Tide called back around 5:30 and said they'd found the coat and WOULD I still like the repair. They've had the coat for over 6 weeks to replace a zipper and haven't EVEN ordered the zipper. I told them to send the coat back and refund $73.41. Nick Herrington with Tide Cleaners said it already been refunded. I'll believe it when I see it.

When I called, I heard a verbal groan from the girl I spoke with like I was the inconvenience. She told me that the delivery person had just marked it as dropped and it was still in a storage locker. She then told me that I could come pick it up from there or that it could be delivered tomorrow (which is today). I still do not have it and checked the lockers again. When I tried to call to see if I could get clarification, the phone rang for 10 minutes before I gave up. I have already been charged and right now it's looking like this is going to be much more work to get my bath mats back than I thought. These were brand new pants- so this should be a fairly simple process.. right? Wrong. I alerted the desk attendant and she worked with me to get a claim form. It is now the middle of March, and I have yet to receive payment for my damaged clothing. I have called the manager on a weekly basis and even emailed the owner and nothing has been resolved. It was extremely wrinkled and I asked why. He explained that all they do is just wash the comforter and toss it in a bag. Something I could have done from my home. I came in to wash a king sized comforter. I used one of the medium sized washers that is on the second row. I was expecting the wash cycle to take at least 45 minutes, but it was only 20 minutes. I was also able to dry the comforter in 20 minutes on medium heat. Total spent to wash and dry it was less than $15 which is well worth it considering most dry cleaners will charge you close to $50 to wash a king sized comforter for you. As far as payment is concerned, you can use an app to pay or use cash or a credit/debit card. They have a vending machine for laundry detergent, etc. but there is also a Dollar General that is located across the street where you can purchase those items.
