I came here on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty empty. I ordered a combo one with spice level 4 (out of 5). The food came out in 5 minutes. The aesthetics of this place were a bit odd. It felt very minimal and gave me ghost kitchen vibes. Starting off with the fries, they were pretty good. It was well seasoned with a crispy exterior and a tender interior. They gave out a lot of fries. The meat is very tender. The tender is physically hot. The sandwich is pretty small, it's basically a slider. The bread is very buttery. For the chicken, it only feels spicy during the first few bites and becomes pretty manageable afterwards. The sauce tastes like a milder chick-fil-a sauce. I like how the slider isn't drenched in sauce so more of the chicken flavor isn't masked. My only complaint is that the pickles felt very flavorless. We've been to other locations and this one is so-so... we do love that it is conveniently located next to a theater. The quality of the chicken was great: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The fries are very good and tasty! Three sauces for a meal that cost $32.99 is NOT appropriately designated and $1.49 per extra sauce is a rip-off. Less busy here than I have seen in other locations. They could really use a lot more marketing (perhaps coupons/advertising deals), especially to survive on this side of town. Seating area was clean and inviting...bathroom needed more TLC. The crispyChicken was bright red full of flavor and the pickles are delicious. French fries were great and I got two sides of mac & cheese, cause they had a deal going on the mac & cheese was amazing. I took one of my spicy chicken tenders ripped it up and put it in the Mac will definitely be going back here. We ended up selecting the For The Flock #3, which includes 4 Drumsticks, 4 Thighs, Mac & Cheese, Seasoned Crinkle Cut Fries, Pickles, and 6 MC Dipping Sauces - all for $29.99. After placing our order, a nice young lady emerged from the bustling kitchen and welcomed us and provided us with water cups while we waited. The food is made to order, and definitely worth it. After about 15 minutes, our food was presented on two giant trays. The portions were large, hot and delicious. The fried chicken was outstanding. A soul-seducing crunchy outside with some of the most wonderfully juicy and tender inside I have had. The Mac and Cheese was also stellar, with some deliciously cooked noodles and white creamy cheddar cheese. The fries were also killer, seasoned and crisp to perfection. The pickles were a great addition, along with four small breads to build your own chicken sandwich. We were not lacking for food, as this serving easily could feed a family of four. One of my colleagues brought it to me for lunch one day and even with the travel from the restaurant to the office the food still held up great and still tasted great. Terrible Service & Broken Promises - Avoid This Location! ​ ​I placed a phone order ahead of time at the Santa Clarita location, thinking it would save me some time. I was completely wrong. ​When I walked in on Friday, I ended up standing there waiting for 30 minutes. Multiple employees walked right past me, and not a single one bothered to ask what I was waiting for. Even the manager looked right at me and completely ignored the fact that a customer was just standing there waiting. When I finally went up to the counter to ask about my food, the employee looked me right in the eye and casually told me he forgot to place the order. When I asked for a discount for wasting my time, they said they had to ask the manager. The manager then promised me that the owner would call me directly to hear me out. Surprise, surprise--nobody ever called. ​I phoned the store the next day (Saturday) to follow up. I spoke to an employee named Richard, who was actually very kind. He asked if I spoke Spanish since the manager on duty spoke Spanish. I then spoke directly to that manager, who explicitly promised me he would call me back. ​Well, it is now Sunday, and I still haven't heard a single word from anyone. ​It is incredibly frustrating to be lied to multiple times just to get me off the phone. We really liked Main Chick. The tender sizes were generous compared to much of the competition and the spiciness was wonderful. We tried both Spicy and Medium and they were flavorful. The Spicy gets ya sniffling but is not unbearable. The service was quick help in explaining the menu although I am not a fan of the screen ordering. The fries were good and well and their MC was excellent. I would have loved to have had a ketchup dispenser rather than little packets. Well I have to admit that this was probably the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. I heard it was good but dang.... I had no idea. This was a delicious chicken sandwich. I got the mild and it was borderline a little too spicy for me... borderline. It's both sweet and spicy. I wish there was one level below the mild like baby spice . The owner was there and he was very helpful. He came out and answered my questions, he made sure I understood the menu and he also made sure my order was correct which is something I don't see often. Ambiance is a very chill vibe. There is a room for big parties if you put the tables and chairs together. It's just a chill quiet area. We had a great experience here! The space is on the smaller side with about 5 or 6 tables, it wasn't too busy when we went on a Saturday. The restaurant is kind of like an upscale fast food feel, with mostly white features and red accents. The server helped me figure out what I wanted to order and how spicy which was nice. I got the combo with a chicken sandwich and a chicken tender. The fries were super crispy and spiced well, but were also nice to dip in the sauce that comes with the meal. The sandwich was perfectly spiced, I got medium spice and it was enough for it to burn a bit but not an uncomfortable level. The chicken was crispy and cooked to perfection. The sandwich had a nice blend of sauce, coleslaw which had a peppery taste and was not mayo forward which I appreciated, and pickles. I would come back here anytime! My only complaint is that they played mostly country music mixed with some random, kind of strange pop songs that confused me. read more

Not sure how this place opened without me even noticing since I live just down the street. It's where the Caynon County movie theater is located. I even follow all SCV social media and never saw this advertised. Anyhow I was pleasantly surprised. The place is so clean and well organized. I had a little trouble with the order computer and the very nice girl said no problem just tell me. You can do it either way. I ordered the hottest they sell and it was just right for me. The fries were excellent !! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Just a FYI: the sandwich looks like a full hamburger bun with a large piece of chicken but it's actually not. It's a little smaller. I'm not saying that's bad but next time for me I will just get the two sandwich combo. After work I was hungry and got recommended this place so me my brother and my sister went down to try it. When we walked in it was very cleaned the tables were clean and great customer service provided us a cup of water while we wait. The food came out really fast. We order the 2 chicken sandwich with fries and Mac and cheese and my brother got his own separate meal. Unfortunately we were disappointed because my sisters chicken ended up being raw:( so we had given it to our dogs. We came here again and made sure it wasn't raw and it wasn't. The fries are the absolute best so crispy and seasoned well. I ended up putting my boyfriend on to this place and he absolutely loves it. We tried this for the first time last night. The food was good. I brought my tender and half the sides home for lunch. It is a little pricey - $54 for 2 Combo 1 + a side each and 2 fountain drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm not a fan of the screen ordering system - you have people working there- please take my order. They did offer after we had an issue at the payment screen and it erased our order. I ordered both the sandwich and tender in Spicy (which I like spicy stuff) and it is definitely spicy! The chairs are not comfortable at all. They are very narrow on the back and since I am not very thin, they pushed into my back, so I had to sit forward.
