Food is very good. Service is too Slow. Ambiance is decent. My Gripe is that the people are slow. Waiter takes too long to come and they take too long to make/Serve the food. Needs to be more quick. Also the change to do more Mexican food is Lame. We already have 2 and i Mean TWO Mexican Restaurants. We don't need more. Plus, your a Seafood Restaurant. Why are you making that type of food . First visit here as a meet up and we loved every moment. Plenty of seating ,open bar area ,and additional outside seating. Located right in the heart of downtown lots of sites to see here. The food fusion of Jamaican and spices were very good. My favorites were the macaroni and the cheesecake for sure. The tower of indulgence is great for trying a little something of different foods on the menu. Overall, flavors were great dishes were presented well and we all enjoyed our meals. The breezy bowls are not only pretty to look at, but they're tasty with balanced flavors tossed and teriyaki. Vegetarian dishes are an option as well. They have food flight specials throughout the week, which I would love to come back and try. The workers were very professional and I highly recommend to come out for a family outing, event, date night ,or solo lunch. Had what was billed as a Cuban sandwich...not great. I don't think it was Cuban bread - more likely a sub roll or poss. even a hamburger bun. There was too much fat in the meat.... It was difficult to eat without a fork. This should be a handheld sandwich with lean ingredients - I got what seemed like trimmings from something else. Service was confusing. It took forever, from the time I walked in the door and asked for a sweet tea while I waited for the rest of my party...when it finally did come, it was just regular, and the person who brought it to me, not the person i ordered it from, said "I don't know" when I asked if it was sweet tea. You have to do better. We were there just after opening and there were only a dozen customers in the restaurant with plenty of help. read more

First visit was great seeing they had no business. Second one good too. Last one was like a train wreak. They should have just closed. No beer on tap out of a lot of menu items . So happy to have a brunch spot in Eustis! Everything is fresh and made to order - you can taste it in all of the dishes! If you don't drink alcohol (like myself) they can do mocktails for you as well so it still feels like a special brunch! They've made the inside so welcoming, and the staff is all very kind! Food is amazing. Fresh lots of choices and the drinks were off the chart !!! Old Fashions and Martini choices for sure. Can't make up your mind ....get a flight of Mimosas or a flight of Margaritas. Did I say the wings are amazing and they have Wing Weds where they are only a Dollar each all day with a minimum 5 wings. They also have amazing happy hours. The bartenders will not disappoint. Choices of seating so you can be at the quiet room of the restaurant for a meeting or lots of space for large and small groups or chat with the locals at the bar. Quaint restaurant with a nice menu. Service was a bit off, but that could have been due to the holidays. Enjoyed dinner with friends. The atmosphere is like an open diner with faux plants on the wall and faux magnolias stuck on. Coconut shrimp were good, a bit over done. The salad was okay and the shrimp dish was good. Been to Magnolia Breeze before. There Thanksgiving dinner is great. We went there today to the bar area. For the first time I saw an indoor bar that allows vaping and tobacco hookah. They even have a hookah night. I hope all smokers go there and enjoy themselves often. However, we will not return until Magnolia Breeze closes and becomes something else again. read more

It was such a cute little restaurant on the corner in downtown Eustis. We met some family for brunch. We each ordered coffee flights. They also offered mimosa flights. Margarita flights espresso martini flights. The service was really great. The food was a little slow to come out but other than that everything was delicious and we had a great time. read more

My wife and I got a rare morning together without the kids (although kids would be fine here too). We wanted a brunch menu anf boy did we luck out. This place was fantastic. Beautiful decor, great staff and the food was amazing. My wife got a coffee flight which she raved about and the mexican medley they had. I got the steak and eggs which were delicious. I know it's hard to mess up eggs so that I don't count but the steak was almost as good as a steakhouse steak. Incredible place. I've tried the Breakfast & Dinner. Both experiences were great. I loved the mocktails though I prefer my alcohol in the drink, they were delicious. I tried one of the cocktails too. I loved the little duck. It was a nice touch. Dinner was great as well. I had the salmon dish. I would recommend the Mac and cheese be smoked gouda too like the Smoked Gouda Mac & cheese bites we tired. Those were my favorite! Both appetizers were so good. I'd go just to get them. Always keep those smoke gouda Mac and Cheese bites in stock! My favorite thing on the menu! read more

I sat at the bar to order lunch and the menu looked really good. Then the rap/hiphop music made me look around wondering what was going on. Before the waitress even returned I left. I'm not sure what crowd the music in here is trying to appeal to but I predict this place will go under again very soon if they don't change it. Horrible. read more

We live in the area and love trying new places. During the "Fire and Ice" first Friday of 2025 we decided to come in and give it a shot. I will say that the food taste and value would get 5 stars, but everything else dragged the score down drastically. The biggest issue here is sound. They had "Live Music" that sounded like a local country boy at his first gig. It was all about how loud he could play. We were the farthest you could get away from him, by the door entry and couldn't hear the couple we came with talk. The sound echoes due to the flooring etc. We couldn't even see the guy. I'm not sure the manager really cared when I talked to her after our meal, except to say "we don't have live music every night." I think their focus should be on serving great food, not trying to be a concert hall. I actually go to live concerts at the Kia Center and Citrus Bowl. That pretty much ruined it for us. Our server wasn't good at all. She disappeared frequently, forgot to bring my salad and my wife's dressing. A nice kid, who must work in the kitchen ran and got everything for us... including silverware. Hopefully they are working out the kinks. Our friends commented correctly, music at restaurants should be ambiance in the background not a full frontal attack on your senses. Sadly we probably won't be back and we live in Eustis. read more

We had our "Friendsgiving Day" there the day after Thanksgiving with 13 people. We passed this restaurant many times and wondered about it, so we decided to give it a try. Saturday night when we walked in, we were the only customers except for a brisk business in the bar. Not a good sign , but we opted to stay. We had a chance to look around and discovered a nicely decorated room in the back with a view of the lake. The menu was quite extensive with many options. There were 4 of us and we ordered a Pineapple bowl with steak, one with chicken, and a Mofongo pork chop. Found out Mofongo is mashed plantains. All agreed their choices were good and we enjoyed the meals very much. Our server was Shea-Leah and she did an excellent job and was very helpful in describing the menu choices. I was excited to try this new place from the pictures on Facebook I thought we were in for a treat, but sadly it was bad. The server was wonderful, super friendly, but the ambiance and food was really awful. I ordered the Argentinian grilled shrimp, they were not Argentinian, they were small, and way over cooked and did not seem grilled. I also had the baked potato(for an upcharge of $3), and it was under cooked, and the sour cream smelled funny. My husband had the rib eye and was supposed to be medium rare but came well done and seemed more like a breakfast steak. The rice he had was under cooked and crunchy. We sat in the front room, and there was only one other couple sat but we still got the table across from the kitchen. The ambiance, or I should say lack of, the lights are bright and not a cozy restaurant like I thought it would be from the pictures. We will not be back. One more thing, the freezer or fridge is in the back of the restaurant so the employees walk through the entire restaurant with whatever they are bringing into the kitchen. Last week I wrote a review of sky bar in Tavares, it was , I'll just leave that right here! This time my review is on the fairly new Magnolia Breeze in Eustis. (Did you hear me?) Our waitress Iliana, she was all that and a bag of chips, of course that's if you like chips, lol. She was an absolute doll and so attentive. Her food recommendations and the accommodations when I wanted something tweaked on my food was much appreciated. The quality of the food, freshness, taste, price point, were all on point!!! I had the Blackened Haddock(which Iliana mentioned that people love the lemon pepper sprinkled on it as well) so I went with that, and boy was she right, it was absolutely delicious , and a large piece of fish at that. It came with 2 sides, I chose a side salad and sweet potato fries. Now the lemon drop martini , lay-deezzz, we love our lemon drops and it was amazing and tasted like what a lemon drop martini should taste like, not the trash martini that sky bar is serving. And, it was only $12.00 compared to Sky bars $15/16 fake lemon juice martini , yeah I said fake!!! We ended with a shared chocolate strawberry molten lava cake with vanilla ice cream, which Iliana changed out the strawberry drizzle for fresh strawberries for me(I don't like strawberry drizzle,‍), it was melt in your mouth amazing! If you have not checked this place out yet, please do so, I promise, you will not be disappointed! First visit tonight with friends was great. There were not many customers so service was fine. waitress was good, she did double duty at the bar making our drinks too! I had the Tex-Mex bowl with flat iron steak and it was Delicious! It comes with a huge serving of yellow rice and black beans, they were so good, I brought the rest home. Steak was super tender and flavorful, ordered med rare and it was spot on. Hubby ordered steak tips and mashed potato. It was served on an enormous amount of mashed potatoes. He said it was good, but would have preferred separation between potato and meat. Also waitress should mention it comes topped with gravy. He did enjoy his meal. Others ordered the lamb, fish & chips, and burger. The burger was charred to well rather than med well. But others loved their meal. Food was good, we will be back! read more

This place will be out of business just like every other restaurant here. The service and bartenders are awful. Definitely not kid friendly. Their food is awful and if you order something else to eat on the menu because your original meal was fishy they will still  make you pay for the food that was bad. I've Never been to a restaurant like that. If your food is bad, you take it off and let them order and pay for a replacement. Which I had no problem paying for. They shouldn't have you pay for two meals when one of your meals is bad. They wanted to charge me for a side of mash potatoes because they didn't show on there menu that gravy was on the mashed potatoes when It didn't even say it on the menu that  gravy was on the mashed potatoes. I wonder when it's Saturday night and nobody's is in there but us. With service like this it makes sense. When can we get a good restaurant in this area? read more
