Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.

It's been a huge pain to have to deal with in addition to every other part of the hospice transfer process, I was ready to just open the door, throw the equipment inside the store and run just to get rid of it. BUT yesterday, I came into this store and was ready to give him the full story and everything I'd been told I had to do and was worried I'd get the same answers all over again but Manny was patient, professional, gave his condolences for my grandmother and my family and reassured me that the process shouldn't have been this difficult and took care of it immediately. I got back in my car and cried from the relief. You never know what people are going through, a little kindness can make an entire family breathe a sigh of relief after a stressful week.
