Date of Experience: May 20, 2026 I contacted Mail Boxes Times as a courtesy to inform them that my security system blocked their website due to a malicious site warning. Regrettably, my attempt to help was met with extreme hostility. The employee on duty hung up on me twice, with the final instance occurring at 2:29 PM. As a business that handles secure client packages, this lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is highly concerning. I hope management or the business owner reviews this incident and addresses this severe customer service failure. Based on this experience, they do not seem to value customer relationships or new business. "After posting this, at 4:30 PM , the business contacted me privately to insult and harass me." by words such as Little B. and go F yourself.

They took over $400 on my credit card two months ago when I was out of town and did not give me a box or even contact me. When I came in personally they treated me like dirt and took several people who came in after me first. My passport wasn't good enough for them and they pretended they never got the payment so I call to Amex and cancel the payment in front of them. I was referred to them by my previous P.o. box but all the employees were " no longer with them" I think they did me an unkind favor actually, The box area was microscopic and you'd have to sit on the floor to get to most of the boxes. Everyone in there was rubbing up on other people and they had no AC. The corner was so busy that parking was all but impossible. They actually asked to see the deed to my home!! They may be portending to protect themselves but I think they are scam artists. Don't take peoples money then run them around. I'm a Ca native and a longtime business owner with government clearance. These guys are losers move on if you want a safe place for your mail. read more

Staples would have received a higher rating is not for the guy in the receiving area for Amazon returns. The saga continues. I recently wrote a review about how horrible the service was at this establishment towards people with handicaps i.e. memory lapse, early stages of mental problems. Whatever, the point is that I was informed by the employees that if I took my review off they would give me service. This time it's getting the right form for a live scan, which they gave me in the first place knowingly. First off this is blackmail for a favorable review. They denied me service and told me I brought the wrong form which was a lie because the form is signed by one of the employees a J. Garcia and I had no paperwork to give in the first initial transaction. The way they treated my wife and myself were appalling. After ranting and raving about the forms. They had the nerve to want to recharge me for another live scan, which I found ridiculous because I didn't receive they service I required due to there mistake. I felt taken advantage of by J. Garcia and her accomplice. They should be reprimanded for they're so call service and unethical behavior. To kick it off they start recording me as though I'm going to do something criminal. Yelling they don't want my patronage which was fine by me. I found an ethical live scan service up the street by Robertson and Wilshire and they were twenty five dollars cheaper. It's not the cost that was the problem. I had enough money in my pocket to buy six live scans if necessary. It was the b.s. I had to go thru by some shady people that don't belong in the customer service field. There bosse should be made aware of their employees and the piss poor stewardship of their establishment. read more

She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. Jenny was friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable about all the different shipping options. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me save money on postage, and even made sure my packages were packed securely. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. It's rare to get that kind of personal attention these days, and Jenny really made my day easier. I go here every time I need anything mail related - stamps, certified mail, pack and ship, returns, etc. A bit more expensive than the Post Office, but the great service makes it worth it. read more
