Awful awful customer service UPSTAIRS !! If I were the owner I would be ashamed of how my staff was treating a customer! I have regularly spent $400+/a visit, and tonight was treated like I was a huge pain in the ass! This is my first ever yelp review. I just couldn't let this slip by without note. It is despicable how the upstairs staff was behaving. Please note, I am not referring to the staff downstairs. They were helpful and courteous. I would describe my experience tonight as downright hostile! I left feeling like I was just punched in the gut. I hope the gals in the upstairs clothing area take a minute and think about how they would like to be treated when they are the customer. Shameful. Embarrassing. They have everything from chicks to fertilizer to garden seeds and tons of live plants. Not to mention pretty much any supplies you could need for your garden, large homestead, or farm. They also carry some farm-adjacent clothing, specialty grocery items, lawn art, and garden decor. Every time I'm in here, I wish I lived on a farm! Speaking of their clothing section, don't miss their sale rack, which is always full of good deals in mostly men's (but some women's) clothing, including stalwart brands like Carhartt. And on our most recent visit, they even had some adorable puppies for sale from a local breeder.

I pushed her on that and she eventually hit the 'no' button herself. How weird is that? I choose which charities I donate to and don't appreciate having that shoved down my throat. She told me their computers lock up until a choice is made, which sounds like a program problem on their end, not my problem. I just want to pay for the stuff I am buying. End of story. Finally, discouraged they have no riding mowers in stock, only push mowers. I try to avoid big box stores but away I go. It's spring and the grass is growing. Guess they lost a $3K sale. Let him know we were picking up an online order and even though the system showed a two-hour wait, Kaleb truly listened to our situation. He immediately called Jonathan, who dropped everything he was doing to help us out. Instead of two hours, these two had our order ready in under 10 minutes--all with incredible attitudes. Their kindness and understanding turned our stressful day around. We will definitely be coming back to this specific location for all our future projects. Thank you, Kaleb and Jonathan!

RUDE JERKS) parked their personal trucks lengthwise along the product pallets (so they didn't have to use a cart/flatbed like the rest of us) and when I asked them to move their vehicles so I could get my flatbed in there to load my purchase they started swearing at me and refused to move !!! I went in the garden center and asked the cashier to please call a supervisor or someone and they said they would when they had a chance. I waited almost 30 minutes (never did see a Home Depot employee come out} before those 2 guys moved their trucks out of the way and by the time I loaded my flatbed, paid for my purchase and loaded it into my truck I'd been there almost an hour. I would have given 1 star on this review but the cashier in the main store listened to my story of what happened and apologized for my inconvenience. I have been a good customer of Home Depot for over 20 years but THIS WAS THE WORST experience ever !!!

I visit this store almost every week to get feed for the flock and occasionally bring my pup…read more Everyone is always so friendly and helpful and I love to look at the baby chicks and ducks when it's the season. I shop for duck, wild bird, cat and dog food and they always have a large selection and my preferred brands. I also enjoy looking at all the seasonal items and have made a fair share of impulse buys. If you are a frequent shopper they have a rewards program and I have received several bonuses using it which is a nice kickback. My pup would like to add that she loves it when the cashier gives her a treat.
