They were an hour late, no extra boxes available for packing. I requested for packing service and they seem so surprised that I was asking for that when I clearly stated what I needed. Some of my furnitures/appliances are missing parts. Two TV missing the power cords, the handle on my fridge was never put back, the tempur-pedic bed is missing the mattress retainer bar. Still missing a printer. I was very disappointed at the level of service and professionalism. Just for comparison, I had movers before who knew to keep parts of furniture and appliances together. When they reassembled the furnitures, it was put back the way it should be. I'm holding out hope that those missing pieces of my furnitures and appliances are somewhere in one of the boxes they haphazardly packed. I fed them twice and gave them tips. This is the 3rd time we hired these movers since our previous experiences exceeded our expectations, and they definitely didn't disappoint this time around either. Our bed came perfectly wrapped and secured with no signs of marks or dings. They were also very careful about moving it around the house in every corner and doorway.
