I had Maids & Moore come out and do a deep clean on my house. The first time they came out they spent six hours barely doing a surface clean. Things that are part of a deep clean according to their website that were missed the first time were: front of cabinets cleaned, cobweb patrol (fan down rods still have cobwebs on them) AC registers dusted, baseboards hand wiped, window sills cleaned, light fixtures dusted, and just general dusting. I contacted them to let them know these things were missed and they immediately scheduled a reclean. After the second cleaning I still had cobwebs on the down rods of all my fans. There are lamps in the master that were never dusted, my coffee table was not dusted, nor were light fixtures and these were all things I had specifically mentioned were missed. They were missed even after an inspection from a supervisor. After I pay for a deep clean I expect my house to be spotless, I should not have to go behind and clean ANYTHING. I would have said something to the ladies doing the cleaning or the supervisor but the cleaning team did not speak English. Which communication directly with the cleaning team is important to me as I have large dogs and I need to be able to tell them to stay out of a certain room, or don't go out back. That is a huge safety concern for the maids. When I could not communicate with the first team I asked for a team I could communicate with and was informed that 95% of their staff only speak Spanish. So if communication with the team is an issue, please take this into consideration. I would have said something to the supervisor, but she came and went without ever saying anything to me at the end. Next, it smelled like all they cleaned with was undiluted bleach. My house reeked so bad of bleach my eyes started to water. I had to open all my windows to let my house air out. Last of all, when they charged me they overcharged me by $75.00, they did immediately refunded it, however, how many people do they do this to that never catch it? In fact, the only reason they got two stars instead of one is because they did try to immediately correct any issues I had, but bottom line, I paid way too much for the service I received and will never use them again. read more

I've hired Maids and Moore twice for deep cleanings and they have surpassed my expectations (especially the second time). I'm very,very picky with my house cleaning and always do it myself. However, after pulling my back out, I needed help and fast because we had family coming into town to stay with us. No problem, I called them and they were out the next day. The first time I called them they were very good, but the second time? WOW...I mean my condo looked brand new. Every inch (I'm talking base boards, door frames, light switches, etc) were squeaky clean!! Made me look really good with the in laws lol!! Seriously speaking,I honestly recommend them. Great deep clean. The booking process was very easy -- sent a request via their website and got a quote within a day; was able to schedule the cleaning for later on in the week. The deep clean took about 3.5 hours with two employees. Reyna and Ana were professional, pleasant, and extremely hardworking. They did an amazing job and made sure to ask me to check around to ensure that I was content with their work, which I was! For a Christmas gift I hired Maids and Moore for a deep cleaning. Booking online was easy. I got a quote and estimated time based on the square footage. I was given a time frame of arrival 10:30am to 12:30pm so I made sure that someone was home. At 12:30pm I received a call from Victoria (or Veronica) that they just finished a house in Killeen and are on their way. Not a great start. But once they arrived I am told they went straight to work. The job these two ladies did was amazing. They even cleaned the doggie door flap! I just went around the house say "OMG". We were very impressed with the level of detail that was put into our "move out" cleaning. First, the communication was wonderful and it was very easy to set up my appointment. We received several emails outlining what to expect and reminders for our appointment. When the appointment needed to be pushed back by a couple of hours, they called me over 24 hours in advance to ask if that was okay. I did not expect them to clean out the fridge, but it was SPARKLING! They also managed to clean our stove and oven better than I ever managed to clean it in the 5 years we were in our home. I'll start with the fact that the cleaning wasn't bad. It wasn't great, but the cleaning wasn't the problem. The problem was they give you a 2 hour window of when they are going to arrive.... then they are 2 hours later than their window, so you are sitting at home for 4 hours not able to leave and when you call they are not very apologetic. The thing that annoyed me the most was I found out the reason they were late was that they allowed the person whose house they were cleaning before mine add time on even though I was on the schedule and they knew they would be late. read more

We have used them for 3 plus years, paying $150 every two weeks. That is A LOT of money. Money that we were willing to spend for a clean house. At first there were no problems. In the past 6 months or more the quality of cleaning has gone downhill. I've gotten a partial refund and 2 full refunds due to them not properly cleaning my house. I took pictures the moment I came in of my floors because they looked as if no one came. The customer service has been polite and responsive. This past cleaning was their last chance (and they were aware of it). Supposedly they sent a new team and a quality control person to double check. She's a cancer patient and an organization called Cleaning for a Reason, put me in touch with them. Cleaning for a Reason will connect cancer patients with a local cleaning service willing to clean a cancer patient's home for free in order to help them through a difficult time. They sent out a crew who DEEP cleaned her apartment, and believe me it needed it. Kelly just called me to remind me that they're coming again tomorrow. I can't tell you how much this has helped us. My sister has been so weak and frail that she hasn't been able to feed herself, much less keep her place clean, and Maids and Moore has given her a clean, pleasant place to live while giving me a break. When some of my tenants moved out of their home the other week, I was appalled stained toilets, built up grime along the baseboards, stains in the carpet from who knows what, just to name a few of them. I met with Holly and we went over the pricing structure and the services, and I even though it was a little more than some of the other bids I got, my friend recommended them, so I went with Maids and Moore.
