Tried the popular Dubai strawberry up.... It did NOT live up to the normal Dubai hype. Peterbrookes and other places have better quality and tasting of this viral cup. Was not worth the price. Small place. Service wasn't super inviting. O

Really nice shop in Mandarin, they have the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup which was AMAZING! My mouth still waters when I think of it. We spend a rainy afternoon trying some of their items and had a really nice cup of coffee! The staff was friendly, you can tell they are busy, they never stopped making orders. Only recommendation would be to ensure that tables are cleaned, many people just leaves their stuff behind, other than that it was a really delicious and pleasant experience.

Stopped in at this waffle shop for an afternoon cup of coffee since I was in the area running errands and needed a cup of coffee to keep me going. While I did not order any of their delicious looking waffles, I did order a small cup of black drip coffee. It looks like they can also make espresso if you want that. The owner greeted me and took my order and provided me with a really hot cup of coffee. Once it cooled down, I was able to sip it and it a great robust full bodied flavor. While I got mine to go, the shop also allows for sipping in the store with nice ceramic mugs and small tables for conversation. Might give that a shot later on when I am with a friend. Nice place for an afternoon cup or quick snack/ dessert.

Magic waffle is a truly magical treat. Proof not all ice cream shops are created equal. The options for the various waffles here are obviously what stands out. They do sweet, they do savory, waffle cones for your ice cream or fruit, or just waffles. But it's that spectacular crunchy bubble waffle that just blows your mind. It makes a simple ice cream into a heavenly treat. Not that their ice cream is simple because I mean their coffee ice cream is kind of what I live for. They have such a great variety of toppings that just taking the family for ice cream becomes an adventurous experience. The interior is quite nice and cozy. The strip mall they are located in can't be difficult to find parking at times and the parking spaces are quite narrow but once you get inside you won't think twice about that. You'll find yourself coming back over and over again. The staff is very helpful in explaining to you the difference options they offer. And if you're vegetarian, no need to be dissuaded as there are options available in both the bubble waffles and ice creams.

Finally tried the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry cup and OMG it was so good! The pistachio cream combined with the knafeh, strawberries and pistachios is to die for! Magic waffle is becoming one of my favorite dessert places in JAX.

My friend and I wanted some ice cream and we were going to Whit's but saw this cute place and decided to check it out. The inside is super clean, comfortable, and customer service was friendly. They have a screen where you can order from. They have bubble waffles, Belgium waffles, ice cream, bubble tea, and you can get both savory and sweet waffles as well. The savory bubble waffles (stuffed with choices like meat, cheese, salami, oregano, tomatoes, etc.), were interesting and peaked my interest but we both decided on bubble waffles with ice cream and also a mini red velvet Belgium waffle. We both customized our waffles as well! I had banana cream pie ice cream on a flat bubble waffle (you can get it in a bubble waffle cone or flat) with whipped cream, fruity pebbles toppings, fresh strawberries, chocolate drizzle, and fresh bananas. It was delicious and the berries and bananas were fresh! I enjoyed the plain waffle (you can get it in cocoa, red velvet, or plain flavor) as it was crispy on the edges but bouncy and fluffy when you bite into it. It was a pretty big serving too! The banana cream ice cream was divine and didn't taste artificial at all. I enjoyed the waffle every much! I love fruity pebbles on ice cream because it gives it that fruity and crunchy. The whipped cream tied it all together and despite not that hungry, I ate the whole thing haha. My friend got a cocoa waffle with Oreos, Twix?, cookies and cream ice cream, and chocolate drizzle on top and she said it was really delicious. She finished hers as well. We shared a mini red velvet Belgium waffle with a white chocolate drizzle on top and it was really tasty. The waffle was fluffy and the red velvet flavor wasn't too sweet, even with the white chocolate drizzle on top. It was like $2.50 for a mini waffle. I'm knocking out one star because it can get a bit pricey. For two waffles, a sweet tea, and a mini waffle it was like $38. The waffles without any toppings or ice cream starts at $5.99 and as you customize them, it adds up. Whipped cream was like $2.00 and most of the toppings were too. The waffles themselves were big but still on the pricier side. They make the waffles fresh so there is some wait time. They only have disposable spoons while the forks and knives aren't. Overall, it's a pretty cute and decent place. If I'm around the area, I would stop by again and try other things like their waffle sticks and bubble tea. Maybe even a savory waffle but this is more so of like a treat yourself kind of deal.

Wow. Just wow! We arrived to a line out the door. But only ended up waiting about 20 minutes between getting in line and getting our food. The waffles were so light and complimentary to both the sweet and savory flavors. They had a good amount of seating inside and outside. The staff were friendly and sweet even as busy as they were. I will absolutely be back again. I was blown away!

Craving something sweet today so we stopped into Magic Waffle. Super cute vibe, clean, and a variety of choices for a sweet tooth. My daughter really enjoyed her bubble waffle cone with cookies and cream ice cream, topped with Reese's cups. I took a bite and anticipated for the waffle to be warm, but it wasn't and it was kinda tasteless. My Carmel milkshake was tasty and short lived as I finished it two gulps lol. People were friendly, and made sure to thank us when we were about to leave. I thought prices were a bit much, but overall it was a nice treat!

Magic waffle has all the types of waffles! They've got the Asian bubble waffles, Belgian, waffles on a stick and waffle sandwiches. +boba tea & coffee I really enjoyed my little red velvet waffle with white chocolate. My husband had to fight me and the baby off his frutos del bosque berry packed Belgian waffle that had yummy white chocolate drizzled on top. That was so good. The knafeh waffle was very unique with bubble waffle wrapped around sweet cheese that was battered and fried. Yum. My hummus waffle had lots of fresh avocado and tomato on it and I grabbed a side of crispy bacon for a little more protein and crunch. We loved hanging out in their swing chairs while our order was getting prepared too.

Absolutely DELICIOUS!! A variety of ice cream choices, milk and nonmilk options (coconut ice cream) better than I thought it was going to be. Also, the breakfast menu . I'm going back for that and the waffle lunch options. The waffles are made fresh and warm, but not so much that it melts your ice cream. You gotta try

After craving a waffle, savory treat, I decided to finally stop here since I have been to the waffle joint near the airport. Fun fact, they are not owned by the same owner totally separate lol. Upon entering the restaurant, what happened to be the owner and greeted me and took my order. I ordered the BLT only. Thinking this was going to be no more than 10 minutes. I definitely waited over 15 for a simple order. Looking at the set up and deli bar where he pulled the protein and veggies out. None of it looked fresh at all so I was a little hesitant, but decided to give it a chance , once I received my waffle, I dove into it and it had no flavor other than the bacon. The waffle had no sweetness or flavoring to it even confirmed it with the owner. It was a plain waffle to compare it. A plain regular Eggo waffle has more flavoring than this. I don't mean to be harsh, but to separate yourself from all the other waffle spots, you have to put more flavor into the main component of what you're selling. For the price I'd say it's a little aggressive. Plus a little too much on the menu, dialing it down will allow less waste on unused ingredients and more focus on WAFFLES! The only pros for this place is that they have a wide variety other then waffles.( Not sure if that's a good thing) and maybe next time I might try something different. If you're looking for a spot café like setting, this place has a good area to lounge. read more

A couple of weeks ago, I was out on the prowl for breakfast on the south side of Jacksonville and stumbled upon this place. It was a bit of an accident because it's hard to see from the road but the sign is HUGE. I'm guessing they were trying to make up for the road visibility. (Location -1star) The place looked new and was clean. It kinda reminded me of Cold Stone with the sweet smells in the air. The staff was friendly and professional too. There were plenty of food options to choose from and decided to get a waffle sandwich and coffee. (+1 star) So, the coffee is unique. I've had Turkish coffee before in Turkey in my travels and it kinda resembles it from my memories past. But there was something off about it or should I say I wasn't ready for it because the aftertaste was kinda earthy? Not sure but you can always cover it with more sugar but I couldn't finish it. (-1 star) The waffles are a neat concept. I mean McDonald's has McGriddles so why not use waffles instead? Let's start by saying it was different, and had a variety of flavors, but felt I had to wait a little too long. If you're visiting this establishment, definitely don't come in a hurry. The waffle texture was too soft for my liking, and felt it was missing something. The breading tasted stale like the batter sat too long or something. I may be too used to eating fresh ingredients. I just couldn't put my finger on it and not to mention, couldn't finish it along with my coffee. I would recommend management do some quality assurance on their food supplies (-1 star) I see from the reviews it has some die-hard customers and raving reviews. Maybe they were having a bad day but I probably won't be coming back the next time I'm passing through. Been there, tried it, and off to the next experience on my bucket list... read more

Upon entry, you encounter a cozy space that's clean and trendy! The menu is easy to navigate and has a cool twist to some common favorites- such as a BLT and breakfast style waffle. Food was made fresh and to taste, and the owner definitely made sure I was satisfied. I really enjoyed their cappuccino, but the magic latte was amazing! Magic Waffle was okay. The ambience was great entering..it was bright, fun and they had swings to take some cool photos with friends and family. Staff was also wonderful and friendly. However, the drinks and food were a bit lackluster. We ordered their boba and also tried their mini waffles. Their boba was disappointing. There are so many other better boba places in town in my opinion and theirs just tasted mediocre. The mini waffles were good, although I will have to return to try their other larger waffles and specials because we stuck to a smaller portion as we were stuffed from lunch. The photos of their products looked great but this review is mainly from our order. It left us feeling a little lacking but it's worth a try for us and will come back and update if the next waffle hits the mark. read more

We selected the four mini waffles and chose red velvet, Reese peanut butter, Belgian waffle and chocolate m&m. Every single waffle was light and airy, tasty and flavorful! Each selection tasted exactly as it was described. A few of them did not make it all the way home! read more

Great ambiance, service was excellent and attentive. They are service dog friendly. I like the concept of the waffles as the vehicle for the filling, whether savory or sweet. The waffle here is more dense in comparison to comparable establishments. Interesting concept of sealing the cups. read more

Never having been here before, I came with my mom and sister. Interesting menu. My mom ordered the Caprese sandwich and loved it. Since I love Labne, I ordered that sandwich, it had olives, cucumbers and it was delish. My sister had no idea what Labne tasted like and the owner gave her a sample taste, she loved it and ordered it. We also had 3 small Belgian waffles, that were yummy. We will be back! read more

This was absolutely incredible, i can't suggest it enough, they are EXTREMELY nice there, as well as the food is prepared with care and it was SO. DARN. GOOD. I can't even express how good the egg was on my little waffle wrap, it was actually seasoned and DELICIOUS!!! Tried the caprese and labneh cheese waffle. It was a little weird eating it on a bubble waffle. I felt like the waffle was a little too dry and needed syrup but that wouldn't have tasted good on cucumbers! The coffee prices were a little too high for me to bother trying one. We discussed bringing our kids up here for dessert waffles but cringed at how much that would cost us. Perhaps we will just share one in the future. read more

Really cute little cafe, yummy food at a reasonable price. My boyfriend and I came here for a special dessert the other night. When walking in, its a very cute little place but when we happened to go, the owner had a lot of his extended family in the restaurant. There were probably about 15 people and my boyfriend and I were the only other ones in the restaurant. This made us a feel a bit uncomfortable because it seemed like we were almost intruding on some type of reunion?? And it's not like they were being quiet either... Besides that, I ordered a red velvet waffle with vanilla ice cream with fruity pebbles, whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on top. My boyfriend got a chocolate waffle with chocolate ice cream with oreo bites, whipped cream & chocolate drizzle (not pictured-- unfortunately forgot! boo!) The waffles were soft and all the toppings were good as well! While everything tasted good, I did have an issue with the pricing because 2 waffle cones (with 2 toppings) was nearly $30! Unfortunately, this is a nice one-time place to enjoy but we won't be back here on an average day due to the price and uncomfortable feeling we had. read more

Stopped in for lunch, I have seen great reviews for the waffle sandwiches. The decor, is cute, and it's clean. Service is friendly. I ordered the chicken waffle, which comes with lettuce and tomato, with your choice of mayo or ranch. I opted for the ranch and found a table. Not a long wait for the food. The waffle itself taste good, but it's spongy. The chicken patty is much like a Banquet frozen chicken patty, which is much like Tyson frozen chicken patties except worse. The ranch was runny, and way too much of it. Disappointing lunch, hopefully the sweet stuff on the menu are better. read more

Truly wonderful meal, and so many choices. My husband and I each did a breakfast waffle and waffle fries to share but wanted a little sweet so go the minis, so much food! Came for brunch. Had the caprese waffle. The waffle itself was good, but caprese on a sweet waffle was a little different. Overall it was good, but not spectacular. Maybe dessert waffles would be better. A family of 4 could easily spend $60 on four waffles. read more

My son and I loved everything about this place. The staff that worked there was excellent. They were patient and super friendly with my four-year-old who of course wanted to order his waffle his specific way. We will definitely be back to try everything else on the menu!!!! read more

I had the bacon egg and cheese waffle. It was ok but not something I would order again. It was served at lukewarm temp. My wife had some kind of specialty waffle that had so much drizzle and other stuff on it that she didn't like it at all and basically threw it away. It was about 36 for the two waffles and one boba drink- which to me seemed pricey. Don't see myself coming back but others - especially those with younger kids - might love it. read more

Super fun concept. We went for lunch which probably wasn't the right idea. My husband and I both had a lunch sandwich waffle. My bacon was burnt and the rest of the flavor wasn't great. We probably should have just had dessert. The dessert looked amazing. I'd definitely go back just to try the dessert but wouldn't have lunch here again. read more

Boba here was okay, I didn't go in for the waffles so i cant base it off of that just yet. Service was nice just took a little bit to receive our boba even when I was the only one in there but nothing wrong with that! Love the decorations and how clean it was. The cakes look amazing, and the bar is nicely designed and well stocked, but neither saves the drab surrealist-cafeteria vibe of this pretentious establishment.

Tonight was our first experience with magic waffle. My wife and daughter love sweets and waffles, so we stopped by just to see what the deal was and boy were we all impressed. I enjoyed a magic latte which was delicious, with flavors of cardamom and vanilla. My wife and daughter shared mini waffles like a sort of sampler. We were not only very pleased with our dining/dessert and coffee pairing but the very friendly staff will definitely have us going back there again.
