Soooo expensive! For $60, the 3 of us got a game and a half of bowling, 2 of us got to play one game of shuffleboard ( there's only one table and someone took it from us when I ran to the bathroom) and some arcade games. And this was the Monday night special! We got there at 3:45 and the receptionist explained the special ( unlimited bowling, shuffleboard, laser tag and billiards), said if we'd like to, look around and come back to get in line for the cashier ( no one on line at that point). We took a quick look, came back and now we are the 6th family in line. It took 3 cashier's another half hour to check the people ahead of us in. So off to a bad start, been waiting 45 minutes to get into a place that's half empty. We go to bowl thinking it will fill up. In the middle of our second game, it shuts off. Our time is up (1hr), but it's unlimited? So we go to check out laser tag. They told us to sign up for a slot. The next available is in 4 hours!!!!! Enough said. Service was slow, closed our bowling lane 15 mins early and didn't text when the lane was ready, half the arcade was closed and people aren't following covid-19 guidelines with the bowling balls. Misleading first of all. It's not unlimited there happened to be a group of 70 when I went on a Monday at 11am (open) I paid for unlimited and was told after I paid there was only 2 lanes open and I could only bowl for an hour while I had to wait to do the zip line course and laser tag. There was a 3 hour wait time for the laser tag while the pool I could play right away (but I can do that at my local bar) they definitely catered to the group of high school students and that's okay but I should have been informed before I paid that I wouldn't be able to do anything "unlimited" till the group left. I would have tried another day or came back later or just did the arcade by it's self. I ended up paying for an entree and arcade tokens which most games were fairly priced and fun I just wish I would have done that and not "unlimited". read more

The price of the activity bands is great and lures you in to a false sense of happiness. For $20 you can bowl, play laser tag, do the rope course, and play pool, or so they advertise. Wait times are about an hour for everything: getting food, waiting on a bowling lane, waiting for a laser tag spot to open, and so on. If you're prepared to spend 12 hours there, you might actually get your money's worth, but that's only if you can put up with the rude and inattentive staff. As a grandmother I am not inclined to visit a venue like this BUT I will do anything for my grandchildren. HOLY COW!!! This place is amazing for the children and for adults! I played video games and billiards with the boys but the most impressive thing was the AWESOME service I received from Adriana. She makes the BEST strawberry margaritas this side of heaven. Steven was busing tables and was thoughtful, kind and thorough while cleaning tables and the floor! My BRAVE 8 year old grandson wanted to try the gravity ropes and when he got up there he was scared to death. One of the employees (very tall thin young man) took him by the hand and walked him hand in hand (literally) through the entire course. Lastly, I had the privilege of watching Christa Watson the sales manager (I didn't know who she was at first) interacting with employees in a fun and loving manner. Overall it was a great day! My husband and I arrived around 11:10 ish pm for a late night date night after I got off work. After waiting almost 5 minutes to be greeted, it just went down hill from that point on. We ordered our appetizers before 11:30, about 12 minutes later my husband ordered a burger which arrived at 11:52. Mind you, still no apps. Finally after asking for a manger, 12:07 hits and apps arrived. At this point the manager did some work to find out "supposedly our apps went to a different table so they remade them" we have yet to see our server since my husband ordered his burger. The manager explained how she took the apps off and by 12:30 being beyond annoyed with the experience we haven't seen our server or the manager to cash out. The only reason we were able to pay with walking out is because a server walking by helped us and got us cashed out. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of tucker helping us cash out. I've never written a review before, but I had to because my experience was that bad. Half of the games didn't work. I'm not talking about the ones that were turned off due to COVID. I lost about $10 on games that just took my credits and didn't start on about 5 different games. I asked for help from two different people and they said they would grab someone. Waited 30 minutes for no one to show up. Because of that I spent $50 playing the same 4 games cause that's all I was limited to. I also put my name in for bowling $45 for an hour at a lane. What to play 2 games with my girlfriend? And on top of that they said it was a two hour wait. Look that's no problem, I can wait two hours if I'm told two hours. But I've waited 3 hours, and currently I'm still 14th in line. There are NO workers here that are proactive about any situation. We have also let someone know about this too. When i heard about all the cool things to do at the new main event, in particular Laser tag, bowling and VR, I thought this is a natural place for my 18 year olds birthday celebration. We called ahead to confirm the pricing. So when we arrive expecting to do a lot of playing, the fellow at the ticket stands tells us that the unlimited bands are no longer available, even though they were available mere hours before. I stood there incredulously stunned that I had driven from Maderia Beach florida, only to have a bait and switch pulled on me. They were more than happy to sell us (amazingly over priced) time on games that we did not come to play. Which by the way came with lines. I wanted to at least play one game since I had driven so far to get there. I purchased 2 tickets to the VR (virtual Reality game) at $5 per ticket and then they charged an additional fee of $3 which they could not explain.(stealing) So my guys go to play the game and waited 15 minutes just to get a turn. I will not be able to return to this place in the future under any circumstances, as I feel like I was lied to and subsequently robbed for my trouble. The whole experience upset everyone in my party. If you do go to this place don't bother calling ahead, the price will be different and a lot more than it will be worth. Consider Disney or Universal for similar cash outlay. Wesley Chapel is like shooting fish in a barrel as far as having customers whom will grin and bear the mistreatment and obvious false advertising when it comes to being able to make a day of it. The limited slots create bottle necks in all the popular games and your children will leave unhappy having to play the secondary games during long waits to play the games they want to play. I would not recommend having a birthday party here. I decided to have my sons 10th Birthday party and was signed into a contract that promised "a dedicated host" which was not the case what so ever.I was told to come 15 mins ahead of time I got there 30 mins instead to hang out some before the party started. I was told to stay in the bar area and wait instead . My room was not prepared on time everything went downhill from the moment our room was ready. Pizza came which was good, we wanted to open gifts by time we were done and ready to do the cake all our plates and cups were filled to the top covered on the empty table they had for us because there was no trash can in our room. We ate our cake and had to still continue to stack our plates and cups because our "host" was not attending to us nor cleaning up. We were next givin our arcade cards that were promised the $20 included in the party my guest came back and fourth to the games and front desk several times because they kept saying there were loaded and the games were saying they were not. The lady at the front desk had the worst attitude and arguing back and fourth with my husband instead of fixing the problem . My guest were sitting in the bar area all adults and kids just sitting and waiting as we had to sit here and try to fix all of this with the manager finally I suggested to let my guest go play laser tag instead of sitting and watching this whole disaster . The person in charge of the laser tag area was the only person to actually help and get the ball rolling . He Took them to the game and also gave us a second round of laser tag since we did not get to enjoy with our son. From then on we did get to do the gravity ropes and the rest of the arcade games . There was 2 bowling pins on the table so my guest signed one so my son can take home and he can have and remember , sadly my guest seen my "host take it to the back" so I assumed he went to put it somewhere so it wouldn't get lost . NOPE ! At the end of the night we asked for our pin back and they said it was gone and gave us another one. Kind of defeats the purpose of remembering all of our guests wonderful messages they wrote on it . Which really sucked. How could someone take what was not there's and throw it away . Taking from a kid , such a shame. Looking at the badge my son received when we got there they did not do not even one thing on the "scavenger hunt" that they were supposed to hole punch as they completed. - 3 high fives from team members NOPE! - take a party pic with your guest - NOPE never offered -challenge a main event team member to a video game NOPE -dance off with your host and friends NEGATIVE. Thank goodness for my son being young and didn't notice the horrible service we received and was happy to be with friends and family and able to play, But the amount of stress and lack of professionalism was such a let down. read more
