The cleaning staff we've had were very friendly & receptive to our requests about cleaning. (We've had Annette & Nivia.) Our first clean was the 4-hour deep clean, and the other two were 3-hour cleans. The first one was really incredible. Four hours in a studio gets amazing results (inside the fridge!!), but we have been totally satisfied with our 3 hour cleans. I've never had an issue with anyone on the phone or being slow - but we also never stick around while the person is here cleaning (it's a studio, so it's easier to just go to the park for a few hours!). However, the results are great and speaks to the quality of the work. I have spent 3 hours cleaning my apartment and it just is not the same. Greenhouse has better rates than other green cleaners & is totally worth it in my opinion!

The women who cleaned my apartment were punctual (actually early!) and very friendly. They loved my cat! They worked for about 4 hours and did a very nice job. I didn't give a full 5 stars because although my apartment is very nice and clean, I specifically was looking for a deeper clean which I don't think I received. I would certainly use the service again because they did excellent work, there was just a disconnect between what I would consider to be a normal cleaning and a deep clean.

Over the course of the following week we left over 5 voicemails asking for an explanation and a reschedule, and finally Yan returned a call. He explained that there was a system failure, and he was happy to reschedule for a free cleaning service. Great, so we reschedule and confirmed the Saturday appointment (today) on Wednesday. Fool me once shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. The cleaner is now nearly AN HOUR LATE, and no one has answered my phone calls. I've sent text messages to Yan's cell, called the business line and left voicemails, still nothing. Generally, I call for cleaning when the home gets messy and chaotic which, according to a cleaner friend, is way harder to deal with than filthy. So whenever I'm showing a new cleaner around, i always catch a glimpse of the silent judgement and slight annoyance with the chaos. After some juggling around the time, the two women from Hylton showed up and cheerfully told me they would bring the house back to Order. I looked at their eyes and for the first time ever, I saw determination not judgement. Together they scrubbed, rubbed and wiped the home down. They moved, organized and wrangled my home into submission. I signed up for a deep cleaning and I received a Deep Cleaning. A cleaner windowsill where once I thought the windowsill was already clean. There was a crevice between the washer and dryer and they figured out what to use to reach there. I expressed my concern that most cleaners miss corners and behind furniture and they alleviated those concerns by removing every speck of dust from every single crease and crevice. This is a company that takes great pride in the work that they do. However, when they were finished and called me to do the walk through, they proved that differently from any place I've used in the past. I didn't just walk and nod. She was right behind me and actually asked questions about each area then asked if I needed them to improve anything. I said yes in one instance, and they immediately put me out the room and remade the area. I was blown away by the professionalism, kindness and peace they brought to my space. Usually I find issues in the hours or days after the cleaning but not this time because they were so thorough, both with the work and because of the questions they ask at the end. If I had found something though, I got the distinct impression that it would be safe to let them know it. I'm glad I found them and I am definitely going to call them again.

Five years ago when I had a sewer back up in the evening in my then only year old condo with which…read morewhose plumbing I was both unfamiliar and unskilled, I asked a neighbor in that then condo for a recommend and he immediately said to call Shane of Ajax. To this day I am still impressed, thankful, and obligated to Shane's and his assistant's immense crazy hard work coming on such short notice for emergency work thus a grateful review finally, years later. Shane arrived promptly within the stated window and since it was an emergency sewer backup, I had to urgently skip niceities and pointed to the problem which was a messy bathroom overflowing and Shane immediately in turn told his assistant to get the plumber's snake/auger while he simultaneously started removing the toilet altogether which was cutting the caulk to the ground, removing the 2 bolts, prying it off the wax seat, removing the plumbing connection inside, and lifting the whole thing off which in the rush and adrenaline seemed to be in 1 fell swoop. The assistant was quick to wheel up the very heavy (220lbs?) auger which they immediately sent down the exposed drain and about 15ft in, they encountered the blockage which he efficiently worked with the snake and I must note all of this was in rather dirty conditions with the backed up water. Shane was so quick, professional, and in control of what seemed like a house-ending event as to put us at ease. The sheer speed and expertise are priceless and he charged us the straight emergency rate (I think $200/h for both) but that was far far below all other vendors who are 2x-5x more but I'd happily given him 5x because of his sheer skill. To this day, I simply can't thank Shane and his assistant (shame I don't recall his name) enough and wanted all here to know of their heart and skill in emergency plumbing.
