When I called to schedule the follow-up appointment, I was told the price would normally be $90 instead of the $75 I had originally been quoted. However, they honored the original quote anyway. No tint shop has 100% free of imperfection so I am overall happy with the tints. I don't know if they would retint but I also didn't ask so I won't dock them for it. The price is comparable to some other places. I found cheaper ones but either the reviews or poor communication swayed me away from them. They answer quick, so I assume if I have/had an issue they would address it. By the way it's like a 20 min walk to target, so bring a snack/drink while you wait. THE QUOTE: Through Yelp message they gave me a quote for my Tesla though I did not provide % I wanted. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me 30% was only available in ceramic - price was more than quoted. THE MAIN PROBLEM: the ceramic tint is green and my stock tint on the rear windows are brownish. I can definitely notice when looking at the car from the side. I just feel like they should have known and could have told me about the color difference since they have tinted Teslas before. NOW WHAT? I can probably go back and have the tint replaced under warranty since there are a few small bubbles. I was told they can replace with different tint % only if lower or same cost. BUT they will take longer for warranty work since its unpaid - prob over an hour. I just don't feel like waiting so I guess I will live with it for now...

Everywhere I called, I was quoted ridiculous prices. I needed a non-OEM windshield, no camera, no sensors, yet the prices were still $350 minimum, and some places even said plus tax on top of that. After all that, I found this place and decided to call. From the first minute, the conversation was completely different. They told me straight up that they work with glass wholesale and could give me a really good price. When they told me the final price, I didn't even hesitate -- it was the best quote I got, and they were able to take me immediately. When I arrived, I was welcomed warmly, offered water, and told they would take care of everything. I could wait there or leave and come back later. There's a McDonald's just two minutes away, so I went there, grabbed a coffee, relaxed, and by the time I came back, the job was done. The windshield was cracked for about one foot long without any sign of hitting. So I reached out to the technician and he said it wasn't under any warranty unless it was due to workmanship or water leaking. At first, it sounded like they were not behind their product. So I said the windshield was faulty and cracked inside the car. However, he still didn't understand my point but keeping telling me that it wasn't covered if it was impacted by something like a rock. So I felt like I needed to talk to the manager and address my concerns. In addition, I requested a different brand in case they needed to replace it. After the appointment was set, the windshield had a couple more cracks just like the one before. So without a doubt, the shop had no problem to replace it at no cost. They also apologized that was the first time they had this faulty windshield. At the end, I am still thankful to find them. I'd definitely have given them 5 stars if they would have listened to me before making all sorts of assessment.
