We paid extra for premium e-bikes and they were trash, the first day the front chainring came off my friends bike and that caused the chain to break, we had to wait for the shop to come out and fix it. Both bikes had bald tires that made riding very sketchy and dangerous. On the second day I got a flat and I am glad we had a spare tube with us because all the sealant was dried up. Also the motors kept overheating and we had to constantly stop. And don't even ask about the noise the bikes made, lube and check the bearings, it was absolutely a horrible riding experience. When we returned the bikes I was supposedly given a $160 refund that never showed back up on my card. When I told them about the tires they didn't care and just put the bikes back for the next sucker to rent, people are going to get hurt from these heaps. Do yourself a favor and find another company to rent from!

So awesome especially since kids out grow their bikes fast and bikes can be expensive. We will definitely use it for all of our kids. They mostly have new bikes, but also used bikes (at least for the kids sizes) which help save money. We have also been here on a field trip for my kids and it was great.
