He gave us a rough estimate based on the square footage and guess what, he charged us just that! He didn't go over or make excuses or anything! He did a great job cleaning the carpet and added deoderizer to get the smells out when I expressed was my main concrn since the carpet was fairly new and had minimal wear and stains. Highly recommend. We use magic Solutions in a commercial space. Upstairs is carpet and downstairs is commercial tile. They did a great job and even offered to come back if we spotted anything that wasn't right after the carpet dried. They also were willing to work on Saturday which is a big plus so they are bumping into our staff members on a work day. Price quote was fair and everything went very smoothly. When it's time to get my house done I will definitely call Magic Solutions based on the experience we just had in our commercial space. Late post regarding service for Jan 2023. Initially thought i had made an appointment for service in a specific date but i had texted the wrong number. We were on a very strict schedule with our move. I needed my entire house cleaned the same day i called. Morgan and Corrina were extremely accommodating . They fit me into their schedule for the day and showed up when they could squeeze me into their schedule. Morgan was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate. I have a very expensive chair that had essential oils spilled on it. Other companies I contacted wouldn't attempt to clean it, but Morgan took it home for a weekend and gave it a couple of cleanings to get the oil out.
