These tiny women are strong - do not be fooled, they can get deeep into your muscles. They are clearly trained in their craft - and my massage felt like it had a certain order/sequence, that definitely made sense. The stretches were perfect, and there were definitely a few that a chiropractor would be proud of lol. Pressure was perfect, hot stones were perfect, walking on back was perfect. I really can't wait to go back and I don't recall having a massage I've enjoyed as much, and this considers that I've gone to a wide range (your 250+ Burke Williams massages and 50+ random asian place massages). The massage was sub par - didn't seem like they knew how to position me (prenatal) I had to ask for pillows for support. They used a pregnancy pillow that was tucked in with a sheet. Didn't flip the pillow around when I needed to switch sides. Overall not a good experience. I think I'm being generous with three stars. Only because that first experience with Jane was heavenly. Took off one star for the 2nd bad experience, and another star for not letting me know in advance that the therapist was not available. Really wanted to like this place. :(

I booked a Couples Romantic Signature massage in advance for Valentine's Day morning and received a confirmation email with the time, total, booking reference, and location. We showed up at our scheduled time, only to be told that our appointment was not showing in their system and that their next available opening wasn't until 2:00 PM. This was a Valentine's gift. Being told upon arrival that they couldn't honor a confirmed booking was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I understand that technical errors can happen, but when a customer has a confirmed booking with a reference number, there should be better coordination between their booking platform and the spa. At the very least, there should be an effort to accommodate the client or offer a meaningful solution. If you are booking for a special occasion, I would strongly recommend calling ahead to verbally confirm your appointment to avoid this kind of situation. Very disappointed with how this was handled.
