I'm not sure how people found this place to be helpful or accommodating - my experience was exactly the opposite. Rude and overpriced with the cost being 6x what I was originally quoted - and she wouldn't budge an inch... at 4:30 pm when it was too late to go somewhere else. The owner was ungracious, not technically adept with a frosty persona. The sign on the wall saying there will be a $10 charge for being "grouchy or irritable" is self descriptive and should serve as a warning to potential customers. I'll never go back there. I'd drive half an hour out of my way through LA traffic if need be just to avoid it. UPDATE: I had printing done there - at 6 TIMES the quoted price and about 20 TIMES more expensive than Staples ... just found out the quality isn't good enough. Have to go out today and have it REDONE somewhere else! read more
