Having moved around LA a few times over the last several years, I found it critical to rent a private mailbox. I needed my mail to stay in one spot. That's where Mail Boxes Times comes in. Their private mailbox rental features have been second to none as it's been my one stop shop mail box store. I pick up my mail here, ship, and occasionally get notaries. I have 24 hours access to my mail, get to brag that I have a Beverly Hills address, and get the convenience of having boxes shipped there. Fay is the best part of the business though. She is the sweetest person to have around. My face lights up when I see her in the store. She makes everything so easy for me and even makes picking up mail from my mailbox a fun experience. I can call and ask her to check my mail, sign shipments for me, and she will readily help. She has been a life saver on more than one occasion! read more

I was at a meeting and desperately needed documents copied from original hardcopy as well as taken off my hard drive. It was during my lunch hour that these owner went above and beyond to get all of my documents copied for my afternoon meeting. They assisted in everyway possible including I was able to use their WiFi and copy documents off of my email and be prepared for my next meeting. If you are looking for a P.O. Box look no where else. Mail Box Times is the place to go. I've been using them for years. I travel and move for work and changing address each time is a head ache so having one address helps greatly. Everyone there is always friendly and I thank them for all of their help. I'm not sure how people found this place to be helpful or accommodating - my experience was exactly the opposite. Rude and overpriced with the cost being 6x what I was originally quoted - and she wouldn't budge an inch... at 4:30 pm when it was too late to go somewhere else. The owner was ungracious, not technically adept with a frosty persona. The sign on the wall saying there will be a $10 charge for being "grouchy or irritable" is self descriptive and should serve as a warning to potential customers. I'll never go back there. I'd drive half an hour out of my way through LA traffic if need be just to avoid it. UPDATE: I had printing done there - at 6 TIMES the quoted price and about 20 TIMES more expensive than Staples ... just found out the quality isn't good enough. Have to go out today and have it REDONE somewhere else! read more

Needed a Livescan done quickly for a new nonprofit job. Although the person behind the counter was "under siege" with many customers needing different services, she handled my request quickly and efficiently. Seems a friendly, yet well utilized place, right in the heart of Beverly Hills. If I needed a mailing address in that town, this would be the perfect place because of the ease of use, plus they have an extensive set-up for shipping services. read more

I also love their personalized and friendly service. My schedule is crazy sometimes, and it helps to have the convenience of 24-hour access, along with someone available to sign for packages. My experience here was not only unpleasant but wrong. I had asked for notary services that were performed incorrectly, when i returned to have this fixed we were met with a horrible attitude and incorrect excuses as to why there were errors made. Although this place is very small, they have everything you need for your packing and mailing tasks. I stop by here to pick up mail and packages for work every so often, and the man and woman who are always there are consistently nice and friendly. I've never had any issue here, so am always glad to return. Note that parking in the back is extremely limited, so you might be better off seeking a metered parking spot on Beverly or Charleville, or using the free 2-hour lot just one block south. read more

We have been customers with a mailbox here since 2015. The customer service is excellent and we always receive our mail and packages safely. The owners are always welcoming and know us by name. We love the convenience of the notary service and the fingerprinting processing. Parking is convenient in the structure across the street and it helps that there are many eateries nearby where you can sit for a minute and grab a snack after you pick up all your mail. I've been a customer here for 13 years plus. Been very satisfied with the mailbox and other services that are offered here. While I was back on the east coast caregiving for my Mommy, Faye ensured that all of my mail was sent to me the entire time while I was out of town. I also love the 24-hour easy access which is a convenience. This business is also located in a safe area of Beverly Hills so I feel comfortable grabbing my mail late nights/early mornings, if necessary. I can also drop off mail and get stamps here without milling over to the long dreaded post office. I did some research on mail box places in the area and found that this was the best one. Not only the best priced place to have a mail box in Beverly Hills, but also the friendliest people. They've been here for such a long time, they know everyone by name. You can always call them to check to see if you have any mail, especially if you don't have time to stop by. When I left the country and my mail began to pile up, they called me and asked if I wanted them to forward my mail. I mean, it doesn't get better than that.
