Visited here for my son's 13th birthday with a few of his friends. We purchased the Black Friday pass prior to 12PM for $14.99. Unlimited Laser Tag , Bowling, and a $10 Game Card. Pizza was great!! Drinks = Yum!! They didn't have enough workers to staff the Pizza place so the wait for food at the bar was LONG! We sat in the restaurant/ bar area so my husband could do work however, we weren't served bc the hostess didn't seat us. It was a struggle because of the "rules." If they seat you they can serve you. If you seat yourself - go to the bar for food / drinks. The building looks huge from the outside however, it's pretty regular on the inside. Nothing too Fancy! We waited 2-hours for bowling ...ridiculous!!! Would I return - No.

Family friendly vibe. Theres a restaurant inside and many activities such as laser tag, gel blasters, bowling and arcade. Fun place to go to for a group outing. You get a game card with a set amount of credits you add to the card by using the kiosk by purchasing with your credit card. The game card is reusable. I played the laser tag (small standard laser tag room ) it was fun. The restaurant has plenty of seatings available to reserve for party or group events. There is also a private room available to rent out. This location seems to be a smaller venue then the other locations. I didnt see escape rooms, mini golf or gravity ropes for kids. The food is like any other gaming venues offering burgers, sandwich, salads, chicken tenders etc. My friends and I ordered a flight of cocktail drinks and it was a joy.

Main Event just opened up today, they were packed but they were very well staffed! We had a great experience and it's a huge place! Lot's of room and everything is very well spaced out. The arcade area had a lot of games and price wise it's pretty on par with the rest of the arcade places, you pay for a game card and get credits loaded onto the card and each arcade machine has a place for you to swipe the card. With the points you get on the games you can get different prizes. There's a lot more to do though! There's bowling, laser tag, gel blaster (paintball but with gel pellets), billiards, a bar and a restaurant as well, and a pizza section as well. there is truly something for everyone here!

Very cool place to play. Great variety of games and things to do. We did the Fun Card + food option. So we played first and then got some lunch. My son got the boneless wings and fries and I got the chopped Caesar salad. My son's meal was good, ample amount, mine on the other hand was the smallest entree salad I've ever had. As you can see even the lettuce was kinda wilted too. Other than that we had a good time just won't be ordering the salad again.

I contacted Main Event to plan a birthday party for my son. I spoke with Jamauree and he helped me choose from the many packages they had. I went with Teen All Access party package. I was able to send out e-vites and make changes before the party. When we arrived, we were escorted to our bowling lanes by our host. He took care of until we left the lanes to do video games and laser tag. My son and his friends had a blast! The food was really good. There was plenty of time for them to do everything and we had enough space in our area for the six boys that attended. Very affordable party options and we will be back.

New location beside of top golf that specializes in games of all sorts. Plenty of pool tables, shuffle boards, and bar/food area. The staff was all around and was ready to help.

It was very stressful purchasing tickets from the machines in front. I felt like I needed more of a explanation of the difference in the deals available. They seem to be short staff for Saturday evening. We end up purchasing the $19.99 deal which came with a $10 meal voucher card. It didn't allow us to play many games. Lesson learned. lol All & all it was fun though.

Everett the GM did a wonderful job at facilitating our needs. They are still working out the kinks but it's fun as heck. Terrence the other Manager helped me today with an offer on the app that wouldn't work. I was a little abrasive bc he was the 3rd person I had to speak to but he made it all good. Thank you T for taking care of my family. Overall it's cool full stop. Everyone is nice and friendly. Games fun. Beer cold.

Wow, main event is truly an awesome and amazing experience. We snuck out of the house and ended up here the other day and oh my goodness what a pleasant surprise a new feeling in the area will definitely have to bring Eli back. I had a margarita flight and some wings they had a pizza and another drink. The food was OK. The drinks were delicious. The service was great. It was very much crowded so we did experience some wait time, but the ambience was definitely unmatched. We definitely do have a few of these entertainment centers in the triad, but this was definitely like a breath of fresh air.

    Missing steering wheels

Absolute worst place to go because of the customer service. We did place an order for food about 45 minutes into our game, but it wasn't brought out until our two hours of bowling were over. We had to eat behind the bowling lanes because there were no clean tables available, and only one table in the area had been cleaned. The hostess explained that she was the only person working and was trying to take care of at least 20 bowling lanes by herself. She truly did her best under the circumstances, and this clearly wasn't her fault. She apologized, had our meal taken off the bill, and we left her a generous tip because she was doing everything she could. The real issue seems to be management and the lack of staffing. I would have much rather paid full price for our meal and received decent service than been given free food because the experience was handled so poorly. To make matters worse, many of the arcade games were out of order, and I'm attaching photos showing several of the broken machines. Unfortunately, this visit left a very negative impression, and I don't plan on returning. 2 stars only because of the wonderful lady taking care of us that had no support.

I ordered through Uber Eats, so I can't fairly rate the atmosphere or service. This review is based…read moresolely on the food. I ordered the Daddy's Philly with a side of pesto pasta salad and banana pudding. The Phily was really good. It came loaded with cheese, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, jalapeños and Garlic mayo on a soft bun that wasn't soggy or stale. I was a little surprised because, despite the jalapeños, I didn't find it spicy at all. I love garlic but I think I would prefer regular mayo to the garlic mayo. Compared to other cheesesteaks I've had, I'd give it a 7.5/10. Instead of fries, I chose the pesto pasta salad. The pasta itself had the perfect chewy texture, and I honestly wanted to keep eating it. Unfortunately, it was too salty for my palate. I could only manage a couple of bites, which was disappointing because the texture was amazing.....like how do you get your pasta to that texture, spill the beans! Haha For dessert, I tried the banana pudding. It was good, but it wasn't my favorite style. I personally prefer banana pudding that's light, fluffy, and silky. This one was much thicker and heavier than what I grew up eating, so it just wasn't my preference. Overall, I enjoyed the meal, especially the Daddy's Philly. Of course, everyone's tastes are different, so these are simply my personal preferences. I'd still encourage you to give it a try and decide for yourself. Ciao for now!

The turkey burger was also a standout- juicy, well-seasoned, and generously sized. While the truffle fries were soft rather than crispy, they were surprisingly delicious and full of flavor. Even during a busy time, the wait was very reasonable, making for a smooth dining experience. There was plenty of convenient parking, and the staff was welcoming and friendly from start to finish. I would definitely return and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an outstanding meal.

Very generous portion sizes and phenomenal flavors. The breakfast club standout was the pork sausage. Absolutely excellent and elevated that flavor profile to the highest degree. If you get the chilaquiles, I highly recommend getting both salsas. It offers a great contrast of flavors. I got mine with the birria meat and I was completely satisfied. The blueberry hushpuppies were an amazing surprise. Like deep fried donut holes. The cinnamon butter that goes alongside it was a perfect pairing. Finally, the beignets were melt in your mouth good. Like flaky funnel cakes. I want to give a special shoutout to our server Raegan. She was great in recommending items along with making our drinks to order. Lastly, the ambience of the entire restaurant was cozy and friendly. Tells you something about the place for sure. Definitely a great addition to the Triad area. Huge place with 2 tiers for golf, plenty of bar and indoor space, restaurant, rooftop area and games. Fun for anyone from the age you can walk, to the age you are still barely walking. The online reservation is a piece of cake, and I highly recommend it. You get a text the day of, then you get another text right before your time slot with the exact bay you're in. On a busy weekend this is great since you avoid the longer check in line and go straight to your bay. During off peak hours this probably isn't necessary, but we avoided a 10+ deep line to check in when we were there. Service was a bit lacking. We had to hunt down our server (or a server when ours was nowhere to be found), to order anything or get refills. The bay next to us was dealing with the same thing. When we did get our orders, it was great and the kids enjoyed the drinks and apps. With a little better server experience, this place would be 5 stars for sure. Regardless, it's an excellent outing to enjoy with friends, family, or a solo practice session for yourself.

When I go on my own, I actually am looking for practice, which would be a financially a stupid decision during peak hours. So since I work from home and my hours are flexible, I take advantage of their cheaper morning and early afternoon rates, especially on Tuesdays when all play is half off. Lately, I have been going a lot with a friend who bought their summer fun pass, and that has been an excellent decision for us both. If you're a Costco member, it's worth it to swing into the Costco down the road and get a gift card that effectively makes the whole experience 25% off. I don't usually eat or drink much when I go. On my own, I usually tell my server if they'll just bring me a water it's safe to ignore me until my time is up. Sometimes I want a tea. However, when I go in a group more often than not the service is exceptionally lacking. Training is also lacking. At one point, they tried to charge a friend of mine for every refill of ginger ale, saying it was a drink from the bar... lol. The manager took care of it, but wow, I mean... it's a soda. Just your life experience should tell you, it's a free refill in the south. There is one older manager who really always seems to be busting his butt to make sure everyone gets taken care of, but he can only do so much. It's not to say that from time to time, we get a really great server that is on top of things, but I would say more than half the time, there are issues. No issue at all with the actual golf experience. Topgolf may be set up for fun, and it is, but you also can get some decent practice in. Toptracer gives you useful information about your shots, distance, ball speed, and flight path. You can hit a lot of balls if your group doesnt spend too much time playing with the screen or watching every shot to the finish. I'll continue to visit this Topgolf, but there are definitely ways it could improve, hence the 4.

I wish I could say that it was worth the wait, but my experience here suggested otherwise. Positives first: Noor is both spacious and stylish with plenty of seating in both the bar and dining areas. Sujan proved to be an attentive and courteous server. That said, the buffet was somewhat underwhelming. It was smaller than those I've found elsewhere in the area. While it offered a solid mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, those offerings were the epitome of playing it safe. Only the hakka noodles (not always an Indian buffet staple) and butter chicken (better than average) really stood out. Nothing else, from the tandoori chicken to the daal to the naan, was prepared poorly, but it was fairly forgettable. Granted, buffet food needs to appeal to a wide range of diners with varying levels of spice tolerance, and so I went in not expecting any heat. Take spiciness out of the equation, however, and the flavors still felt subdued. At least the $20 seemed reasonable for what was offered. It's possible that Noor really shines if you order off the regular menu, and so I wouldn't rule out a return here. The next time I want a weekend lunch buffet, however, I think I'll stick to Taaza.

One of the best cocktail, bourbon and overall drink menu we've seen at an Indian restaurant in the area. Huge props to the bartender for making an excellent Oaxacan Old Fashioned. It was so good I had to have 2 ;-) The food was a bit mixed. Amazing samosa and butter chicken. Dipping the naan into the butter chicken and adding some raita on top was a flavor bomb in each and every bite. However, the chicken lollipops were very dry and tough to chew. I can see these being amazingly tasty had they been cooked properly. The chana masala was a bit mixed as well. The chickpeas melt in your mouth with excellent texture, but the dish overall lacked a little flavor. Again, something with a few tiny little tweaks would make it a 5 star dish. A great touch at the end though. The owner came by and asked if we wanted any dessert. We both said we were stuffed and couldn't put down any more food, which we really were. He insisted on bringing us something small. And boy were we pleasantly surprised. He brought over Gulab Jamun (milk powder fried soft balls soaked in honey and cardamom syrup). Man these were tasty! First time we've had them and now we are huge fans. We'd come back just for these.

First of all-service was excellent. Our waiter came to the table within a moment of being seated to get started with waters and non-alcoholic options, and was quick to check back up on us and see if we were ready or had questions. He made several great recommendations on both food and drinks. My only caveat was that my 10 oz steak was a bit on the salty side, but this may be due to the aging process. It was cooked to a beautiful medium per my request, and both my sides (asparagus and loaded baked potato) were yummy, well cooked and seasoned perfectly. My husband got a pasta with pancetta and caramelized onions, and it was absolutely delicious. Suggested wines were paired well with both entrees. We opted to get a few more drinks with dessert, and both were also very good. The bartenders are not stingy in their pours! We also split the butter cake for dessert and I will say that Paula Dean would have been proud of that cake. It was melt-in-your mouth richness paired with a slightly tangy fruit sauce, fresh berries and a tasty vanilla ice cream.
