They said the P.A .does the same as an MD with a full body examination. I explained P.A. stands for physical assistant, not a dermatologist. When I said I would like to see the actual dermatologist, I was told that would be an additional 2 month wait on top of an already 4 month wait to see a P.A. This was never disclosed upfront. The clinic is staffed almost entirely by PAs with only one MD. If you want to see an actual board-certified dermatologist, expect a significant additional wait that they will not mention unless you specifically ask. I also asked about appointment reminders and was told I would receive one a day or two before the actual appointment. I will be going elsewhere where I am treated with respect, and honesty. The woman that answered the phone was very disrespectful, patronizing and just plain rude to me!!!

I've had stressful situations where the lash tech has been rude and impatient. And Jessica really put that fear I had at ease.
