I went here to order Valentine's Day flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend, I decided to go in the store instead of ordering online because I am very picky on what I want. It took a while but I finally found exactly what I wanted at the price I was looking for. When the flowers were delivered I was a little upset because I specifically asked if they were going to be exactly what it looked like in the store and if not to please call me before making changes to the arrangement. Once I saw the flowers they delivered they were great flowers and looked beautiful but I was really upset that they changed the vase to a very short one which made all the flowers very squished together. The vase I ordered was a tall one and I had purchased extra flowers to fill in the space. UPDATE: The flower shop called me regarding my order and explained to me they were aware of the issue with my order and it was a small mixup. They fixed their mistake and stated the manager will be issuing me a full refund for the inconvenience. I'm very happy with this customer service and will do business here again. I received flowers from magnolia flowers on Mother's Day. The next day some of the smaller flowers and 1 was rose were wilting. I did add water as soon as they were received. By Tuesday all small flowers dead, sunflowers wilting and all roses almost dead. I did recut the few that were kinda ok and put in fresh water and threw everything else away. I called magnolia Flowers and expressed my concern. The very next day I received a HUGE gorgeous replacement bouquet!! I'm So impressed!!!!! I'd recommend this florist to any one! CHOOSE ANY FLORISTS BEFORE THIS ONE.... I used this florist for flowers for my sons prom. It started off just perfect. I was helped by a girl named VALERIE and she was informative and helpful. She was doing her best to make sure that I was satisfied with the design. The manager at the store, MICHAEL, on the other hand was the cause for the 1 star rating. He was rude and ignorant to Valerie and that she was helping a customer, ME. He ordered to answer the phone that was ringing while she was helping by yelling it from the back room. I had to return days later to make some changes to the colors of the arrangements and was met by MICHAEL and ROSA, when going over my paper work that Valerie had done with me days before, they made it no secret that they were not fans of Valerie. They put her down constantly and showed very low customer service qualities. I left frustrated and called a different florist for a back up plan. I then called back to speak with the owner, she called me and we spoke about a resolution. I informed her on the specifics of my visits, she was in Hawaii and knew there was some bad blood within the store while she was gone. I told her that I would keep my business there as long as Valerie was to do the arrangements. When I picked them up they looked great and I was satisfied. They offered me a refund for the trouble and I was happy to take it obviously, but it was never my intentions. I hadn't received my refund, so I called and asked if they could look into it. The owner called me and when I told her that I was disappointed to hear that Valerie no longer worked there and that Michael was still the manager, she had the nerve to ask me if I was personal friends with Valerie!! As though I have to know someone on a personal level to come to their defense when their boss is treating them like dirt. She then went on to say that after reviewing the video footage, she doesn't believe that Michael was rude with me. Well Thanks for standing up for your employee!!! He must do a ton of work for little pay for you to take the chance with keeping that guy around.... SERIOUSLY, get a grip and realize that you lost a good employee in Valerie. I wish that I could hire her for my business. I will never return and I would advise anyone to choose FREEWAY FLOWERS before giving this MANAGER/OWNER your money. Overly disappointed with the service. I tried to order flowers for Mother's Day online, I couldn't and had to call. Not a big deal. Made my order via phone, and expressed to them that my property is gated and locked. And I requested that the flowers be left at the gate if no one answers the phone. When it was all said and done, all I got was a phone message and no flowers. Which left me in a bind for Mother's Day. I called the store, and was told I would receive a full refund and a morning delivery of the flowers for the following Friday morning. No flowers and no refund. I dropped what I needed to do to go to their store. Where they told me that the guy who does refunds was not there and they haven't had time to refund me my money like they said they would. They gave me my order and said they would send an email confirmation of my refund. The flowered wilted and died in less than two days. And still no refund. I try to support small business but if this is how this small business treats people I will go elsewhere from now on. $88.00 is a lot for a dozen long stems. When I tried to order them online they were $56.00. Update: 8 months later, still no refund that was promised. read more

She was as very nice and informative on how the services worked. She helped me pick an amazing present, prices were affordable as well. There was an issue however that involved them not being able to enter the premises at Kaiser hospital, most likely due to Covid, to deliver the present for my wife. I ordered an arrangement for my daughter-in-law's for Christmas. The arrangement was to be delivered on December 23rd. When my daughter called me and told me nothing had been delivered, I called the flower shop and left a message. I called again to follow up on December 24th, again having to leave a message. Neither phone call was followed up. I would expect that a simple phone call or even an email to let me know when delivery would take place would have been nice.
