Such rude customer service. That's when another employee comes out & rudely helps me out. At the end when I ask if all my returns are in the same receipt he proceeds to look at me as if I asked a stupid question & rudely answers me " it should say there". I ask if shes saying i dont have common sense she just walked to the back and stayed back there avoiding the whole situation.I asked james for the store number he begins to hand me a card and says its on the card i ask do u care about this job he replies "honestly no" at this point jeniffer comes back to the front in his defense to say hes new here second day! Idc if its day one you dont treat customers like a burdon neither of them came to me with a solution or even a potential sale of a box just simply told me i have no common sense and the silent treatment...I would love to speak to the store manager or ups themselves

It turned out I was the owner's kind of people. I wanted to send a package and he helped me. I should have had the presence of mind to give him my extra copy of "Copy This" the memoir/business-success-story of Kinko's founder. Paul Orfalea is so generous, he gave me a second copy of his book, and signed them both!
