Price was reasonable, on point for most drive thru car washes. The pre-scrub guys seemed thorough. I can't say that due the guys that clean the inside and dried of my Jeep. This was late Friday morning. I didn't have a ton of time because I was on my way to the airport. They didn't do a thorough job. I had to ask them to vacuum the trunk space and clean out my cup holders. As I drove away I saw pet hair on the door panel and some dust in my power window buttons. I live by the beach (and work at the beach), so as hard as I try, sand constantly gets in, with the salt air giving my car a beating. I decided to try the Rosecrans Car Wash yesterday when I was running errands in the area. When I mentioned it was my first time, the gentleman who greeted me was very kind and patient to explain the options. He didn't make me feel rushed or hurried, and I appreciated that a lot (I feel bad if I am holding people up, which is why if I find a place I like- I stick to it). The business has several options for exterior and interior, with side options for certain services, as well. It's a nice assortment, so you can tailor it to your needs. I also liked that you can be given cash where you pay to tip the workers, at no charge. I don't carry cash around often where I would have to go to the bank before going to where I went before (I prefer to give a cash tip to the workers). I think a business that has an option like this supports the workers, which makes me want to go here based upon that versus others that don't. As far as the service goes, they did a great job. No streaks or missed spots (before becoming self service only, the Genie in my area had gone downhill in terms of service quality over the 15+ years I went to the business). Towards the end, Genie had even scratched my car in several places, which was upsetting. Rosecrans did not damage my car in any way. After I left, I lowered my front side windows, which was on me and left streaking- but prior that that, my car looked great. I will definitely go to them in the future, and I would recommend them based upon my experience. Don't judge them on their simple outdoor waiting area- if you're like me where you care a lot more about quality of the service, this is the place to go. I don't often leave reviews, but I appreciated the way they treated me, and I value a great car washing place. Another aspect I liked was that they do a rewards system- if you go ten times, you get a free car wash. I've noticed businesses moving away from this policy, so the fact they do that shows they do show support to their customers. If you're hesitant, I truly would give them as try- I was, based upon their online rating, but it also shows they don't try to fluff their rating with false reviews (something that if businesses do, I have zero respect for). They are in a convenient location around tons of businesses, which makes it easy when running errands. They were fast, while being efficient, which was great (personally, I'm fine even if it's a longer wait, and they do a great job). I don't often do reviews, but I felt compelled to write one based upon the great customer service and thorough job with their services.

I had driven to Arizona/camping and got a bunch of bug guts all over the front bumper. It was bad. The bugs in the summer are huge and the guts splatter even nastier. Jerrys this time didn't disappoint! My first experience wasn't great, this time it was good. The bugs guts were all removed, not a single trace. They even dried my car better this time around too. No water marks. Not sure if the washer specialist changed or if they gotten better.... but I was pretty impressed (compared to my first time).

Not it's Juky 17th and no starter kit or job leads. I've called the company many times but only get a recording to text them. I've texted them about the issues for the last 3 weeks and NO ONE have called or resolved my issue. They got my money and I get nothing for it. It's a big scam that he is operating. He was very responsive in the beginning to convince me to join Once I joined and paid for the leads, he was silent and have not responded or called . So I'm out $97 that he took from me. I know he is scamming others out there that's just trying to find word. God will make this right.
