Everything about this place is the opposite of dental experiences I've had before. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming, they remember your name and details about you after just a few visits! The doctor is the best, I never have any pain during cleanings, cavity fillings, or anything else, which is something I'm always nervous about. Unlike my last dentist, whose office was like an assembly line, when I'm at Dr. Eftekharzadeh's office, I'm the only one being treated by him and don't have to wait in the chair for half an hour just to be numbed, while someone else is being treated. I don't have full-blown dental anxiety but I'm hardly a fan of going to the dentist. I had an amazing dentist in San Diego but decided I needed someone local, so I found Dr. Sina. What a great find! The office is fairly small but clean and nicely decorated. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helped me fill out all the new patient paperwork. Letty, the hygienist, is an absolute sweetheart! She made me feel so comfortable. And Dr. Sina was very thorough- they took full mouth X-rays and made sure any of my concerns were addressed, asking if I've had any discomfort, tooth pain, etc. One of the best things about this office is the hours. If you work 9-5, don't worry! They have evening hours and are at least sometimes open on Saturdays. They also have a periodontist who comes in sometimes, so they can address a wider range of dental concerns. read more

I came to Dr.Sina from a recommendation from a coworker who heard I had paid $3500 for a root canal that took 4 visits to finish! Luckily, I found Dr. Sina and I am so glad I did! He is trustworthy, gentle, professional and his staff is just as amazing. I have been recommending this office to anyone I can. Before I went to Main Dental Care I had a major anxiety about going to the dentist. The moment I knew I had to go, I had a panic attack and broke down. It didn't make it any better calling 1-800-DENTIST and trying to voice my concerns only to be force fed a dentist. After doing a lot of research I opted for Main Dental Care. I was a nervous wreck the first time I went. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 20 years. Dr. Sina, Letty, and Marcus did their best to try and get me to calm down and relax, and it worked. They explained everything that they would be doing. They took the x-rays, did the basic cleaning. Dr. Sina scheduled the course of treatments over the next few weeks instead of all at once. I just had a check-up/cleaning at Main Dental and I was very pleased with the level of service and the professionalism. I recently changed jobs and had to also change my dentist, so I searched for one near my office. I searched online reviews and this place was highly rated, so I figured I'd give it a shot. This office is very clean. The TV in front of the chairs helps time go by when they're not working on your teeth. Came in and was kindly greeted by a male receptionist. Nice and clean facility with professional staff. Once the doctor went over the treatment I was receiving that day the receptionist came to my chair and handed me an invoice with the amount I would be paying after the treatment. I gladly signed and the dentist got to work. Once the dentist finished up I was directed to see the receptionist to pay my balance. This is where things became shady. Receptionist was claiming he put in the wrong insurance and that my balance was going to be an additional $200 bucks. I asked to see the original invoice which had the original balance and my signature on it... good old car salesmen. Avoid these crooks at all cost read more
