I had the most amazing time at last night Knick's watch party. Even though we lost game 3 of the finals, it was clear that this beautiful spot is a winner. Huge shout out to the hostess Jaylene and our server Ray Ray. My friends and I made a reservation for 5:15pm, about 15 minutes after their doors opened and 3 hours before tipoff, so we were amongst the first customers inside. We asked Jaylene if we could sit in view of the upcoming game and she gave us literally the best table in the place. Talk about a great start to the evening! This place is a vibe. A solid rooftop but nothing extraordinary. A coworker made a reservation for us. We entered through the Magic Rooftop entrance (diff from Moxy hotel). We checked in and showed our IDs there. We were seated immediately at a long table. It was decorated nicely, however there were still Christmas trees. My rating would be 3.5/5 The best thing about this place was the food and atmosphere. The winter wonderland theme was sooo good. They have a really pretty rooftop and the inside was so fun and had a bunch of photo ops. The food was super yummy but small portions. Particularly the Parnassian fries! It was also pretty pricey, but that was to be expected. Maps originally took us to a hotel, which turned us around for a second and we had to find our way to the entrance. I shared a photo of the entrance so that hopefully it helps someone else find it. Our service was okay, not super exceptional. We had to flag down our waitress multiple times throughout the night. They were all nice enough, but just not very present. It was hard to find as I thought it was in the Moxie hotel, based on directions on Maps app. I asked for directions and they guided me out the hotel from the side to the entrance. We were traveling from PA to NY via New Jersey transit. We had a reservation for 2pm and we arrived at the Trenton station at 11:30 for the 11:57 train so that we could get to NY with time to spare. Unfortunately both the 11:57 and the 12:18 were canceled and the next teain wasn't until 12:57. We called and rescheduled for a later reservation but when we finally arrived it was right at 3, when they have their last seating for brunch. They sat us for brunch and then hovered with judging and rushing eyes the entire time we were there. Our food was cold and not great. There's not much magic happening up here. I hadn't been in years since they opened with much fanfare, but had friends visiting from out of town who wanted to go. It was a very hot humid sunny afternoon and were sat directly in the sun with little shade, which quickly took its toll on us. It feels very tourist trap. Took my cousin who was visiting to this place for the views and they did not disappoint! I had never been here but always had seen pictures and currently they have the "bloom" setup at the rooftop. I booked a table a day before for 4, as a very last minute change of plans for Mother's Day. 3 of us arrived about 10mins before our reservation time and were seated immediately. What sucked was sitting at a table that was half in the sun and half in the shade, but I understand due to the way the roof was constructed. What was weird is that the hostess gave us 3 menus and then when we were taking a picture - she took 2 away... (they later took them away again because they said they don't have enough for their guests). Overall the restaurant was spacious, but extremely loud. My friend who has been there before said the music was way lower last time she came. It was uncomfortable to have a conversation with my party. The food was great. We came during brunch hours. Prices for drinks are average for NYC $18-20. Food cost $14-22 a plate, depending what you ordered. We came to celebrate so we ordered almost half of the menu. What everyone was really impressed with was the Dubai Chocolate Croissant ($18). Delicious. We also ordered the Egghead on the Roof ($16), which was basically a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I had the Country Toast ($16). It was just one slice of bread with avocado, an egg and a blob of ricotta I believe. It was pretty good, I genuinely enjoyed it. The little slider burgers ($22) were great. We also ordered The Basket of pastries ($14), Granola ($11), Chicken Fingers ($19), Side Fries ($12), and some alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The Moira Rose ($20) has a great presentation. They bring out a rose shaped ice in a wine glass and poured the drink over it at the table. For the end, we ordered the Palette Cleanser with 4 shots of Vodka (x2) and Tequila (x2). They weren't pure, but mixed with something; tasted very fruity. We love it. Love Moxy and Magic Hour but this one kinda lost its luster for me. We pre-purchased tickets to a 2 hour open bar (no shots, no specialty drinks, no sharing). Upon arrival the decor was extremely lacking in comparison to the Miami & LA Magic Hour locations. We discovered that our bands had further restrictions such as specialty cocktails included anything shaken (martinis and margaritas) and we were only allowed to sit at the bar. However, there weren't any seats at the bar so we had to stand. Fortunately, a table opened up after about 20 mins and even though it had a reserved sign a server allowed us to sit. We had eaten at pink pier and didn't order food here so I can't speak to that. We ordered 2 drinks each which were pretty strong and left. I would return after it warms up enough to enjoy the outside area and try the bar bites, but I would never buy the band again lol read more

Side note, the entrance is on the side and not through the hotel. Got my drink and took pictures, the carousel was pretty and everyone was taking videos and pictures on it, even though it said reserved but they didn't mind since that's what everyone went for.
