendation. I ended up choosing a Korean chicken bowl. The flavors were okay but for almost $20 felt a bit lackluster. Our friends told us the burgers are a must try so maybe in the future that would be what I try instead. Our server seldom came to our table, we had to flag her down to order more drinks and even then she forgot and we had to remind her we placed another drink order. The restaurant was not very busy and we could see her chatting with a table that seemed like employees or family members of employees as people were coming in and out of the kitchen to sit at the table. We had a table of four (two couples) and the server would not split our bill which was fine but a bit inconveniencing. I appreciate local, family owned businesses but felt that our experience was a bit off on this night. I love the mission of Two Guys and their community engagement so I will likely try them again, it could've just been a rough night.
