I really wanted to like Maid Bright. I also did not want to post this review as I believe in providing direct feedback. However despite my efforts to work with Maid Bright, I am beyond frustrated with my experience. I started using Maid Bright in August 2023. A gentleman visited my home to provide an estimate. I was impressed with the level of customer service as well as the ease with which one can schedule and cancel appointments, etc. We initially signed up for monthly cleans. After the first few cleanings (which I actually thought were great) things went downhill. After one cleaning, I arrived home to find my shower drain that worked that morning, so clogged that I had to hire an emergency plumber to rectify the situation. Maid Bright denied any wrong doing and I decided to give them another shot. The next time, the cleaning crew left bags of trash in my back yard. Frustrated, Maid Bright made it right and provided me with a credit to my account. At that point, I decided that they are likely only reliable if you are home to monitor their work. I changed my cleaning schedule so I was home for every clean. Admittedly, when the homeowner is present they are very thorough and did an excellent job. However, this last cleaning was my final straw. Maid Bright came to clean and I was called away from my home unexpectedly. After the cleaning, I discovered that they neglected to clean an entire room of my home. Maid Bright agreed to send the crew back to my home to clean the room. When they arrived, the crew did not bring cleaning supplies or a vacuum. They brought a cloth and ran it under water to "wipe down" the room. They put vacuum lines on the carpet with the rag, to make it look like they vacuumed, but did not actually vacuum. They also missed entire sections of the room, leaving it filled with dust. When I addressed this with the cleaner, she look embarrassed knowing that she did not actually complete the clean, despite telling me that she was going to re-clean the room. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable considering we paid for a deep clean of our entire home. After sharing this concern with Maid Bright on 9/18 they state that they had to speak with the crew to verify my story before providing me with a partial refund for my clean. I have not heard from Maid Bright. This is unacceptable and disappointing. for $200 + / clean, I expected much better customer service if not a better cleaning experience. I recommend finding a different company if you want reliable cleaners. Maid Bright is not worth the headache. read more

Always prompt. Easy to communicate with the office. Ladies are mannerly & cheerful in general. I would have given 4 1/2 stars as sometimes a couple spots were overlooked. They did a yearly deep cleaning for me recently- but I found a lost pill on the walk in pantry floor & a chocolate chip, lol. Easy to cancel & or change appointment last minute. They send out a reminder a couple days in advance & will alert you if arrival time. An inexpensive glass item was recently broken and another appliance partially damaged but still able to use it ; accidents do happen to anybody - but I never heard from the office offering to pay as my past service would do over the years. Wow!! Are we glad we found and hired Maid Bright to clean our two bedroom apartment. Anna Maria and Norma were incredibly friendly, thorough and efficient. I am pregnant and haven't been able to deep clean our place to my likely, and after their cleaning I honestly don't think our apartment has ever been this clean. Got a deep cleaning from MaidBright, it was good, not great. One fan was not cleaned, some of the hardware in the bathroom was not fully cleaned, missed back side. Just a few things not done completely/thoroughly. Overall very good. read more

We have been using Maid Bright for about seven months as of April 2024 and have been very pleased. The teams are professional and diligent. We usually have the same team, but when it's another team sometimes, usually because we change the day, they are also good. We had some things initially where we wanted some improvement in how things were cleaned, and once we worked with the team, it's been fine. A big benefit here is the ease of scheduling. Maid Bright is big enough that if you need a different day or change your schedule, they can usually accommodate. That is saving us money, as we are normally every other week, but skip if we go on vacation. When we used private cleaners, I generally felt we needed to pay for the missed weeks, which really added up when we were traveling more. I have worked with a couple of smaller services and got an estimate from one other. Maid Bright had the best rate. Highly recommended! read more

Solid work ! 2 hours for 245$ for my 3 bedroom house . I don't have them cleaning the rooms but they do a great job on the bathroom and kitchen which are the two most important. The only complaint I do have is that they missed some of the baseboards even though they stated they offer deep cleaning with the baseboards. Next time I'll really put an emphasis on my baseboards but they worked really hard and overall they did good. I haven't been to any other company to compare but I would give them 3-4/5 stars read more

First time using Maid Bright after 5 years with another company. glad we switched. the cleaners were very professional, thorough, polite, and the house looks and smells amazing. I added the fridge and oven cleaning. the fridge sparkles. Worth it. The oven was basically an EZOff soak, and some of the burnt butter is still stuck to the bottom, but the door and rest of the oven looks much better than after I tried to clean it myself. I have been hesitant to hire a cleaning company for years. But with the pandemic, working full time, and having to clean up after a toddler - I couldn't take it anymore. Maid Bright was the only one that I found that did not require a contract, and did not do any high pressure sales tactic. I feel like I'm in control: if I need an additional cleaning - no problem - I just send them an email. If I need to scale back - no problem - I can give them a quick cancel. I also like that they use e-verify, and they offer their cleaning staff PTO. They also followed up with me after my first cleaning service to make sure I was happy. Life is busy. Cleaning services should not add to your stress. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Team did a good job at going through the house and getting it to a good place after we had some construction. There were a few things missed here and there (didn't vacuum inside hall closet & the exterior of the door where a lot of the construction dust settled & kitchen cabinet exteriors had some missed spots - all noticed after they left) but not deal breakers.
