My second experience - I booked in advance again with Jane. Someone from the spa called me to change my time 30 minutes later - no problem. I get there and I'm taken to the massage room. First problem, my therapist was NOT Jane. I was not notified on the call that the therapist was not available- wasn't even mentioned. Fine, I thought it would be ok to try someone else. The massage was sub par - didn't seem like they knew how to position me (prenatal) I had to ask for pillows for support. They used a pregnancy pillow that was tucked in with a sheet. Didn't flip the pillow around when I needed to switch sides. Overall not a good experience. I think I'm being generous with three stars. Only because that first experience with Jane was heavenly. Took off one star for the 2nd bad experience, and another star for not letting me know in advance that the therapist was not available. Really wanted to like this place. :(
