**Utter Disappointment** I followed the strong reviews and decided to try Magma Pizzeria for takeout through DoorDash. I ordered the Queen Margherita with added cheese and pepperoni. The pizza arrived about 20-30 minutes later, and while delivery temperature can affect a pie, it usually cannot hide whether the pizza itself is well-made. Unfortunately, this one missed the mark. The box had oil pooling on one side, which was not a great first sign. The crust was cooked around the edges, but the center was thin, soft, and doughy underneath. The added cheese and pepperoni were far too salty together, almost as if they belonged to a different pizza entirely, rather than working with the Margherita base. The basil was strong, which I expected from a Margherita-style pizza, but what felt missing were the diced or sliced tomatoes. Such a happy person who radiates good energy and happiness, and he was incredibly helpful in suggesting what to order. The pizza oven gives a great smell. We got half Pistacchiosa, which was so good, and half Truffle Trouble. I think the Truffle Trouble was a bit plain. The carpaccio was pretty good too. It has crunchy breadcrumbs on it, I'm not sure if that really adds anything specific to the flavor. I believe something else might pair better, maybe something acidic for a nice kick. Came here with my family for an early dinner and beat any crowds. Amazing food! Started with the cous cous salad which was very refreshing. Also tried the eggplant Parmesan appetizer but it was really just chopped eggplant covered in cheese and cooked in a little cast iron. Also, only one size pizza offered here FYI. We had the Pistakkiosa and Ride on a Vespa. The Pistakkiosa stole the show however. For dessert we got the cannoli.
